Human resources are resources that have reason and feelings, desires, skills, knowledge, encouragement and work that can be produced for the company. This study aims to determine whether organizational culture and organizational commitment affect employee performance through OCB as an intervening variable at the Labuhanbatu Regency DPRD Secretariat. The study was conducted on 53 employees using a saturated sampling technique. The data collection technique used was primary data in the form of questionnaires and secondary data obtained through documentation studies. The data analysis technique used quantitative data which was processed using the SPSS version 25 program, namely the t test, Sobel test and path analysis.

Every company will try to improve and develop the organization by holding various activities to improve the performance of its employees. With these activities, it is hoped that the company will achieve organizational goals. Employees are the most important part in achieving organizational goals. This study aims to determine whether work facilities and compensation affect employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the DPRD Secretariat of Labuhanbatu Regency. The study was conducted on 53 employees using a saturated sampling technique. The article examines the imperatives of the development of digital education of civil servants in the context of ensuring the effectiveness of monitoring the economic mechanism of state management of food security. It has been proven that the use of digital tools and technologies, necessary for the effective implementation of monitoring in the field of food safety, requires digital competencies of civil servants. The growth of the need for advanced training in these areas and the positive connection of digital competences with the quality of education of civil servants have been revealed. The foreign experience of the development of digital education of civil servants in the field of food safety is analyzed. The key imperatives for the development of digital education were determined and the effects of the application of digital competences in the practical activities of civil servants in the field of food safety were characterized. The problems blocking the development of digital education in Ukraine have been studied. Measures to ensure the development of digital education of civil servants are proposed and the role of private education in the development of digital education is determined. The proposed algorithms will contribute to the effective interaction of state administration bodies and educational institutions to ensure the development of digital education of civil servants in the context of ensuring the effectiveness of monitoring the economic mechanism of state management of food security.

In this article, the current software solutions for digitizing the information base of progressive IT enterprises that export software products and IT services to international markets are studied. The content and types of IT enterprises were specified, the peculiarities of their economic activity were indicated. The obligations of Ukrainian IT exporters regarding the keeping of stateregulated financial and tax accounting were explained, as well as the interest of their management apparatus in organizing the management accounting. The main requirements of IT-enterprise management to the functional capabilities of programs, based on which automated accounting and analytical work can be carried out, are systematized. A variety of actual software solutions for digitizing accounting, analysis and management of domestic companies have been studied. Groups of accounting software products have been distinguished by their functionality. The expediency of developing ERP-systems in IT-enterprises engaged in export activities is justified. The advantages of using and examples of ERP-systems recommended for various types of ITenterprises are explained.

The article is dedicated to studying the methodological essence of entrepreneurial risks and developing methods of their classification. The possibilities of managing the state, occurrence areas and entrepreneurial risks consequences have been determined. It has been proposed to define entrepreneurial risk as the danger of unforeseen losses of expected profit, income or property, funds in connection with a random change in the conditions of economic activity and adverse circumstances. An original approach to the entrepreneurial risks classification has been developed, which is based on the sources of their formation, on the one hand, and the types of risks arising from each of the proposed sources, on the other. A detailed substantiation and determination of the methodological essence of political, technical-technological, industrial, commercial, financial, sectoral, innovative and intellectual risks, which are inherent to entrepreneurial activity to the greatest extent, has been carried out.

The article deals with the integration processes that take place in the maritime trade market system. The aim of the article is to focus attention on choosing the methods for assessing the real state of the sea transport subsystem. The maritime trade market actually functions outside of national legal aspects. At the same time, it is the national capital assets that reflect the technical and economic level of vessels of a certain nationality that form entrepreneurial and macroeconomic efficiency. Thus, it has been established that in the system of any market relations for each industry, oriented to the stability of demand, it should be considered natural to differentiate the enterprises development in order to maintain a position according to the factors of innovative technologies.

Crisis processes in the global economy necessitate additional support for national producers and may provoke an increase in the number of initiated anti-dumping investigations. The study found that anti-dumping measures are no longer mere substitutes for liberalized basic customs tariffs in their scope. They are independent protectionist instruments that actively discriminate against foreign competitors on the basis of their calculation methods and set high barriers to entry into the domestic market. The paper provides a comparative analysis of objects of anti-dumping measures in all countries of the world and Ukraine. The nature of the influence on granting the country the status of a country with a market economy on the number and effectiveness of antidumping investigations is determined on the example of Ukraine. The effectiveness of anti-dumping investigations initiated by the US and the EU in relation to Ukraine has been studied.
