Scientific production about associated factors, methods and locations of self-mutilation in adolescents 关于青少年自残的相关因素、方法和地点的科研成果

Introduction: Self-injurious behavior is characterized as a global public health problem due to its severity and risk of death. Objective: To review factors related to self-mutilation in young people and report the main methods and locations mutilated. Method: This is an integrative literature review conducted in five databases with the descriptors: "Self Mutilation AND Adolescent AND Self-Injurious Behavior." Four articles published between 2018 and 2022 were selected. Results: Factors associated with self-mutilation include emotional dysregulation, self-punishment, distress for communication, low self-esteem, depression, impulsivity, loneliness, impulsive and perfectionist personality, and the need to feel something. The main self-injured locations are hair, arms, nails, wrists, skin, and legs. Discussion: Methods of self-mutilation include hitting oneself, pulling hair, biting oneself, burning, cutting, scratching, pinching, poking body areas, inserting objects under nails or skin, self-flagellation, and scratching. Conclusion: Self-mutilation is a complex behavior that affects people of all ages, with a prevalence among adolescents. It is considered a dangerous behavior that can lead to severe injuries or death.

Quality of life of home care service professionals 家庭护理服务专业人员的生活质量

Introduction: Quality of life is related to the way an individual feels and perceives what happens to them and around them, to “living well and feeling good”. Objective: To evaluate the quality of life of employees linked to the Home Care Service in a Brazilian capital. Method: This is a cross-sectional study, data collection took place during a SAD team meeting. Descriptive statistics were performed with simple frequencies. Results: The majority of SAD employees are female (89.5%), aged between 35 and 44 years old (42.1%), married or in a stable union (47.3%), and had a postgraduate degree. completed graduation (55.5%) and worked in the SAD for >111 months (36.8%). It showed greater sociological and relational satisfaction with 60.2 points, in the environmental/organizational sphere, working conditions and the opportunity for growth were analyzed with lower scores with 26.3 points and 26.9 points respectively Conclusion: The multidisciplinary team presents quality of a satisfactory life, especially in the sociological/relational sphere, despite positive results, it is necessary to create programs that frequently assess the quality of life of professionals.

The article seeks to identify the main educational tools in current educational approaches that promote the intentional study of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), based on pedagogical and educational management innovations that focus on the comprehensive and interdimensional development of the student. It is expected that the paper will support results capable of identifying incentives in basic education for access to knowledge and accountability for the goals established by the 2030 agenda.

The onerous granting of the right to build: an alternative form of financing in the popular housing programs of the municipality of Goiânia 繁重的建设权授予:戈亚尼亚市大众住房计划中的另一种融资形式

The City Statute (Law nº 10.257/2001) established general norms for the elaboration of the Master Plan by the Municipalities, including defining that not only the OODC, but all urban policy instruments defined therein, must follow the general guidelines of urban policy, such as the fair distribution of burdens and benefits, the recovery of government investments that result in the appreciation of urban properties and, in the specific case of Onerous Grants, that part of the amounts collected with their concession are applied in social housing programs. In this sense, the scope of the implementation of the urban instrument of the Onerous Grant of the Right to Build is discussed, based on its criticisms and distortions, in case there is a legal binding expressed in the local legislation of the percentage of collection of its revenues linked to housing programs of social interest.

Thermography in the identification of pathologies in ancient building wood 热成像技术在古建筑木材病变鉴定中的应用

The present study aims to investigate the degradation of wood in historic buildings through the application of thermography, a non-destructive technique. In order to comprehend the potential of this approach, representative samples of different wood species were selected, exhibiting fissures, holes, and other damages caused by xylophagous organisms. The experimental process involved subjecting the wood samples to controlled thermal stimulation, reaching a temperature of 150°C. Using a high-resolution thermal camera (FLIR T460), images were captured that highlighted temperature variations on the wood surfaces. The meticulous analysis of these images allowed for the precise and detailed identification of fissures, holes, and areas affected by xylophagous organisms, providing valuable insights into the state of degradation. The obtained results clearly demonstrate the effectiveness of thermography as a tool for the identification and characterization of pathologies in wood from ancient buildings. The ability to non-invasively visualize thermal variations on wood surfaces offers a highly sensitive approach for detecting problematic areas. Furthermore, the utilization of this technique can contribute to more accurate diagnoses and informed decisions regarding preservation and restoration interventions.

