- Introduction: This article discusses the quality of life in the precarious work context of women drivers of private transport applications. Objective: The present study aims to evaluate the health and work conditions of women drivers in relation to work, quality of life and income. Method: A cross-sectional and quantitative study based on empirical research has as its target audience women between 18 and 60 years of age or older, who act as drivers of private transport through apps in the city of Maringá-PR. Data analysis took place, fundamentally by calculating scores and statistical analysis. The analysis of aspects related to the quality of life at work of women drivers encompasses several domains on quality of life, through factors that affect physical, social and mental health. Results and discussion: The results indicate a serious situation associated with the Physical/Health and Professional domain, with stress as the most common symptom, as well as headaches, stomach and lumbar pain, elements that tend to decrease performance, concentration and, consequently, the quality of life.

- Child sexual violence represents a real gap, produced due to the negligence of the public power, social and cultural inequality, poverty, unemployment, among others. This phenomenon even affects children from the lower middle class, who suffer various types of violence, including sexual abuse. Faced with this reality, it is emphasized that not only the victim, but also the entire family suffers the consequences of these abuses, given that in most cases they occur within the home, by the father, stepfather, neighbors and close friends. In the place where it should be child safety. The objective was to understand the perception of nursing professionals about sexually abused children. Nursing observed a succession of feelings for these children, such as: the feeling of impotence, guilt and suffering, insurmountable pain, among others. It was evident that child sexual violence is extremely traumatic, it destroys, marks and mistreats. When analyzing the literature, we came to the following question: What is the nursing perception of victims of child sexual violence? The nurse must be able to analyze, evaluate and provide care to the victim and their families and refer them to the specialized service. This is a bibliographic and descriptive research, consisting of scientific articles and books on the theme “perception of nursing for victims of sexual violence in childhood”. This research was carried out by consulting book chapters and scientific articles, looking for themes related to “child violence; childhood sexual abuse; nurse in child care”. Therefore, nursing must provide the victim with adequate and quality care, being able to avoid complications arising from the abuse and violence suffered, as well as contributing to their recovery.
