Analysis of data transmission methods in telemedicine systems 远程医疗系统数据传输方法分析

This article provides a detailed comparative analysis of various methods of data transmission in telemedicine systems in order to determine their effectiveness, reliability and suitability for various medical applications. Wired and wireless data transmission technologies are analyzed, namely, their features, advantages and disadvantages in the context of application in telemedicine systems are investigated.

Simulation of photon migration process in the biological environment 模拟生物环境中的光子迁移过程

In the article developed as a result of the analysis of the obtained 2D distributions of the anisotropy parameters of the epidermis samples, only linear birefringence was found, the value of which changes in the plane of the section according to the thickness and density of the tissue fibers. Correspondingly, along the same fiber directions, the orientation of the birefringence axis changes smoothly (in the area of ​​the tissue without pathology). For the affected areas of the tissue, the birefringence value is more homogeneous in the cross-section, and in the areas with visible severe damage it is minimal. The change in the orientation of in areas with a small and clearly visible lesion is chaotic. Thus, melanoma destroys epidermal cells so much that they become practically isotropic. Healthy tissue samples have a natural orientational order.

A comparative analysis of medical image filtering algorithms and their features in the context of using OCT for image filtering is carried out.

In today's conditions, the implementation of telemedicine is a key direction of the health care system of the world. After all, modern telemedicine solutions make it possible to provide a full range of medical services at a distance, namely consultations, diagnostics and treatment with further monitoring of dynamics, reducing time consumption and increasing work efficiency. That is why the use of telemedicine technologies plays an important role and improves the quality of receiving qualified medical care, especially in cases of diagnosing wounds, injuries and illnesses of military personnel.

Theoretical calculations for a single element of a hexagonal raster are considered. It has been analyzed and proven that the hexagonal lattice gives the lowest ratio of perimeter to area covering the plane of any equilateral polygons. Thus, based on the calculations, the edge aliasing effect is reduced to a minimum for the hexagonal lattice.

Considered problems of instability of iterative processes in the analysis of I/V measuring converters with negative differential resistance caused by self-heating of these converters. An express method of determining the limits in which correct electrothermal DC analysis is provided has been developed. A method of synthesis of electrothermal models of thermoresistive, diode and transistor structures of primary converters of thermal flow sensors is proposed. In contrast to well-known circuit modeling packages (PSpice or MicroCAP), the proposed method allows you to obtain I-V characteristics in one cycle of DC analysis, taking into account the self-heating of the above-mentioned converters. The developed differential thermometer is a universal device for measuring the temperature difference, in particular for the implementation of thermal flow sensors, means of biochemical analysis, thermal conductivity, etc., and is characterized by a temperature difference measurement resolution of no worse than 0.001°C.

The paper presents a comparative analysis and evaluation of methods for segmenting optical fundus images in order to study their efficiency, accuracy, completeness, and computational complexity in Matlab. The methods analyzed are Otsu, adaptive thresholding, Watershed, K-means, maximum expectation algorithm (EM), and Frangi method. The features, advantages and disadvantages in the context of application for the diagnosis of fundus diseases are considered.

Intelligent risk management systems in european energy markets 欧洲能源市场的智能风险管理系统

Based on machine learning algorithms, a method for predicting risks in the European energy markets has been proposed. The work is aimed at developing intelligent risk management systems that utilize advanced artificial intelligence technologies for assessing and minimizing potential threats. Utilizing historical data and current market trends, a comprehensive approach to identifying price volatility and risk zones in the energy markets is presented. The study demonstrates how artificial intelligence can enhance the effectiveness of decisions made by managers in the energy markets and ensure more sustainable resource management in conditions of increasing uncertainty. The results show that the use of complex machine learning algorithms and data analysis can significantly improve the accuracy of risk prediction and contribute to the adoption of well-founded managerial decisions.

Review of research in the direction of EEG-based control method for bionic prosthesis 基于脑电图的仿生假肢控制方法研究综述

This article provides an overview of contemporary research in the direction of controlling bionic prostheses using electroencephalography (EEG), which is an important and promising field in the rehabilitation sphere. The use of intuitive and intelligent control methods based on EEG enables significant restoration of upper limb functionality in patients who have lost limbs due to injuries or diseases. The results of numerous studies demonstrating the effectiveness of EEG-based systems for controlling bionic prostheses are analyzed. Special attention is given to the impact of sensor placement and differentiation between intramuscular and surface EEG. A significant portion of the article is devoted to reviewing methods used for decoding movement intentions and their subsequent interpretation for prosthesis control. Among these methods, machine learning and deep learning algorithms stand out for their high accuracy and signal processing speed. Additionally, research combining EEG with other methods, such as electrooculography (EOG), to enhance the reliability and safety of control systems is examined. It is found that EEG-based methods have great potential for implementing effective and intuitive bionic prosthesis control, opening up new possibilities in the rehabilitation of patients with upper limb disabilities. Further research and development in this field will contribute to the creation of more precise, faster, and more reliable control systems, which will better integrate bionic prostheses into users' everyday lives, significantly improving their quality of life and autonomy.

The use of intuitive and intelligent control methods based on EEG enables significant restoration of upper limb functionality in patients who have lost limbs due to injuries or diseases. The results of numerous studies demonstrating the effectiveness of EEG-based systems for controlling bionic prostheses are analyzed. Special attention is given to the impact of sensor placement and differentiation between intramuscular and surface EEG. A significant portion of the article is devoted to reviewing methods used for decoding movement intentions and their subsequent interpretation for prosthesis control. Among these methods, machine learning and deep learning algorithms stand out for their high accuracy and signal processing speed. Additionally, research combining EEG with other methods, such as electrooculography (EOG), to enhance the reliability and safety of control systems is examined. It is found that EEG-based methods have great potential for implementing effective and intuitive bionic prosthesis control, opening up new possibilities in the rehabilitation of patients with upper limb disabilities. This research investigates the potential of ARCore for developing navigation systems specifically designed for low-speed mobility scenarios, such as aiding navigation for visually impaired individuals. Our evaluation of the application's performance revealed that the current measurement accuracy and error margin of up to 7.5% are acceptable for these conditions. A navigation system utilizing ARCore could greatly enhance spatial orientation by providing real-time distance information to objects and obstacles. Integration with audio prompts and tactile feedback promises an intuitive navigation experience, enabling visually impaired users to navigate independently and safely both indoors and outdoors. These findings highlight ARCore's potential to improve quality of life through accessible and effective navigation solutions.