Fluency in reading: review of intervention studies carried out with students in the 3rd, 4th and 5th year of Elementary School 阅读流畅性:对小学三、四、五年级学生进行的干预研究综述

The present study aimed to: 1. Present interventional studies related to reading fluency, carried out with students in the 3rd, 4th and 5th years of Elementary School; 2. Describe the number of participants, the intervention procedures, the number of sessions and the results found; 3. Analyze the effects of fluency interventions (speed, accuracy and prosody) to expand vocabulary and understanding. The research is quantitative and qualitative in nature, using a bibliographic technique. Three databases’ CAPES, LILAC and PubMed were accessed. It covered the period 2014 and 2024 combining three terms, using Boolean, which configured the following descriptors, in English: “Fluency” AND “Elementary School” AND “Intervention” and in Portuguese “Fluência” AND “Ensino Fundamental” AND “Intervention”. The conclusions presented in the 24 articles analyzed, which met the established criteria, pointed out that fluency interventions can be fundamental for increasing automated recognition, but the effects are not statistically significant for increasing vocabulary and comprehension. Furthermore, only one study analyzed prosody.

More than discussing positive and negative aspects of interventions in the urban landscape, this paper seeks to provoke agents who work to preserve material cultural heritage. Why does the implemented Campus in the city of Laranjeiras by the Federal University of Sergipe, in 2007, not assert itself as an existential locus? This critical reflection presents the project and work carried out by the Monumenta Program to install the Campus and its virtues and deficiencies in relation to the theory of conservation and restoration. The existential crises along 16 years of existence include sensitive conflicts between university and local community, a reduction in the number of implemented courses to just three of them, and so on. A hypothesis is proposed that an intervention project that seeks the “restoration” of a historic building cannot avoid understanding and assimilating local memory, this paper looks for to reveal the causes, conceptions and practices that contribute to answering the mentioned question, thinkin about the disconnection of the process of “conservation and restoration” interventions from the memory of a society, which maybe culminate in the existential refusal of the implanted object and, consequently, of the heritage it represents.

Why does the implemented Campus in the city of Laranjeiras by the Federal University of Sergipe, in 2007, not assert itself as an existential locus? This critical reflection presents the project and work carried out by the Monumenta Program to install the Campus and its virtues and deficiencies in relation to the theory of conservation and restoration. The existential crises along 16 years of existence include sensitive conflicts between university and local community, a reduction in the number of implemented courses to just three of them, and so on. This study addresses the theme of Permanent Health Education from the perspective of critical research, seeking to understand its importance and impact in the context of a hospital. The investigation revealed the inherent complexity of PHE, highlighting the need to transce0nd merely bureaucratic and formative approaches to embrace its true essence. Through the analysis of healthcare professionals' perceptions, both weaknesses and strengths of PHE were identified, emphasizing the importance of a dialogue that considers its multidimensionality. Furthermore, the relationship between access and professionals' participation was discussed, highlighting its nuances and the need for a differentiated approach. As a practical result, an interactive guide was developed as a tool to disseminate the principles and practices of PHE, aligned with the data and reflections derived from the research. Finally, the relevance of PHE as a fundamental strategy in health promotion is recognized, especially in times of crisis such as the COVID-19 pandemic, reinforcing the importance of its integration into social policies to effectively address contemporary challenges.

Recovery of low carbon FeCr alloy using sensor-based separation 利用传感器分离回收低碳铁铬合金

The recovery of low-carbon FeCr alloy at Ferbasa's metallurgical unit in Pojuca is a crucial process involving the separation of the metallic alloy from the slag generated during smelting. This study investigates the application of sensor-based sorting (SBS) technology to optimize this recovery. Tests conducted at the STEINERT Latin America Testing Center utilized X-ray transmission (XRT) sensors combined with 3D laser sensors, demonstrating efficacy in distinguishing between alloy and slag particles based on density differences. The results indicated that with only 4% of the mass, it is possible to recover more than 11% of the metal, focusing on particles with an average grade above 23% Cr2O3. The implementation of this technology could increase the mass recovery of the alloy by 3.5% compared to the current process, optimizing resources and improving the efficiency of the existing magnetic separation process. It is concluded that SBS technology, particularly the combination of XRT and 3D laser, is a promising solution to enhance the recovery of FeCrBC alloy.

Validation of the content of an instrument for nursing consultations with children with disabilities 验证残疾儿童护理咨询工具的内容

Objective: To build and validate an instrument for Nursing consultation for Children with Disabilities. Method: Methodological study developed in two stages, namely: 1st stage: planning and construction of the instrument; 2nd stage: validation of the instrument's content by experts through the application of an individual online questionnaire and by conducting a focus group. The results of the first stage underwent a quantitative analysis in which were considered as validated indicators those whose content validity index was equal to or greater than 0.80 and in the second stage, a qualitative analysis was carried out to make adjustments to the instrument. Results: After being validated, the indicators were organized based on the concepts of King's Goal Achievement Theory, resulting in the structuring of the instrument that is subdivided into three domains: Personal, Interpersonal and Social Factors. Conclusion: The final instrument showed content validity for its use at the moment of collecting data during the nursing consultation for Children with Disabilities receiving care at Specialized Rehabilitation Centers.
