The goal of this research is to examine the characteristics of young people's virtual communication, their impact on the psychological characteristics, lifestyle and socialization of a given social group. In order to determine the function of virtual communication in young people's lives, a literature and document analysis, an expert survey, and a sociological survey were all conducted for this goal. As a result of the study, it became clear that virtual communication has a great involvement in the lives of young people, which can cause a number of sociopsychological problems in the latter. Virtual contact also causes a certain dependence among the specified social group, becoming normal and depriving them of visual contact and face-to-face meetings. Hence, they become aggressive, not resistant to stress, lose touch with reality, their relations with family members and parents are disturbed. The misuse of virtual interaction is detrimental to learning as well. The majority of young people spend the bulk of their waking hours on various social media platforms, which prevents them from physically participating in educational activities. It should be noted that virtual communication in many cases attracts young people, the latter try to make new friends and like-minded people in this way.

Mythological thinking is an inseparable companion of human history and is specific to all periods of the history of the civilizational development of the human race. Civilizational changes, the formation of information society, the development of modern technologies not only did not free individuals from the illusions of magic, but also began to be deliberately applied by them in the course of information, hybrid wars and political competition. The purpose of this article is to reveal the role and practical significance of political myths in today's political life. The task of the work is to justify the need for the applicability of political myths based on the study of different scientific directions. The work is written by a combined examination of the facts, applying the principles of historical analysis, comparison and contrast.

The purpose of this article is to cover the 1970s in Turkey. The primary target of "Grey Wolves" terrorist activities, particularly that of the Party of Nationalist Movement and the young organizations it controls, is the ongoing operation of communist organizations. The task of this article is to show the Party of Nationalist Movement's direct involvement in terrorist activities during the time period under review, exposing the party's true motivations, the context, and the effects of this activity, demonstrating the impact of its ideology on Turkish nationalist youth, and emphasizing among these youth the significance of the Nationalist Movement party. The methods of joint study of party documents, multilingual scientific analysis, the press, as well as materials related to the topic, and historical and analytical principles are used in the article. According to the research, the National Movement Party, led by Türkes, first used youth organizations under its control to prevent the growth of left-wing forces in the country. But over time, the "Grey Wolf" leader employed violence as a tool not just to stop the spread of communist ideas but also to try to seize control of the country by causing chaos.

The purpose of the study is to reveal the concept and content of the right to be forgotten, also the characteristics of the relationship with other human rights. Within the framework of the article, the international and domestic legislations, practice and theoretical approaches, which are necessary to understand the nature of the right to be forgotten and the problems arising around the provision and protection of this right in RA, the legislative gaps underlying them and the main goal of their recovery, were studied. To achieve the above-mentioned goal, the legal basis of the right to be forgotten, some theoretical interpretations of it, and the approaches of the international, European and American legal systems are distinguished and compared to the legislative approaches in RA. The research was carried out using dogmatic, legal comparative, combination, logical analysis and legal modelling methods. We comprehensively studied the relationship and balance between the right to be forgotten and other rights, highlighted the need to solve the problems that have become uncontrollable in the electronic domain and adopt regulations that exclude possible mass violations of human rights, discussed their absence and the resulting issues.

The termination of the Cold War and the subsequent collapse of the Soviet Union marked a significant shift in the international relations system, which prompted the United States, as a dominant global power, to address the pressing need to develop and implement new foreign policy strategies and concepts. The primary objective of this article is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the primary characteristics of the US foreign policy during the Post-Cold War period, with a particular focus on the period between 1991 and 2000. To accomplish the stated objective, this study seeks to comprehensively investigate the central characteristics and factors of the foreign policy approach adopted by the US government in the international relations system after the Cold War. This involves an in-depth analysis of the foreign policy positions and approaches of the first US President of the post-Cold War period, Bill Clinton. The research was carried out by combining qualitative, inductive and analytical methods, a content analysis of state – strategic documents, contracts, political statements and speeches was carried out.

