Employee efficiency can be evaluated by examining characteristics that influence productivity, such as self-efficacy and Locus of Control. This article is to explain or describe a symptom or event to assess the extent to which self-efficacy and Locus of Control influence employee productivity at Adolina IV PTPN. This research approach uses data collection techniques and quantitative data analysis to test the relationships between variables. This research involved 48 PTPN IV Adolina personnel who were selected selectively. This research data analysis was carried out through several stages, namely instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The research results show that self-efficacy and Locus of Control have a significant positive influence on employee productivity, both partially and simultaneously.

Employee performance can be influenced by relationships between employees, work discipline, and work environment conditions. This research aims to find out how relationships between employees, work discipline, and work environment conditions influence employee performance at PT Bank X. This research uses quantitative methods with an associative approach. The research sample consisted of 32 PT Bank X employees selected using the saturated sampling method. Data was collected through research instruments, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The research results show that relationships between employees, work discipline, and work environment conditions have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Good employee relations will encourage employees to collaborate with each other and share information. High work discipline will make employees more focused and motivated to work.

FinTech developments are increasing, one of which is the creation of Mobile Banking, where currently people use this application to make daily transactions easier and more practical. This research was conducted to see the effect of the effectiveness of ease of use and Customer Satisfaction on customer loyalty of North Sumatra bank mobile banking users in the city of Medan. This research uses quantitative research methods with an associative approach, and uses non-probability sampling with purposive sampling and 100 respondents, using several tests managed with SPSS. The results of this research show that the variables ease of use and customer satisfaction have an influence simultaneously on the customer loyalty variable of 0.000 < 0.05 and the Fcount value obtained is 48.2% and 52.8%. the rest is influenced by factors outside this research model.

This research aims to measure the influence of ease of use, service quality, and price both partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions in the Goseh application through the GoMan feature as a new startup in Tanah Karo. The form of research used is quantitative research with an associative approach. The data analysis methods used are validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing processed with IBM SPSS V.26. The cost plus pricing method is a method of determining selling prices by adding up the cost of production plus a mark-up calculated based on the company's return on investment. The aim of this research is to analyze the selling price determined based on the full costing based cost plus pricing method compared to the selling price set by the company. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The research results show that there is a difference between the price set by the company and the selling price calculated using the cost plus pricing method. This research aims to test the influence of product reviews and content creators on purchasing interest through affiliate marketing of Shopee e-commerce users in Kudus Regency. The population in this study were active students from universities of Medan city who have currently investing in the capital market, either in the form of stocks or mutual funds. This research analyzes the influence of job satisfaction and leadership style on work performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. This research data uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The sampling method used purposive sampling and a sample of 120 respondents was obtained. The data analysis used in this research is a structural equation model. The results of this study state that job satisfaction and leadership style have a positive effect on work motivation. The results of this research also state that satisfaction and leadership style do not have a positive effect on work performance. Apart from that, work motivation influences work performance. The results of the mediation test state that work motivation has a greater contribution in mediating the influence of job satisfaction on work performance and work motivation has a greater contribution in mediating the influence of leadership style on work performance.

This research examines the effect of debt to equity ratio, company size and current ratio on profit growth with return on assets as an intervening variable in property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period.
