The improvement of competences in relation to the solution of everyday tasks of production practice is best carried out in the process of training at the workplace due to the combination of acquired theoretical knowledge with practical experience. An urgent task of evaluating the effectiveness of training at the workplace is the diagnosis of the level of preparedness of the personnel of a multimedia company for scientific and technical activities, which can be carried out on the basis of the use of an appropriate information model of personnel development. The purpose of the article was to implement the development of a system model for the formation of professional skills in specialists of multimedia technologies of the polygraphic profile. The article proposes a method of informational support for personnel development through on-the-job training. As a framework that explains the knowledge and skills for the effective implementation of training in the workplace, the current content of competencies is considered. The key areas of personnel qualities related to multimedia technologies are systematized. As part of the conducted research, an information model was created and competence formation was tested within the framework of the relevant modules. The impact of engineering and organizational skills on improving the competencies of multimedia technology specialists is considered. The main components of success in the formation of professional skills of personnel as a result of training at the workplace are considered and analysed. As a result of the work carried out, recommendations were made on the diagnosis of the levels of training of personnel of multimedia and computer companies to improve their own scientific and technical activities, the choice of the content of professional training of specialists in the multimedia profile, the application of a systematic approach to the formation of relevant skills and abilities. A morphological matrix of the formation of technical creativity skills of the personnel of a multimedia company in the process of training at the workplace was created. With the help of Shannon’s information system, a mathematical model of the formation of relevant special modules of competences was obtained. Emphasizing the technical component, the influence of engineering and organizational skills in the process of training at the workplace is considered. The entropy level of the learning system was calculated before and after receiving information. The dependence of entropy on the level of acquired knowledge was analysed. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the formation of practical recommendations for the management of computer and multimedia companies for the organization of training at the workplace, as a result of which employees receive positive incentives for the development of relevant competencies.

In the era of modernisation, mastering modern technologies and innovative working methods is an important aspect of any business. Modern technologies are no less relevant in the work of future directors, because, having mastered them, a specialist can adapt to modern professional trends and improve the quality of their projects. The purpose of this study was to cover the aspects of the use of modern technologies in the training of future directors and to prove that mastering them is necessary for successful professional activity. To fulfil this purpose, the methods of analysis and synthesis, comparison, generalisation, induction and deduction were used. The study revealed the need to use innovative technologies in the work of modern specialists, namely in the activities of future directors. The paper described the specific features of preparing future directors for professional activity in higher education institutions. The study analysed aspects of directing activity in the era of modernisation. The authors described modern technologies and the possibilities of their application in filmmaking. The importance of modern technologies for future specialists in terms of distance education and blended education was covered. The authors described the prospects for the development of film and theatre art if future directors use modern technologies. Positive and negative aspects of the use of modern technologies in filmmaking were covered. Recommendations for improving the process of mastering modern technologies in higher education institutions were provided. It was concluded that future directors need to master modern technologies to develop Ukrainian theatre and cinema. The results of this study can be used by the management of art higher education institutions to develop curricula, by teachers to improve the educational process, and by students when studying and preparing for professional activities.

In psychology, increasingly more attention is being paid to psychological trauma and its impact on people. Psychological trauma poses no less danger to a person and can have a much stronger and more profound impact on their health than a physical illness, and therefore it is necessary to investigate this problem for further effective solution. The purpose of this study was to explore the concept of psychological trauma and its impact on a person’s life prospects. The methodology of the study combined theoretical analysis of the literature, the main purpose of which was to define the concept of psychological trauma and its aspects, and empirical research. The empirical stage consisted of a survey and the use of psychodiagnostic techniques. Statistical methods, such as the Mann-Whitney U test and Spearman’s correlation coefficient, were used to process the data using the SPSS Statistics software. The findings suggested that people with psychological trauma have a less balanced life perspective, assess the past more negatively, and have higher hopes for the future, which may be a form of compensation for the loss of the past. It was found that the degree of post-traumatic growth depends on the intensity of the trauma. The study substantiated the position that psychotrauma can affect various components of the personality, including motivational, volitional, emotional, and self-esteem. The study confirmed that psychological trauma changes life perspective and can cause disorders in everyday life. It was recommended that for further study of this issue, the subject of research should be narrowed down and psychological approaches to work with survivors of psychological trauma should be developed. The practical significance of this study lies in the development of a comprehensive model of the impact of traumatic events on personality development depending on a range of factors.

The outbreak of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine has caused significant human, economic, and political damage, as well as destruction to infrastructure. However, in the future, all losses incurred should be recovered. Therefore, creating models to manage infrastructure projects is still important, especially in the post-war environment of Ukraine. The purpose of this study was to build a model that would allow for the highest management efficiency in the implementation of infrastructure projects in the post-war period and to describe the possibilities of its practical application. The main methods used in the study were analysis, modelling, and abstraction. Thus, the study built a conceptual model of management of infrastructure projects and programmes in the post-war period. The study also analysed the current theoretical framework for infrastructure project management and highlighted the issue of substantiating the parameters of infrastructure programme and project products. Network models, their features and possibilities of use were described to provide a clearer picture of the project’s work and more efficient resource management. The paper emphasised that infrastructure projects are often divided into two phases: construction and operation. The study also described the importance of infrastructure projects for the efficient transport of goods and passengers and their impact on the competitiveness of the transport system. This study offers a more profound insight into the specific features of managing the implementation phases of infrastructure projects, especially in the post-war period, and brings new knowledge for management in the context of building large-scale investment programmes
