Pseudorandom binary sequences: quality measures and number-theoretic constructions 伪随机二值序列:质量度量和数论构造

In this survey we summarize properties of pseudorandomness and non-randomness of some number-theoretic sequences and present results on their behaviour under the following measures of pseudorandomness: balance, linear complexity, correlation measure of order $k$, expansion complexity and $2$-adic complexity. The number-theoretic sequences are the Legendre sequence and the two-prime generator, the Thue-Morse sequence and its sub-sequence along squares, and the prime omega sequences for integers and polynomials.

Bayesian Nagaoka-Hayashi Bound for Multiparameter Quantum-State Estimation Problem 多参数量子态估计问题的Bayesian Nagaoka-Hayashi界

In this work we propose a Bayesian version of the Nagaoka-Hayashi bound when estimating a parametric family of quantum states. This lower bound is a generalization of a recently proposed bound for point estimation to Bayesian estimation. We then show that the proposed lower bound can be efficiently computed as a semidefinite programming problem. As a lower bound, we also derive a Bayesian version of the Holevo-type bound from the Bayesian Nagaoka-Hayashi bound. Lastly, we prove that the new lower bound is tighter than the Bayesian quantum Cramer-Rao bounds.
