Public relations is a communication activity between a company, agency or organization and the public. Therefore, public relations plays an important role for an organization to establish good relations with the public. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by analyzing behavior or actions that occur narratively. The data sources in this research use primary and secondary sources. Primary data is data obtained from observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, secondary data is data obtained from research journals, books and research articles. The sampling technique in this research used a purposive sampling technique. The purposive sampling technique is a sampling technique that takes information from an informant who has the potential to know the data needed in the research. The aim of this research is to understand the role of public relations in depth at PT. Prima Mitra Elektrindo. The results of this research indicate that the role of public relations at PT. Prima Mitra Elektrindo has done this optimally.

This study aims to find out perspectives on the role and authority of the Financial Services Authority in bankruptcy cases at insurance companies in Indonesia. OJK is an independent body that is free from government interference in its duties, functions and authority to supervise, inspect and conduct investigations in the financial services sector so as to create a good national economy. Within the scope of supervision in the insurance sector, the Financial Services Authority has the authority relating to submitting bankruptcy declaration requests to insurance companies in order to protect the interests of insurance policy holders. Arrangements regarding the authority of the Financial Services Authority in submitting requests for bankruptcy statements against insurance companies are regulated in Law no. 21 of 2011 concerning the Financial Services Authority. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach using secondary data obtained through library research. The role of the Financial Services Authority in the bankruptcy of an insurance company is to oversee the course of the insurance company's bankruptcy until liquidation and to ensure that the insurance company has paid all its obligations to creditors.

Sharia financial instruments continue to increase every year, including the Islamic capital market which has also experienced a significant increase. The Islamic capital market has one of the most important instruments, namely Islamic stocks. The capital market has been viewed by the world and has been used as an important instrument that every country must develop, it can be remembered for its important role in helping the economy. In writing this article using the library research method. By using the documentation data collection method, namely by quoting or recording directly from the website of the Financial Services Authority www.ojk.go.id and the Central Bureau of Statistics www.bps.go.id. The results of this study show that the strong and increasing role of the Islamic capital market in shaping the capitalization of the Indonesian capital market indicates that the Islamic capital market plays an important and significant role in driving the rate of economic growth in Indonesia.

Indonesia merupakan negara yang tergolong cepat dalam mengikuti perkembangan teknologi. Dengan seperti itu pengembangan dan perluasan tehnologi di Indonesia terus berkembang dan semakin canggih. Di era industri 4.0 perkembangan tehnologi memperngaruhi dunia perindustrian, dalam perindustrian kecanggihan teknologi yang saling berkaitan berkaitan seperti mesin-mesin yang sudah bergerak otomatis dari pengerjaan awal hingga akhir. The purpose of this research is to find out and describe the effectiveness and efficiency of implementing the siskeudes application as well as the constraints or obstacles to financial management in Rejosari Village, Pakis District. This research uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive research type. The data used in the study were obtained through interviews and observations at the Rejosari Village Hall office. Data analysis using data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results showed that the implementation of the siskeudes application in Rejosari Village was quite effective and efficient in helping the village government manage its finances. The village financial management procedures that will be carried out include the planning, implementation, management and reporting/accountability stages. However, there are still some problems in its operation but it doesn’t really affect the system used. The village financial system is very important in the village economy, where good and structured village financial management can create optimal accountability and transparency.

The report on the career paths of alums from Public Vocational High School 6 Surabaya between 2019 and 2022 shows that alums pursuing careers as entrepreneurs are lower than those becoming employees. This study aims to determine the intrinsic and extrinsic factors and their simultaneous influence on the interest in entrepreneurship of 12th-grade students in the Culinary 2 class at Public Vocational High School 6 Surabaya.
The research used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach and examined the impact of intrinsic and extrinsic factors, both individually and simultaneously, on student's entrepreneurial interests. The population of this study consisted of 30 students in the 12th-grade Culinary 2 class at Public Vocational High School 6 Surabaya. The data was collected using a validated questionnaire comprising 30 items. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression.
The results indicated that intrinsic factors did not influence student's interest in entrepreneurship. Contrarily, the extrinsic factors did have an influence. Furthermore, intrinsic and extrinsic factors simultaneously influence student's interest in entrepreneurship. Therefore, students at Public Vocational High School 6 Surabaya tend to be interested in entrepreneurship due to the encouragement they receive from their environment, including their family, community, and school. Moreover, the student's willingness and interest also played a supporting role. Thus, student's interest in pursuing careers as entrepreneurs can evolve if there is support from all parties.

