This research aims to design a financial report recording system at PT Asuransi Eka Lloyd Jaya. By creating a financial reporting system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for the bookkeeping department to record financial data, as well as to make reports more quickly, which are used by the insurance company as a management tool for financial activities at PT Asuransi Eka Lloyd Jaya. Likewise, the aim of the research entitled "Financial Report Recording System at PT Asuransi Eka Lloyd Jaya" is to prepare reports that are equipped with data security, namely passwords. The research results of the financial report recording system at PT Asuransi Eka Lloyd Jaya are to make it easier to record cash flows, as well as to make financial reports more quickly and efficiently. The selection system at Bina Negara Gubug Vocational School Jl. KH. Hasan Anwar No.9 Gubug currently processes data on the criteria for each student for each type of scholarship. It does not yet have a database system but uses a computerized system with Microsoft Excel, so there are often delays in the selection process in preparing the selection report for scholarship recipients. This research uses the Research and Development (R & D) development model by Borg and Gall with 6 steps of development, namely Research and Information Collecting, Planning, Develop Premilinary Form of Product, Premilinary Field Testing, Main Product Revision, Main Field Testing. The scholarship selection decision support system application product uses the SAW (Simple Additive Waighting) method. Visual Basic 6.0 development software and Microsoft Access database. This system can provide a useful solution for the decision-making system for selecting scholarship recipients for schools so that a better and faster selection can be achieved.

The purpose of writing this thesis is to design a web-based ordering system at PT. Trimegah Cipta Mandiri, so that it can act as a liaison between PT. Trimegah Cipta Mandiri and work relations without being limited by the location of a region and access times, as well as ease of obtaining information about prospective workers. new work required by work relations. This research discusses a web -based inventory information system for monitoring stock at PT. Sarah Ayu Semarang Branch. By designing an application that is capable of processing, documenting, calculating order transactions, and storing inventory in the warehouse. By having minimum stock and maximum stock, the company can find out the amount of inventory that is running out and over stock, while the company can easily find out the final stock amount of goods in the warehouse. This change aims to provide comfort for operators in carrying out their work. With old programs, conventionally inputting data still takes a long time and when searching for data you still have to look for codes one by one because it cannot be done automatically. In running the fertilizer distributor business unit at KUD Plongkowati Timur, the process of recording purchase and sales transactions is not carried out using an integrated system in the database, all data is still recorded conventionally by the administration section, while the administration section's computer functions to create reports which are copied from notes provided by cashier so that data security is not guaranteed because the database is not yet integrated. Based on the problems that exist in the East Plongkowati KUD, the author would like to propose a design for a Fertilizer Inventory application system to be taken into consideration in helping speed up the process of recording purchase and sales transactions and can provide the information needed by the East Plongkowati KUD, Grobogan Regency in the form of purchase reports, sales reports, reports. suppliers, customer reports. The Web-Based Information System for Proposing Academic Functional Positions for Lecturers which was developed using the Research and Development (R&D) method produces an application that will solve the problems surrounding JAFA proposals at STEKOM and can answer STEKOM's need for a JAFA lecturer proposal information system without being limited by place and time. . Sarana Insan Computer (SIK), a sales company operating in the computer sector in Central Java, has utilized Information Systems even though they are not yet well integrated between one system and another. Therefore, in this thesis the author will develop a cash sales system model by choosing SIK as the research object. The cash sales information system created includes a system for ordering goods, sending goods, sales returns and cash sales reports. This research aims to make it easier to present reports directly, accurately, quickly and to enable systems that do not yet exist to be integrated into an integrated system. So that the cash sales information system can be implemented well, a software development process is carried out which is based on correct software engineering. The software development model used in this research is a multiuser development model. Information technology which is developing rapidly today really provides support for the development of a cash sales information system for a computer sales company such as SIK, especially with the use of computer-based information technology or better known as a Computer Based Information System, because of the use of computer technology in a system. information will be able to process data more quickly with minimal error rates, save labor and save costs. The Cash Sales Information System is designed using direct data processing methods. The use of the direct data processing method is intended so that every incident of cash sales information can be processed directly. The procedures that will be processed consist of the administration section which handles administration, the purchasing section which handles incoming goods, the sales section which handles customer service and the computer goods sales section, the personnel section and the leadership itself.

Inventory of goods or inventory is goods or work equipment used in processing the business being carried out or operational equipment of a company. Without inventory, business activities will not be carried out well, for this reason the existence of inventory is very important. The Goods Inventory Information System in a cooperative has quite an important role. One of the problems that often arises in an inventory system is not being able to know the exact number and condition of goods available. In terms of presenting information, the inventory system is implemented on a multiuser basis, where a multiuser system is a computer system that can execute several applications owned by two or more users concurrently and independently. Concurrent means applications can be active simultaneously and compete with each other to use resources such as CPU, memory, hard disk, and so on. Independent means that each application can carry out its tasks without having to care about what other users are running This information system makes it easy to provide inventory information. Apart from that, this system also makes it easier and faster to access information, data and its processing. The new system aims to make it easier for a company to carry out its operational activities, where this system will always ensure that data or information is provided to users quickly, precisely, accurately and at any time it is needed. From the system that has been implemented previously with matters relating to system weaknesses in the company, information or data about the inventory system which was initially very slow to access has now become easier. So that the company's operational activities run smoothly and all weaknesses in the old system can be replaced automatically.