The current article aims at revealing the ways of displaying the unity of the perceptions, based on obvious close creative and worldview relations between Hovhannes Tumanyan and Vahan Tekeyan, in the cognitive field. Our task is to dwell on the scrutiny between the two classics, providing an opportunity to elucidate the creative folds, commonalities and features of the psychological system, which bring them closer not only in the literary field, but also in that of maturing concerns about national issues. There is always an examination of literary relations on the agenda of literary history, but it should be noted that the Tumanyan-Tekeyan comparative study is unprecedented and unanalyzed. Using the analytical-comparative method, we have made an attempt to state that though West-Armenian and East-Armenian poems were viewed in a divided environment in the course of their joint development, there are still obvious combinations that deserve a deep examination in terms of aesthetic issues.

The purpose of this article is to carry out a comprehensive analysis of the RA logistics system, taking into account the challenges and main development paths caused by the possible unblocking of regional transport infrastructures. A number of problems were raised by the author during the analysis. In particular, a situational description of the logistics and transport systems of Armenia was carried out, highlighting the existing problems and the main obstacles to development, as well as possible ways of development of RA transport system were outlined. In addition, the specific weights of Armenia's cargo transportation were studied according to the types of transport in general use, the length of the regional (local) motor roads of the Republic of Armenia in general use, etc. Considering that Armenia's transport costs are one of the highest in the world due to bad relations with 2 neighboring states (blockade by Turkey and Azerbaijan) and lack of sea access, the author also carried out an analysis of the possible directions of the development of the RA transport system in the context of the restoration of railway and automobile communication routes in the region.

The aim of the article is to examine and identify the international legal essence of the signed tripartite declaration and the issues related to the legal force of this legal instrument. In addition, the article analyzed the extent to which each paragraph of the tripartite declaration has been applied in practice and the cases of non-application of such provisions in practice. For this purpose, relevant international legal acts and theoretical literature, as well as decisions of international courts, a number of reports and expert opinions were studied. In the course of the study, the authors applied both coherent (analysis, principle of historicity) and special (comparative legal) principles. As a result of the study, we came to the conclusion that the disagreements related to the legal force of the tripartite statement are real, and there are gross violations by Azerbaijan of the articles of the tripartite statement and improper fulfillment of these articles.

The purpose of this article is to highlight the changes in the political consciousness of military personnel in the context of current regional and global changes. The task of the work is to analyze the political consciousness of the military personnel of the Republic of Armenia, taking into account the challenges posed by the new internal and external situation created after the 44-day war. The work was written with a joint consideration of the facts, using the principles of historical analysis. As a result of the study, it can be stated that even in the post-World War II period, the problem of the political consciousness of military personnel, as well as the study of the relationship between the political and military elites, were of particular importance. in Western and Soviet world systems. After the "cold war" and the proclamation of the independence of the Republic of Armenia, the above-mentioned problems are in the sphere of first necessity for us. During the conducted research, it was revealed that in the Armenian reality there is a lack of interest on the part of the research community towards this topic. In fact, there is an insufficient level of elaboration of the topic, which, in turn, leads to a number of problems on the ground in real life. The study of the legislative sphere of the Republic of Armenia shows that there are a number of gaps that require urgent improvement.

The relevance of the research topic is connected precisely with its interdisciplinarity: the presented theological text is considered from several viewpoints: historical, socio-psychological and, more broadly, from ethnocultural. When presenting the given plot, our task was to show, using the example of the history of one miraculous image, the theory of the embodiment of the spirit, the national time in literature and culture. At the same time, we have clearly defined that each historical time has its own image of the world and ideas about it. With the purpose of the research, we have outlined one or two episodes from the extensive scientific and artistic literature related to the Hogeats vank Monastery from the writings of Bishop Garegin Srvandztyants, we have also turned to the corresponding pages of two “Greetings” by Khrimyan Hayrik, examined issues related to the vow of the Virgin and the pilgrimage to Van-Vaspurakan parts of "Sparks” novel of Raffi. The study has been conducted using the comparative-historical and mythological methods.