The Islamic capital market is an alternative source of funding as well as an investment vehicle for a company whose operational activities are based on sharia principles. In this case the Islamic capital market affects the level of economic growth of a country. where when the level of investment is high, the country's economic growth will increase and vice versa. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the Islamic capital market in increasing economic growth in Indonesia. This research uses the literature study method with sources from articles, books and data analysis using descriptive analysis regarding the role of the Islamic capital market in increasing economic growth in Indonesia. The results of the study show that Indonesia's economic growth is inseparable from the role of Islamic stock investment. Economic growth can be measured with the value of Gross Domestic Product (GDP). GDP continues to increase over the past few years, as well as the sharia stock market capitalization which is quite stable. Where is the relationship between capitalization Islamic stock market with a positive Gross Domestic Product (GDP).

There is a goal to be achieved in this research, namely to determine the effect of risk management on the financial performance of banks in Indonesia. One of the factors that influence banking financial performance is risk. There is a goal to be achieved in this study, namely to determine the effect of credit risk (NPL) and market risk (NIM) on the financial performance of banks in Indonesia. The sample used in this study is banking financial performance for 3 years which is calculated from 2016 to 2019. In this study the analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that NPL has a negative and significant effect on banking financial performance. Meanwhile, NIM has a significant positive effect on ROA.

This research aims to analyze the conservation or solutions to flood disaster problems as a community need with a healthy environment. The research was conducted in Sukasari District, Bandung City, West Java Province, with an area of 6.27 km2. The method used in this paper is descriptive analysis and the data used is secondary data. Based on the analysis of the flood hazard map for Bandung City, the research results show that the entire area of Sukasari District is highly prone to flooding. Based on the findings, the overflow of the Cidurian, Cipamokolan, and Cibeureum rivers poses a threat of flooding in Sukasari sub-district. Green Open Spaces in Sukasari District consist of 16 location points spread across 3 sub-districts. The utilization of Green Open Spaces serves to maintain ecosystem balance and increase the availability of clean air and water catchment areas. Solutions to reduce flood disasters include reducing the level of risk, decreasing vulnerability, and enhancing community capacity.

The research was conducted in Sukasari District, Bandung City, West Java Province, with an area of 6.27 km2. The method used in this paper is descriptive analysis and the data used is secondary data. Based on the analysis of the flood hazard map for Bandung City, the research results show that the entire area of Sukasari District is highly prone to flooding. The Region V Airport Authority is one of the Technical Implementation Units (UPT) within the Ministry of Transportation which is responsible to the Minister of Transportation through the Directorate of Civil Aviation, where the duties of the airport authority itself are to supervise, control, and regulate activities both from the Land Side and Air Side at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar. This research aims to find out (1) How is the implementation of the duties of the Airworthiness Inspector for Aircraft Maintenance in supporting flight safety at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar, (2) What are the obstacles of Airworthiness Inspector for Aircraft Maintenance in carrying out duties at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar. This research was conducted in February - March 2023 at the Makassar Region V Airport Authority Office, using descriptive research methods with qualitative analysis. Data collection was done through interview, observation, and documentation techniques. And Trigulation is used to test the reliability of the data obtained. The results of the discussion in this study are (1) in the implementation of the tasks carried out by the Airworthiness Inspector of the Aircraft Maintenance Division at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar has carried out its duties properly in accordance with the regulations listed, one of which is PM 41 of 2011 and KP 252 of 2017, but not all tasks listed in the PM are carried out at the Region V Airport Authority because it must wait for delegation from the center first such as the Advanced Standard Certificate or can be called (CoA). (2) For the obstacles faced by inspectors at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar, namely in the time and skills of the inspectors, where the inspectors cannot determine how long it takes when the inspection takes place because they have to see the ground time of the aircraft to be inspected and for human resources (Skil) inspectors at the Region V Airport Authority are lacking there are some inspectors who are still confused about analyzing the findings obtained.
