Mask wearing detection algorithm based on improved Yolov7 基于改进型 Yolov 的面具佩戴检测算法7

Manual inspection of the mask is too time-consuming and laborious. In order to detect whether a mask is worn in a crowded public place, a mask-wearing detection method based on improved YOLOV7 is proposed, which uses Depth wise separable convolution instead of conventional convolution, in order to integrate the local feature information and the whole image information deeply, Dilated Convolution was used to improve the Pyramid Pooling Module (DC-PPM) , at last, the loss function of target location is optimized, which makes it not only have the ability of feature extraction to fuse the whole and local information, but also have the ability of not losing the detail information. The experimental results show that the detection accuracy and speed of the algorithm are 95.07% and 79 frames/s respectively, which are 3.4% and 14 frames/s higher than the original YOLOV7 algorithm, very good to meet the actual application needs.

Application of self-supervised learning in natural language processing 自监督学习在自然语言处理中的应用

Self-supervised learning uses the label-free data learning model and has a significant impact on the NLP task. It reduces data annotation costs and improves performance. The main applications include pre-training models such as BERT and GPT, contrast learning, and pseudo-supervised and semi-supervised methods. It has been successfully applied in text classification, emotion analysis and other fields. Future research directions include mixed unsupervised learning, cross-modal learning and improving interpretability of models while focusing on ethical social issues.

With the rapid development of information technology, smart logistics plays a key role in digital transformation. Taking Jingdong as the research object, this paper focuses on the application of 5G technology in the field of smart logistics, and discusses in depth its impact on the digital transformation of Jingdong's smart logistics. On the basis of analysing the current situation of digital transformation of Jingdong's smart logistics, it focuses on the specific application of 5G technology in the logistics network, with a special focus on the promotion of 5G cloud leased lines to mobile warehousing. The detailed analysis of the financial comparison table reveals the positive impact of 5G technology on Jingdong's logistics business, as reflected in the significant increase in revenue and gross profit. Meanwhile, in-depth research on the practical application of 2.5G technology in Jingdong Intelligent Logistics provides valuable experience for the introduction of 5G technology.

Research on Vegetable Sales Volume and Pricing Strategy Based on GWO-LSTM Modeling 基于 GWO-LSTM 模型的蔬菜销售量和定价策略研究

This paper focuses on an in-depth study of the problem of sales volume and pricing strategy for vegetable categories, aiming at constructing an automatic pricing and replenishment model to maximize revenue. First, by analyzing the sales data of each category and single item of vegetables, the mean value of sales volume is calculated, and the correlation between each category of vegetables is visualized using charts and Pearson correlation coefficient heat maps, and it is found that there is a significant correlation between specific categories. Secondly, this paper adopts the cost-plus pricing method to calculate the markup rate of each individual item and combines it with linear regression analysis to reveal the relationship between markup rate and sales volume, and further predicts the sales volume and price in the coming week through the GWO-LSTM model, which provides data-driven pricing and replenishment strategies for the superstore based on the data. Finally, for the data of a specific time, this paper develops a linear programming model to formulate a replenishment and pricing scheme that meets market demand and maximizes revenue. The methodology and findings of this study have important practical applications for retail formats such as fresh food superstores.

Each part of the reducer has a design life, if any of the parts fail to reach the design life, it will affect the normal operation of the entire equipment. The life of a part is affected by its own material, structure, load and environment, etc., and fatigue life analysis requires the S-N curve of the material. This paper mainly considers the influence of the material, structure and load of the part on the part, and analyzes the mechanical response of the transmission parts in the reducer under alternating load.
