This research aims to explain the leadership role of the madrasa head as a leader and manager in developing teacher professionalism at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Situbondo. This research uses a qualitative approach, a case study type, a technique for determining research subjects with purpose, and data collection techniques using (1) semi-participant observation, (2) semi-structured interviews, and (3) documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis uses Miles Huberman and Saldana's interactive model with the following steps: (1) data collection, (2) data condensation, (3) data presentation, and (4) concluding. Triangulation and member checks are used to measure data validity. Three types of triangulations are used, namely source and method triangulation. Research results are 1). The leadership role of the madrasah head as a leader in developing teacher professionalism at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Situbondo: The madrasah head makes planning, implementation, and evaluation as well as work programs, such as drafting and creating semester programs together with teachers. Implementing teacher delegation in workshop or training activities periodically requires every teacher to update learning tools (content, methods, media, teaching materials in the lesson plan), provide advice, motivation, and suggestions, and solve problems in dealing with issues in madrasas related to teaching and learning, and provide leeway and flexibility for teachers who wish to pursue higher education or a master's degree. 2). The leadership role of the madrasa head as a manager in developing teacher professionalism at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Situbondo: The madrasa head provides opportunities for students to develop their talents and interests to improve the quality of the madrasa, creating an atmosphere that builds teacher discipline, class supervision and teacher performance assessment and provide evaluation of the results of class supervision by providing input on errors/discrepancies found and providing solutions to teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Situbondo.

Technology, including education, has become an integral part of life in this digital era. Technological developments bring new challenges and opportunities that change the traditional learning paradigm. The concept of Independent Learning in Indonesia, which focuses on student participation and autonomy, is increasingly relevant with technology support. This research uses qualitative methods that focus on literature reviews. Information was collected by analyzing articles, journals, and books discussing the use of technology in the Independent Curriculum. Research shows that the use of technology in education has a significant impact on student achievement, skills, and engagement. The integration of technology in the Independent Curriculum not only enriches learning content but also supports the achievement of the Pancasila Student profile. However, challenges such as gaps in technology access and teacher training must be addressed. With the right approach, technology can be a powerful tool for improving the quality of education and preparing students for an increasingly digital future.

This research used a qualitative approach because all facts, both oral and written, from the data source were observed, and field notes and other related documents were described by the original and then reviewed to find the findings obtained. This research produced descriptive data. Qualitative research using descriptive methods was a problem-solving procedure investigated by describing the state of the research object based on visible facts or as they were. The descriptive method focused on finding facts as the actual situation. Using descriptive qualitative research, it was hoped that the data obtained would be more complete, profound, and meaningful to achieve the research objectives. The research results showed that the basic concept of kashruth and tasamuh attitudes in Pondok Pesantren Al-Hikmah Tuban has been implemented in everyday life as evidenced by some activities, including: a). The placement of wakam (room) does not differentiate the students' origin, race, ethnicity, region, or descent. b). Bahtsul masai'l is a place for students to accept differences. c). Upholding tolerance, mutual respect, and helping each other. Internalization: The attitudes of tawasuth and tasamuh in Pondok Pesantren Al-Hikmah Tuban were implemented smoothly because the activities of the students were directly monitored by the founder and caretaker (KH.M Husnan Dimyati), assisted by the board of boarding schools, the attitude of tawasuth and tasamuh is always taught in pesantren, and it was proven by the behavior of these students who uphold differences, respect, love and help each other and the activities of the students who showed tawasuth and tasamuh behavior in everyday life.

Strategic management is developing, implementing, and evaluating decisions that enable an organization to reach its goals. Furthermore, the study aims to identify the opportunities and challenges of strategic management in the era of information openness. This research uses a library study method by analyzing journals or related articles published in the last five years; as for the research results obtained, the use of SWOT analysis in strategic management to identify opportunities and challenges the organization faces. Following strategic management in the era of information openness, the study of the results of related journals described that organizations exploit information and technology access to perform organizational tasks efficiently. Acquired opportunities and strategic management challenges in the era of information openness include more comprehensive access to data and the ability to access data quickly. Still, the risk of information failure becomes a challenge.
