This research aims to determine the toughness properties and microstructure of AISI 1020 steel material which was previously treated by using a variety of cooling media including air cooling, oil cooling and grease cooling. After being cooled by using several cooling media, it was continued with impact and microstructure testing. The results showed that AISI 1020 steel specimens using air cooling media, had the average impact strength value of 19.1 joules/mm, while those using oil cooling media had an average impact strength of 35.2 joules/mm, and those using grease cooling media had an impact strength of 45 joules/mm. From this data, the one with the highest impact strength value was the grease cooling media at 45 joules/mm and the one with the lowest impact strength was the air cooling media, namely 19.1 joules/mm. The results of metallographic observations were obtained when the grease media was used, the distribution of ferrite was reduced and did not have time to form, whereas in steel that was cooled with oil, the distribution of ferrite was almost the same as the untreated material and for air media, the shape of the ferrite structure spread and formed evenly.

To maintain consistent quality of production results and as an effort to identify unexpected factors that cause the production process to not function smoothly, quality control is very important. The research questions answered are how much production output and level of defects in products at PT. Busana Indah Global for the 2022 period?; what is the Six Sigma level in the products produced at PT. Busana Indah Global?; What factors cause defects in products?; What are the suggestions for improving the causes of product defects to improve product quality? The data analysis method used in this research is the Six Sigma method. This method is used to anticipate the occurrence of errors or defects by using measurable and structured steps. From the results of quality control research using the Six Sigma method, it is hoped that companies will carry out quality control continuously and consistently to reduce the level of defect values in production and to increase the Six Sigma value.
为了保持稳定的生产结果质量,并努力找出导致生产过程无法顺利进行的意外因素,质量控制非常重要。本研究要回答的问题是:2022 年期间,PT.Busana Indah Global 2022 年的产量和产品缺陷水平如何?Busana Indah Global 公司生产的产品的六西格玛水平是多少?本研究采用的数据分析方法是六西格玛方法。这种方法通过使用可测量的结构化步骤来预测错误或缺陷的发生。从使用六西格玛法进行质量控制研究的结果来看,希望企业能够持续、稳定地开展质量控制,降低生产中的缺陷值水平,提高六西格玛值。

Indonesia is agrarian country whose people make their living as farmers, but until now still has hard to handle problem using agricultural’s technology, because the development of agricultural’s technology in Indonesia still inadequate, such as crop distribution, because some regions have texture of the ground surface is uneven, with use hydraulicpneumatic suspension and mattrack designed using SOLIDWORK is expected to be able to overcome the distribution of crop yields by adjusting Daihatsu Grandmax PU 1.3 STD. The main of this research is to see response of harmonic oscillatory sinusoidal with amplitude 0.02 m and frequency of 0.5 Hz, response of the damping force and spring force of a hydraulicpneumatic suspension using ideal PID controller. Simulation using MATLAB and Simulink to see continuous results with a time of 20 seconds. The test was carried out on the rear wheels with quarter vehicle systeml, by replacing the conventional suspension with a hydraulicpneumatic which has an orifice diameter of 2 mm and a piston of 78 mm using ASTM D 1298 oil of , for the gas accumulator it has the initial pressure and volume in both cylinders is , of with a floating piston diameter of 78 mm, produces harmonic oscillation movements of the vehicle that are smaller than the road profile conditions, and experience a stable condition at 6.2 seconds. And the maximum oscillating force produced by the mattrack is almost the same as the road profile conditions which produce good road holding.
