Relevance. This paper explores the key factors influencing the quality of vocational (vocational-technical) education through public-private partnerships. It delves into the involvement of partnership entities – the state, private business, and the community – in modernizing the content, forms, means, and structure of vocational training for future qualified professionals, in line with the needs of the contemporary labor market. Objective: To characterize the potential directions of public-private partnership impact on enhancing the quality of vocational (vocational-technical) education. Methods: The study involves processing scientific sources, legislative and regulatory documents, and empirical data on enhancing the quality of vocational (vocational-technical) education in the context of public-private partnership projects. It includes a scientific summary based on theoretical analysis and synthesis of scientific approaches to the development of the researched problem, particularly identifying the impact directions of public-private partnership projects on the quality of vocational education. Results: Based on the analysis of legislative and normative-legal documents in the field of vocational (vocational-technical) education and public-private partnerships, scientific sources, and empirical data, the potential directions of public-private partnership projects on the quality of vocational education are characterized. These include developing modern professional and educational standards for specific specialties based on a competence approach, modernizing the material-technical base of educational institutions, implementing contemporary production and pedagogical technologies, and providing various types of financial support to vocational (vocational-technical) education institutions. Conclusions: The paper identifies and describes the potential directions of public-private partnership impact on the quality of vocational (vocational-technical) education, including: joint participation in financing V(VT)E; modernization of infrastructure and material-technical base of V(VT)E; updating standards for educational programs in line with labor market needs; introducing modern forms, methods, and technologies of learning; ensuring adaptability of management systems, transparency of agreements, monitoring, and evaluation of V(VT)E quality, and establishing effective feedback with students, teachers, and employers. The paper concludes with the necessity of improving legal regulation for the participation of public and private partners in ensuring the quality of vocational (vocational-technical) education.

Relevance: The issue of introducing dual education, in particular the design of a quality educational and production environment of a professional education institution under such conditions, is becoming more and more relevant. At the same time, it is important to take into account both objective and subjective factors affecting the specified process, as well as to determine the directions and prospects for the development of a high-quality educational and production environment of a professional education institution. The article aims to discover how to design an effective educational production environment in vocational schools in the conditions of dual vocational education, create it in the schools involved in the experiment, assess its quality under appropriate parameters and provide relevant recommendations. Methods: analysis of scientific and pedagogical sources and regulatory framework; study of the work practice of vocational education institutions according to research issues; SWOT analysis of the introduction of elements of a dual form of education in the professional training of future specialists, surveys of vocational education applicants, pedagogical workers of vocational education institutions and representatives of enterprises; modeling, analysis, synthesis and generalization of scientific material for the development and implementation of methodological tools; systematization and generalization of research results. The results. As part of this research, an effective educational production environment in the conditions of dual vocational education was designed in vocational schools involved in the experiment after introducing the authors’ methodical tools. The quality of the designed environment was assessed at the beginning and at the end of the formative experiment (the training course for vocational education teachers was organized; the authors’ methodical tools were implemented) with the help of such parameters as modality, extension, intensity, awareness, generalization, dominance, social activity, mobility. A detailed analysis of the obtained results shows a significant increase in the quality of the specified parameters of an educational production environment in vocational schools with some elements of dual vocational education at a high level. Conclusions. It is essential to support various innovations and initiatives of all the actors in the educational process to strengthen a creative atmosphere in vocational schools and, thus, prepare creative specialists who should act as proactive and free citizens of their country. It is crucial to build a constructive dialogue between all the actors in dual vocational education based on the principles of partnership and consensus to boost their motivation for joint productive activity and responsibility for its results and make their actions more coordinated. Relevance: The relevance is determined by the reform of the content, methods, forms, and technologies of professional higher education, which is carried out based on a competence-based approach and identifies the need for a comprehensive application of teaching methods in the process of developing professional competence in future electricians at agricultural colleges. Objective: To identify and characterize a set of methods for developing the professional competence of future electricians at agricultural colleges. Methods: Theoretical analysis of sources - to determine the state of development of methods for developing the professional competence of future electricians at agricultural colleges; systematization and summarization of the results of theoretical understanding of scientific works, best educational practices, and personal experience - to identify and justify the methodological features of developing professional competence in future electricians at agricultural colleges and determine the most conducive methods for this purpose. Results: Methodological peculiarities and mechanisms for developing professional competence in future electricians in educational practice have been identified; successful examples of using individual methods in the study of electrotechnical disciplines are provided; the most optimal methods for developing professional competence in future electricians at agricultural colleges have been determined. Conclusions: A set of methods for developing professional competence in future electricians at agricultural colleges has been identified (explanatory-illustrative, reproductive, problem-based, partial-search, heuristic, research methods); it is shown that their combination in the professional training of future electricians at agricultural colleges significantly improves the success of assimilating general educational and professional knowledge and developing practical skills and abilities of learners.

