In an age of advancement in science, technology and culture, no significant transformation has been found in the lives of Dalits (untouchables) in India. Social, economic and cultural life of a Dalit has not changed since immemorial. Dalit literary movement, which had started in the early part of the twentieth century, has been an offshoot of the exploitation of Dalits by the upper castes. Through literary works, they have been trying to preserve their self-respect, identity and heritage of their community. „Untouchable Spring‟, a novel and historical document, illustrates the plight of Dalit’s in a post-independence era. The writer G. KalyanRao, a Dalit, who believes in the revolutionary ideology, portrays the lives of Dalit Christians and their humiliation in the hands of caste Hindus. It also highlights how they “discover their humanity through defiance”. The paper aims at providing a historiography of the deprived over several generations paving way for the emergence of powerful voice in subaltern literature.

Within the banking industry, the purpose of this research is to explore the influence that environmentally responsible accounting methods have on the quality of accounting information. The study focuses on chosen banks that have included environmental accounting into their financial reports. This is done in recognition of the growing need for sustainability reporting. The purpose of this article is to demonstrate a link between increased openness, stakeholder confidence, and the trustworthiness of financial data by conducting a comparative examination of standard accounting procedures and green accounting methodologies. The technique includes both qualitative and quantitative methods, as well as the examination of annual reports and disclosures about sustainability, as well as the conduct of interviews with financial officers in significant positions. Based on the data, it seems that financial institutions that use environmentally responsible accounting processes display a greater degree of conformity with international financial reporting requirements and demonstrate improved communication with stakeholders. contributes to the rapidly developing topic of sustainable finance by showing how green accounting methods not only improve the quality of accounting information but also boost the reputation of corporations and the happiness of stakeholders.

This study analyses the connected economic hardships of food waste and world hunger. Using economic theories and models, this research paper evaluates how reducing food wastage can help achieve zero hunger, one of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 2). The focus of this analysis is on economic inefficiencies resulting from food wastage. It also looks at the effects on food security, market mechanisms, policy instruments, and technological innovations used to address these problems. In conclusion, addressing food waste through economic incentives, regulatory frameworks, and improved market coordination will significantly boost and facilitate agricultural production in a country, promoting food safety policies leading to zero hunger.

User-generated content (UGC) has become a common element of e-commerce platforms, with customers increasingly depending on reviews, ratings, and other kinds of UGC to make purchase choices. While the effect of user-generated content (UGC) on e-commerce sales is generally acknowledged, its quantity and consistency are still debated. This meta-analysis combines data from previous research studies to give a full knowledge of the link between user-generated content and e-commerce sales. Using a variety of empirical research and theoretical frameworks, we investigate the implications of UGC qualities, platform features, and contextual variables on e-commerce revenue success. Our findings provide useful insights into the elements that influence the effect of user-generated content on sales, such as product category, brand reputation, and customer characteristics. Furthermore, we highlight gaps in the current literature and offer future study directions to help us better understand the complicated interaction between user-generated content and e-commerce purchases.

Background: This research paper examines the cultural and social empowerment of In India and Indonesia, Muslim women make up the majority of the framework of personal law. Objective: This study's major goal is to investigate the connection between cultural empowerment, personal law awareness, and the resulting empowerment of Muslim women. The research aims to provide insights into factors influences cultural and social dimensions of empowerment. Methods: Employing a mixed-methods approach involving surveys and questionnaires, the study gathers data from Muslim women in both countries. Using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the connections between variables are evaluated. effect of cultural empowerment, social empowerment and Muslim personal law on both the countries. Findings: The analysis reveals a strong correlation between awareness of Muslim Personal laws and empowerment indicators, including engagement with cultural identity and social participation. Conclusion: The research underscores the pivotal role of personal law awareness in shaping the cultural and social empowerment of Muslim women. The findings emphasize the significance of legal literacy and its potential to bridge the gap between cultural norms and legal rights, ultimately contributing to the overall empowerment of Muslim women in diverse societal contexts.
