Diphtheria is an infectious disease that has been an epidemic in Indonesia and has an average mortality rate of 5-10 percent for children under five years of age. This study aims to 1) analyze the differences and relationships of maternal characteristics, family characteristics, knowledge, attitudes, and reference groups with diphtheria immunization behavior in rural and urban areas; and 2) analyze the effect of maternal characteristics, family characteristics, knowledge, attitudes, and reference groups on diphtheria immunization behavior. This study used a cross-sectional study design. The sample was 41 mothers with children aged 5-12 months and purposively selected at one of the Integrated Services Post in Bogor City and Bogor Regency. The data obtained were processed through coding, input, cleaning, analysis, and interpretation of data. The results showed differences between knowledge, attitude, reference group, and behavior of diphtheria immunization in rural and urban areas. The factor associated with the completeness of diphtheria immunization is social media for rural areas, while it does not exist in urban areas. Factors associated with compliance with the immunization schedule were family size, attitude, interpersonal, and expert for rural areas, and years of education for urban areas. Factors that influence the completeness of immunization are the length of education, attitudes, and interpersonal reference groups. Based on the results of this study, a cross-sectoral role is needed to support community education and educate mothers regarding diphtheria immunization.

The National Consumer Protection Agency (BPKN) was established to fulfill consumer protection needs in accordance with its duties. This study aimed to identify the role and performance of BPKN. The research design used was a mixed method. A total of 224 respondents were selected for the online survey using voluntary sampling techniques with the criteria of Indonesian citizens, men, and/or women aged 18-65 years, and in-depth interviews with the Chairman of the Research and Development Commission of BPKN. Data analysis was performed using Microsoft Excel 2013 and SPSS version 25.0. The result of this research is that more than half of consumers know about the functions and duties of the BPKN. However, the number of respondents who knew about BPKN programs was still low. The role of the BPKN in providing suggestions and recommendations to the government is considered insufficient based on the number of suggestions and recommendations issued each year. On the other hand, BPKN has succeeded in creating new innovations in how consumers complain during the COVID-19 pandemic, namely, by making online complaints. BPKN should be able to create more activities aimed at introducing BPKNs among Indonesians.

The COVID-19 pandemic had a considerable impact on adolescents, including reducing adolescents activities outside the home, conducting schools online and increasing stress. This study aims to analyze the effect of parenting styles, and adolescent interactions with parents on the subjective well-being of adolescents during the COVID-19 pandemic. Research respondents were grade 12 students of SMKN 2 and SMKN 3 Bangkalan. Sampling technique using simple random sampling method with a total sample of 197 adolescents. The results of the study found that there were differences in the subjective well-being of adolescents, namely lower subjective well-being during the COVID19 pandemic. Based on the results of the study, adolescent age was significantly negatively related to the subjective well-being of adolescents before the COVID-19 pandemic. The education of father and mother is significantly positively related to adolescent-mother interaction. Adolescent age, family size, and authoritarian parenting style have a significant negative effect on the subjective well-being of adolescents before the COVID-19 pandemic. Permissive, authoritarian parenting styles, and adolescent interactions with fathers have a significant positive effect on adolescents' subjective well-being during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Children who come from families of circular migrant workers with separated parents and children have their own challenges in order to continue to be motivated to continue their education. This study aims to analyze the influence of father's perception of children's education, provision of educational facilities, and child-parent communication on adolescents' motivation to continue school in families of circular migrant workers. This research is a quantitative study with a non-probability sampling method through snowball sampling technique. The number of participants in this study were 40 children and 40 fathers. The results showed that the higher the father's last education, the more motivation for children to continue their education. Meanwhile, the greater the number of children can reduce the motivation to continue education. Other results showed that fathers' perceptions were in the moderate category. Provision of children's education facilities and child-mother communication have a significant positive relationship and effect on increasing motivation to continue schooling. Motivation to continue school in both dimensions is in the low category, namely intrinsic motivation (40%) and extrinsic motivation (70%). Future research is expected to examine perceptions of children's education through the perspective of migrant worker family mothers.

Disciplinary practices are instilled through routine activities as an effort to build adolescent habits, educated to behave well, and respect others. Disciplinary character can be applied well as a result of the formation of an optimal self-concept that is able to have a positive influence on discipline. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of family and school discipline practices, as well as self-concept on the disciplinary character of junior high school students. This study used a cross-sectional study design and purposive sampling technique with a total of 150 respondents who were students from public junior high schools, private junior high schools, and private religious-based junior high schools living at home with parents/other family members. The results of this study found that family discipline practices were in the high category, school discipline practices and discipline character were in the medium category, while self-concept was in the low category. The result of the T-test shows that state school students have a better disciplinary character than private and religious-based school students. PLS analysis shows that family and school discipline practices have a direct effect on self-concept and no direct effect on discipline character. The results of path analysis show that there is a significant influence of family and school discipline practices through self-concept on the disciplinary character of junior high school students.

Consumer protection institutions were built to help consumers fight for their rights. The purpose of this study is to analyze the form of consumer protection programs by the two institutions through the effectiveness of the powers, roles, and duties of the two institutions in handling consumer protection cases. The research method used is a combination of quantitative and qualitative research. The results showed that general knowledge about the UUPK tended to be very good so the attitude assessment of the performance carried out on BPSK and LPKSM was also good. BPSK is mandated to provide consumer protection through consumer dispute resolution, while LPKSM in helping consumers fight for their rights can provide advocacy assistance to consumers. In carrying out its main tasks, LPKSM has succeeded in providing understanding to the community compared to BPSK. The role in providing education and outreach is only LPKSM. The effectiveness of the two institutions is shown through the performance of the two institutions by the responsibilities that must be carried out by each institution (BPSK and LPKSM) with the full support of the Government to continue to achieve and realize consumer empowerment.

Advertisements with organic claims must be able to be proven by how the product is made, the ingredients used, and legal organic certification. Providing correct information is a form of consumer education and protection. This study aims to analyze video advertisements of organic food claims on YouTube social media. The results of the analysis are adjusted in fulfillment of the Consumer Protection Law (UUPK) Number 8 of 1999. This research analyzes the variables of product characteristics, video characteristics, advertising characteristics, and organic claims using the content analysis method and exploratory design. The sample selection was carried out using purposive sampling technique with certain characteristics. The research sample is 200 organic claim advertising videos on YouTube. Data were collected and processed using Microsoft Excel, SPSS 25.0, and Voyant. The results of the analysis show that 62,5 percent of ads use subjective claims and 64,5 percent of ads do not have organic certification. There were 91,5 percent of ads that violated article 17 and 29,0 percent of ads that violated the Ethics of Indonesian Advertising (EPI). Consumers need to improve their knowledge and understanding of organic claim advertisements and be careful in deciding product purchases.