The relevance of this article is dictated by the acuteness of the environmental pollution issue, especially from the construction sector, which presents a challenge both for Ukraine and globally. One of the solutions to this problem is the implementation of green building, which involves the use of environmentally friendly materials, innovative waste-free and low-waste technologies, alternative energy sources, waste recycling, etc. This necessitates new, ecologically oriented approaches in the training of qualified construction workers, particularly tile setters. Objective: Based on global and national experience in green building, this study aims to investigate the issue of training tile setters in Ukraine using eco-oriented technologies and to develop recommendations for improving the process of integrating these technologies into educational curricula and programs. Methods: Analysis of domestic and foreign sources on ecological education and green building, empirical research on the practice of applying ecotechnologies by tile setters in Ukraine. Results: The essence of eco-oriented professional training is revealed, the foreign and national experiences in green building are analyzed; eco-oriented technologies for tile setters are examined; the main ecological requirements for building materials and technologies for tiling works are disclosed; corresponding recommendations for the use of eco-oriented technologies in the professional training of future tile setters are prepared. Conclusions: Eco-oriented professional training must become an integral part of the professional competence of tile setters, bringing changes both to the content and methods of education. For instance, during tiling works, environmentally friendly hydro insulation membrane materials are used; powerful construction companies that conduct eco-certification of their products have emerged; the use of mastics and adhesives based on dry building mixtures reduces construction waste and, consequently, soil pollution at the construction site; more precise laser measuring devices are increasingly used in tiling works. Therefore, in training tile setters, attention should be paid to studying modern green technologies. The importance of developing normative legal acts on eco-certification of building materials and technologies, and subsequently buildings, is substantiated. It is recommended to revise the National Standard of Professional Education for the profession of tile setter, considering ecological requirements, and for teachers of vocational education institutions to pay special attention to forming ecological competence in future tile setters.

Results: Based on the analysis of modern legislative, normative-legal documents, research of scientific sources, and empirical data, the general trends in the formation of professional competence of future skilled service sector workers in the process of course training in training centers of service sector enterprises have been identified. Conclusions: The formation of professional competence in skilled workers during course training in training centers of service sector enterprises is a relevant process under martial law conditions, where due to migration processes, mobilization, and demographic problems in the country, there is an acute need for professional training and retraining of skilled personnel over short periods; this process faces several difficulties related to the reduction of production, financial and economic instability in the country, and insufficient development of flexible educational programs for short-term training and acquisition of partial professional qualifications.

Relevance: The research is driven by rapid changes in information and technologies, the development of service industry enterprise networks, and the replenishment of staff with specialists (engineers, financiers, programmers, etc.) from the displaced persons who do not always possess adequate customer service skills. The competition among service sector enterprises is continuously escalating, and the qualifications and communicability of each employee become the characteristics that ensure an organization's steady progress. Meanwhile, aspects of continuous professional development and the enhancement of professional knowledge among service industry staff remain underexplored. The application of the "learning organization" concept principles and the systemic approach to developing professional competence in qualified service industry workers has not been the subject of specialized research. Objective: To substantiate, based on the ideas, provisions, and principles of the "learning organization" concept, a system for developing the professional competence of service industry personnel and to develop its structural model. Methods: The research objectives were addressed using theoretical methods, such as the analysis of scientific and methodological sources, studying the requirements of normative legal documents, which facilitated understanding the state of the researched problem and identifying directions for scientific inquiry. The comparative method was applied to review scientific approaches concerning the specified problem, particularly in foreign practices of personnel professional development; analysis and synthesis were used to clarify the peculiarities of service industry personnel activities and justify the methodical system for developing their professional competence. Results: The characteristics of services as a process of simultaneous production, delivery, and consumption of activity results (actions, benefits, satisfaction) by a qualified worker were clarified, and based on this, the distinction in the professional competence of these enterprises' personnel from technical workers and agricultural sector workers was identified. The importance of implementing the ideas, provisions, and principles of the "learning organization" concept in domestic service sector enterprises, widely adopted in global companies, was demonstrated. The structure of the methodical system for developing the professional competence of service industry personnel was substantiated (objective, information-digital technologies, content, methods, forms, means, result, control, and correction of the development outcomes