The article is devoted to the analysis of the problem of legal literacy of students based on the results of a sociological survey, in which 102 university students from various fields of study took part. For 97% of respondents, legal literacy in the modern world is very relevant. The work emphasizes the importance of developing legal consciousness among financial university students and offers some recommendations for improving this process. This is due to the fact that legal literacy is an indicator of an individual’s social maturity and readiness to resolve legal issues. Thus, the results of the study allow us to conclude that it is necessary to introduce more classes on legal issues into the system of training highly qualified personnel, which will help students better understand legal instruments and their application in various situations.

g Data is a qualitatively new information object that requires special methods of analysis and processing. The peculiarity of Big Data is the following: traditional methods of data processing in the case of Big Data may not be effective, since they require very large time frames and computing resources; Big Data, in many ways, loses its discrete structure and approaches its properties to structures of continuity, which complicates the use of traditional methods of discrete analysis. The article discusses approaches to the study of Big Data in humanitarian universities. The sources of the emergence of big data in this area are discussed as an imbalance between the syntactic and semantic aspects of the information object. It is substantiated that in humanitarian universities it is advisable to place emphasis on mastering the modeling methodology, which, in many respects, allows eliminating this imbalance.

The article is devoted to the problem of developing functional literacy in primary school students. The results of a comparative analysis of the formed and tested types of activities of the basic components of functional literacy (Reading, Mathematics, Science) are presented. Identical and specific types of activities are identified. Using the example of the results of completing tasks of meta-subject regional diagnostic work by schoolchildren in the Moscow region, the existence of a problem of transferring identical competencies from one type of literacy to others was demonstrated. A solution to this problem has been proposed. The article is addressed to teachers implementing federal educational programs of basic general education, regional coordinators of the project «Monitoring the formation of functional literacy of students».

This article discusses a new model of mentoring in a general education organization, which is aimed at adaptation, development of not only professional, but also personal development of a young teacher. There are three vectors of the mentoring model, and functions and features are described for each. The authors show the logic of changing one vector to another and the signs of their transition. The development of a young teacher is considered from two angles: «vertical» and «horizontal».

The article is devoted to the analysis and study of statistics on the relevance of the use of neural networks in the educational process of students. Based on the results of the survey, which was attended by 94 students of the Omsk branch of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation of various training areas, the following conclusions were made: the degree of relevance of the use of neural networks in a modern university according to a 5-point system of at least 4 points was estimated by about 57.4% of respondents. The actual goals of using neural networks were: improving the quality of the workspace (60.6%), reducing the duration of the workflow (59.6%) and assistance in writing papers (48.9%). It is worth noting that according to the results of the survey, Shazam became the most popular neural network using artificial intelligence. 71.3% of respondents use this neural network to facilitate the search for the right musical composition. The results of the study allow us to conclude that it is necessary to introduce neural networks into the educational plan of universities to facilitate the educational process of students. As well as a superficial study, to understand the general structure and relevance of the use of neural networks.

Modern transformations taking place in the education system in general and in higher education in particular require a revision of methodological approaches to personnel training. The development of cultural competencies of future teachers is of particular importance. The authors analyze the federal state educational standard for the profile of pedagogical education. The article presents ideas for the development of the personality of a future teacher on the basis of an axiological approach, which orients the student’s activities towards universal, national and professional values, towards awareness of the value of his profession, this aspect is especially relevant when training a future specialist in the field of teaching foreign languages and cultures.
