Application of Electronic Information Engineering in Hospital Management 电子信息工程在医院管理中的应用

To further enhance the overall service quality of China’s hospitals and improve the trust of the majority of patients in hospitals, this paper takes intelligent hospital management as the object of study, analyzes the importance of electronic information engineering technology applied in hospital management, and discusses the specific application methods of electronic information engineering in hospital management. This aims the existing problems in the current hospital management, such as insufficient degree of informatization, data sharing difficulties, lack of professionals, etc. Corresponding improvement measures are proposed, including strengthening the construction of informatization, promoting data sharing, and cultivating professionals. It is hoped that this study will enable the majority of hospital managers to make better use of electronic information engineering technology to effectively solve the current problems faced by hospitals and to continuously improve the comprehensive competitiveness of China’s hospitals.
为进一步提升我国医院的整体服务质量,提高广大患者对医院的信任度,本文以医院智能化管理为研究对象,分析了电子信息工程技术在医院管理中应用的重要性,并探讨了电子信息工程在医院管理中的具体应用方法。针对当前医院管理中存在的问题,如信息化程度不够、数据共享困难、专业人才缺乏等。提出了相应的改进措施,包括加强信息化建设、促进数据共享、培养专业人才等。希望本研究能使广大医院管理者更好地利用电子信息工程技术,有效解决医院当前面临的问题,不断提高我国医院的综合竞争力。

Compliance management has become a key element to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises, not only because it assists enterprises to comply with laws and regulations, but also because it is the cornerstone of corporate reputation and culture. A compliance management model called “Trinity” has emerged. As an important pillar of national economic development, state-owned enterprises, their operational efficiency, and risk management ability are directly related to the stability and security of the national economy. As an important part of enterprise management, internal control management plays an irreplaceable role. Especially in the current domestic and international economic situation is complex and changeable, market competition is increasingly fierce environment, to strengthen the internal control management of state-owned enterprises and risk prevention measures is particularly important. This paper starts with the importance of internal control management and risk prevention for state-owned enterprises, and analyzes the problems and strategies in the internal control management and risk prevention of state-owned enterprises, in order to build a more comprehensive and efficient risk management system for state-owned enterprises to adapt to the ever-changing market environment and realize sustainable development.

With the rapid development of electrical power systems, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of power transmission has become particularly crucial. The secondary cable line calibrator for current transformers (CT) plays an essential role in calibrating electrical power systems. It is not only related to the safe operation of the system but also directly impacts the accuracy of energy metering. This study aims to design and analyze an efficient CT secondary cable line calibrator to explore its application effects in the power system. By thoroughly analyzing the characteristics of CT secondary cable lines and the design requirements of the calibrator, this paper proposes an innovative design scheme for the calibrator. This device demonstrates significant effects in enhancing the accuracy and stability of power system calibration, providing robust technical support for the optimization and upgrade of the power system. This research not only offers a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the design and application of CT secondary cable line calibrators but also contributes new ideas and methods for the precise calibration and efficient management of the power system.

In recent years, China has made significant progress in the construction of highways, resulting in an improvedhighway network that has provided robust support for economic and social development. However, the rapid expansion of highway construction, power supply, and distribution has led to several challenges in mechanical and electrical engineering technology. Ensuring the safe, stable, and cost-effective operation of the power supply and distribution system to meet the diverse requirements of highway operations has become a pressing issue. This article takes an example of a highway electromechanical engineering power supply and distribution construction project to provide insight into the construction process of highway electromechanical engineering power supply and distribution technology.

More than 10,000 carbon nanotube field-effect transistors (CNTFETs) have been successfully integratedinto one semiconductor chip using conventional semiconductor design procedures and manufacturing processes. Thesetransistors offer advantages such as high carrier mobility, large saturation velocity, low intrinsic capacitance, flexibility, andtransparency. The three-dimensional multilayer structure of the CNTFET semiconductor chip, along with ongoing researchin CNTFET manufacturing processes, increases the potential for creating a hybrid MOSFET-CNTFET semiconductorchip. This chip combines conventional metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFETs) and CNTFETs inone integrated system. This paper discusses a methodology to design 6T binary static random-access memory (SRAM)using a hybrid MOSFET-CNTFET. This paper introduces a method for designing a hybrid MOSFET-CNTFET SRAMby leveraging existing MOSFET SRAM or CNTFET SRAM design approaches. Additionally, this paper compares itsperformance with conventional MOSFET SRAM and CNTFET SRAM designs.

Simulation-Based Investigation of Crack Formation in Forged MB15 Magnesium Alloy 基于模拟的锻造 MB15 镁合金裂纹形成研究

In the process of riveting an MB15 forging die, cracks were discovered emerging along the longitudinaldirection and near the riveting hole. Through fracture analysis, microscopic observation, energy spectrum analysis,metallographic examination, and hardness test, the properties and causes of the cracks are discussed. The results indicatethat the cracking type is intergranular brittle cracking, occurring during the forging stage. Furthermore, the recrystallizationat the crack site is found to be incomplete, which is attributed to the low deformation temperature.

Attribute Reduction of Neighborhood Rough Set Based on Discernment 基于判别的邻域粗糙集属性还原

For neighborhood rough set attribute reduction algorithms based on dependency degree, a neighborhood computation method incorporating attribute weight values and a neighborhood rough set attribute reduction algorithm using discernment as the heuristic information was proposed. The reduction algorithm comprehensively considers the dependency degree and neighborhood granulation degree of attributes, allowing for a more accurate measurement of the importance degrees of attributes. Example analyses and experimental results demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm.
针对基于依赖度的邻域粗糙集属性还原算法,提出了一种包含属性权重值的邻域计算方法和一种以判别为启发式信息的邻域粗糙集属性还原算法。该缩减算法综合考虑了属性的依赖程度和邻域粒度,可以更准确地衡量属性的重要程度。实例分析和实验结果证明了该算法的可行性和有效性。

In the developmental dilemma of artificial intelligence (AI)-assisted judicial decision-making, the technicalarchitecture of AI determines its inherent lack of transparency and interpretability, which is challenging to fundamentallyimprove. This can be considered a true challenge in the realm of AI-assisted judicial decision-making. By examining thecourt’s acceptance, integration, and trade-offs of AI technology embedded in the judicial field, the exploration of potentialconflicts, interactions, and even mutual shaping between the two will not only reshape their conceptual connotations andintellectual boundaries but also strengthen the cognition and re-interpretation of the basic principles and core values of thejudicial trial system.

The Impact of Temperature on the Electromagnet and Structural Optimization of a Solenoid Valve 温度对电磁铁的影响和电磁阀的结构优化

The mathematical model of the solenoid valve under varying temperatures is constructed to investigate itsperformance and enhance heat dissipation balance. The relationship between temperature and electromagnetic force isdetermined. Electrothermal coupling simulation using COMSOL is conducted, optimizing the outer diameter and lengthstructure parameters of the coil. It is established that the heat dissipation of the coil is influenced by its outer diameter.Subsequently, based on optimized coil structure parameters, an orthogonal experimental design method combinedwith Ansys Maxwell is employed for simulation solution analysis to study the impact of structural parameters such aslength, position, front and rear angles of the magnetic barrier ring in the iron core, armature length, and through-holesize on electromagnetic force. Optimal structural parameters are identified. Results indicate a decrease in steady-stateelectromagnet temperature by 3–4℃, an increase in the initial electromagnetic force by 32.63%, and a rise in the maximumelectromagnetic force by 27.10%.