of the researched integrative personality trait of a qualified enterprise worker). Conclusions: It was established that the main feature of modern service sector enterprises' functioning is related to the specificity of services as a result of interaction between their producer (supplier) and consumer, client. Methods: The research objectives were addressed using theoretical methods, such as the analysis of scientific and methodological sources, studying the requirements of normative legal documents, which facilitated understanding the state of the researched problem and identifying directions for scientific inquiry. The comparative method was applied to review scientific approaches concerning the specified problem, particularly in foreign practices of personnel professional development; analysis and synthesis were used to clarify the peculiarities of service industry personnel activities and justify the methodical system for developing their professional competence. Results: The characteristics of services as a process of simultaneous production, delivery, and consumption of activity results (actions, benefits, satisfaction) by a qualified worker were clarified, and based on this, the distinction in the professional competence of these enterprises' personnel from technical workers and agricultural sector workers was identified. The importance of implementing the ideas, provisions, and principles of the \"learning organization\" concept in domestic service sector enterprises, widely adopted in global companies, was demonstrated. The structure of the methodical system for developing the professional competence of service industry personnel was substantiated (objective, information-digital technologies, content, methods, forms, means, result, control, and correction of the development outcomes of the researched integrative personality trait of a qualified enterprise worker). Conclusions: It was established that the main feature of modern service sector enterprises' functioning is related to the specificity of services as a result of interaction between their producer (supplier) and consumer, client. Relevance: The research is driven by the needs for activating and motivating postgraduate pedagogical education seekers in their studies, developing their key and professional competencies, structuring large volumes of educational material, and ensuring the individualization of the educational process. Objective: To substantiate the essence, principles, and key aspects of educational content visualization in postgraduate education for pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers. Relevance: In the context of reforming contemporary Ukrainian education and transitioning to multilevel training of professional staff, the competitiveness of specialists in the labor market, the problem of a competency-based approach becomes particularly relevant. In turn, the professional competence of future qualified workers in the service sector is an integral characteristic that determines the individual's ability to solve typical professional tasks and problems that arise in real-life professional situations by using acquired knowledge and skills, professional and personal experience, values, and inclinations from a specific profession in the service industry. Objective: To analyze approaches to defining the essence and content of the definition "professional competence of future qualified workers in the service sector" in the context of modern educational transformations. Methods: Theoretical: analysis, synthesis, generalization of scientific works on the problem of professional competence of future qualified workers in vocational (vocational-technical) education institutions and official documents - to determine the theoretical-methodological foundations of the phenomenon; study and generalization of pedagogical experience to select pedagogical tools - for the development of professional competence of future qualified workers in the service sector; comparison - to determine approaches to solving the researched problem; modeling - to design a model for the development of professional competence of future qualified workers in the service sector during professional training. Results: The essence and content of the definition "professional competence of future qualified workers in the service sector" were examined; various scientific approaches to defining the concept of professional competence and its components were identified and analyzed; various scientific approaches to the classification of structural elements of the professional competence of a future specialist were characterized, which can be used to determine their competitiveness in the market and ensure their success in the service industry. The relevance of this article is determined by the need to elucidate the main approaches to interpreting the essence and structure of the concept "professional competence" and to justify its importance as a crucial condition for the successful activity of skilled workers in the service sector according to current labor market demands. The purpose of the article is to illuminate the main approaches to interpreting the essence and structure of the concept "professional competence," and to characterize it as an important condition for the successful activity of skilled workers in the service sector. Methods: the study of scientific sources on the interpretation of the essence of the concept "professional competence" and its structural components, summarization and systematization - for formulating conclusions and perspectives for further research. The relevance of the research is determined by the fact that at the current stage of the development of the service sector, which is determined in particular by the introduction of new technologies in the service sector, as well as the desire of consumers to receive services of a professional level, the success of a service sector enterprise is determined not only by the ability of an employee to produce and provide a high-quality service, but also communicate effectively with consumers and other participants in the process of providing services, build constructive relationships, avoiding conflict situations, possess a certain culture of professional communication and behavior.
