This study is a review study and it was aimed to examine the impact of work environment on academic staff performance in tertiary institutions in Nigeria. Depending on secondary data that were systematically collected from print and online publications. The results collected indicated that the work environment of tertiary institutions influences academic staff job performance. The paper concluded that a good and conducive working environment enhances the job performance of Academic Staff in tertiary institutions. Based on this, the paper suggested that the government and relevant stakeholders in the management of tertiary institutions in Nigeria should ensure that: a conducive work environment should be provided in all tertiary institutions across the country.

This study examines how personality traits, based on the Big Five model, impact job performance in business organizations. Through quantitative analysis, it finds that openness to experience and conscientiousness positively affect performance, while extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism show no significant influence. These results highlight the need to consider individual personality differences when managing employee performance. Recommendations include prioritizing openness to experience and conscientiousness in employee selection and development. Further research in varied contexts is advised to enhance the understanding of personality-performance relationships.

Transportation is the most important part of international trade. This paper examines the role of transportation as international trade in Uzbekistan from export and import perspectives. The paper reveals the types of developed transportations in Uzbekistan for export and import business. Export and import business development depends on transportation service because of movement of products and services. The facilitation of cross-border trade in products and services is one of the major contributions of the transportation industry to Uzbekistan's economy. Proper methods and recommendations that may help for the further development of international trade trough transportation in Uzbekistan. It is essential to focus on this topic, as it offers both the necessary human mobility and distribution for production, directly connecting companies to global markets. Transport networks that are economical and efficient enhance the prospects for both individuals and enterprises to reap the benefits of globalization.

Studies highlighted the interconnectedness of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), Smart Cities, and Society 5.0, envisioning a future where these concepts collectively propel urban development. The study emphasized the role of ITS in Society 5.0, promoting safer, more efficient, and environmentally friendly transportation options. The methodology entailed a thorough review of academic sources and a variety of data collection methods. The findings indicated an increased reliance on ITS in smart cities, with a focus on adapting to multiple information sources. The discussion emphasized the critical role of ITS in achieving Society 5.0's goals, establishing a synergistic path for innovative, human-centric urban environments. This research aims to determine descriptive knowledge regarding the role of the internet as a re-actualization of the da'wah communication system in the digital era. The type of research used in this discussion is using library research or literature review which includes: systematic identification, and analysis of documents containing information related to the study problem. The research results show that the Internet has become an integral part of people's lives in the digital era. With the internet, the barriers of distance and time that used to be obstacles are now starting to fade. The new media era provides open opportunities in the process of transformation of Islamic da'wah. The use of the internet as a new media is accompanied by the creativity and innovation of preachers in using digital spaces for the continuation of Islamic da'wah. This can be seen from the emergence of cyber da'wah discourse, the development of online Islamic literature, and Amar Ma'ruf Nahi Munkar's activities in the digital realm.

West Kalimantan Province is blessed with a wealth of tourism potential, including Lake Sebedang in Sambas Regency. However, there are complex problems from the political side of ecotourism in it. This research was conducted to analyze the strategy for developing the Sebedang Lake tourist attraction through the concept of community-based tourism from an ecotourism political perspective. The method used is a descriptive qualitative. The data in this research were obtained from interviews and documentation studies. Through this research, a strategy formulation was produced that can support increased development of the Sebedang Lake tourist attraction in harmony with environmental sustainability through community-based tourism, namely the need for synergy between stakeholders and the community as the main actors.

The study examines how AR technology has been used to enhance the learning experience of these students. Through a comprehensive review of multiple studies and findings, this study examines the impact of AR on access, engagement, and overall educational outcomes for students with unique disabilities. The findings highlighted significant progress in the field, shedding light on the potential of AR to provide inclusive and effective learning environments for this student population, thereby contributing to a broader discussion of technical and higher education.

The research examines the current state of research and development (R&D) investment policies in the Indonesian defense sector, focusing on their sustainability and long-term impact. It uses institutional, implementation, network, and innovation diffusion theories and secondary data analysis. The findings reveal institutional influences, challenges in implementation, bureaucratic coordination, and measures to enhance long-term sustainability. Historical, cultural, and regulatory factors influence R&D policies, while limited resources make implementation difficult. The study emphasizes the importance of collaboration between the public and private sectors and continuous monitoring and evaluation. The findings provide recommendations for fostering innovation, overcoming challenges, and ensuring the sector's resilience.

This study discusses fully distributed fault detection via a wireless sensor network. Initially, we suggested using the Convex hull approach to determine a range of extreme points including nearby nodes. As the number of nodes rises, the message's duration is constrained. Secondly, in order to enhance convergence performance and identify node errors, we suggested using a convolution neural network (CNN) and a Naïve Bayes classifier. Lastly, we use real-world datasets to examine CNN, convex hull, and Naïve bayes algorithms to find and classify the defects. Based on performance measures, the results of simulations and experiments demonstrate that the CNN algorithm has better-identified defects than the convex hull technique while maintaining feasibility and economy.

The Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) plays a vital role in numerous smart city applications, particularly in improving transportation and commuting processes. A primary goal of ITS is to tackle traffic-related challenges, especially the issue of traffic congestion. The prediction system for road traffic flow has significant relevance in urban transportation and area management. Many urban centers grapple with the daunting task of effective traffic management. However, the incorporation of predictive modeling that considers environmental and weather conditions, such as rainfall and thunderstorms, has proven to be remarkably effective. In response to this challenge, we have introduced a road traffic flow prediction model specifically designed to forecast traffic conditions at hourly intervals extending up to 24 hours. Although various algorithms have been applied in previous research, there is a notable absence of accessible and user-friendly platforms dedicated to road traffic flow prediction.
