A phenomenon has emerged whereby the life expectancy of women is 74.2 years, and men's is 69.8 years. Hence, it is crucial to encourage early retirement planning among women. This study aims to explore the factors that influence retirement planning awareness and readiness among women in Malaysia and China. A self-administered online questionnaire was completed by 100 Malaysians and 200 Chinese. Using IBM SPSS and SmartPLS, the determinants examined the moderating effect of self-efficacy towards retirement readiness. This study will provide valuable insights for policymakers to adopt better strategies to address women's issues and improve their quality of life.

In 2018, the World Bank recommended an index to forecast Human Capital productivity based on four components. Based on healthy 17-year-olds, this study examined their potential. Investigated the potential of 17 graders described in the HCI. Methods - The HCI index includes schooling years, test scores, and child survival. This study compares 12th-grade results with 17th-grade results based on national examinations. SPSS paired t-tests were used with 102 students who took national exams from 2009 to 2018. Limitation. Finances prevented health coverage. Results indicate that the null hypothesis is rejected. There is a need for further research into health coverage.

Introduction: Intuitive eating involves consuming food based on internal hunger and satiety cues. This study aims to establish a validated and reliable questionnaire. Methods: The questionnaire items’ difficulty, uncertainty, and inappropriateness were conducted. The validity is analysed using the Content Validity Index and Lawshe’s Content Validity Ratio, estimated by inter-item reliability (Cronbach’s Alpha) and test-retest reliability (Intraclass Correlation Coefficient). Results: The CVIs correlation coefficient is 0.89 – 0.99. The Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient value is 0.66 – 0.68. Conclusion: This study showed that the questionnaire has good validity and reliability towards obesity from an intuitive eating behaviour perspective.
