IKM Papua Muda Kreatif is a small company that focuses on the production of instant ginger. They carry out the instant ginger production process starting from the selection of raw ginger to packaging and distribution. The business income of IKM Papua Muda Kreatif fluctuates due to external factors, such as changes in market demand, special events or events, and other factors that affect sales of instant ginger. This study aims to describe the production of instant ginger at IKM Papua Muda Creative, to find out the efforts to increase instant ginger production at IKM Papua Muda Creative and to find out the constraints faced by IKM Papua Muda Creative in running their business. The research method used is direct observation, interviews with owners and workers of IKM, as well as analysis of IKM income data over a certain period. The results of the study show that the description of instant ginger production at IKM Papua Muda Kreatif is carried out through several steps; Selection of raw ginger, cleaning and peeling, slicing or chopping, drying, grinding, packaging, and storage and distribution. Efforts to increase instant ginger production are carried out through looking for references, choosing good raw materials, maintaining a stable fire, looking for interested workers, and attending training. Meanwhile, the obstacles faced by Creative Papuan IKM in running their business are Finance, Marketing and Lack of Human Resources (HR).

The purpose of this study was to analyze motivation, implementation of the TANDUR method in the subject of Islamic Cultural History at MI Miftahul Ulum Ngoro-Mojokerto. This study also wanted to know the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the TANDUR method in the subject of Islamic Cultural History at MI Miftahul Ulum Ngoro-Mojokerto. Classroom action research method by implementing four stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The results of the study showed that the application of the TANDUR method was able to increase students' motivation to study, especially in Islamic Cultural History subjects. (SKI). The supporting fact in the use of the TANDUR method is the availability of technological facilities, while the inhibiting fact is that some teachers are still unable to compile learning tools.

This study aims to determine whether the relationship between Information Technology, Service Quality, Excellence to the interest of the Millennial Generation using Mobile Banking at Islamic Banks. This type of research is correlation research using a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was 50 respondents, namely students and customers who were registered as mobile banking users at Islamic banks. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression tests, reliability tests, validity tests and hypothesis tests (F test and T test), then the data is processed using the SPSS application. This study suggests that the variables of information technology, service quality and excellence have a significant effect together (simultaneously) on the dependent variable, namely the interest of the millennial generation

Through the use of library research methods, this study has established that information technology is a combination of computer technology, which is responsible for processing and storing information. The development of information and communication technology today greatly influences all aspects of people’s lives, especially in the business world, including sharia business. In the Islamic business practices, it is very important to always acknowledge and surrender all efforts to Allah SWT. by recognizing work as a from of worship, one can maintain sincerity in work. Advances in information technology have an important function in the growth and development of sharia business. This can be seen from the functions of information technology it self, such as marketing communication, market share, and so on.
