On a Single Server Vacation Queue with Two Types of Service and Two Types of Vacation 在一台服务器上有两种服务和两种假期的假期队列

We study a single server queueing system that receives singly arriving customers according to a Poisson process. The server offers one of the two types of heterogeneous services. Before the beginning of a service, , the customer can choose an exponential service with probability p1 or a deterministic service with probability p2, where p1+p2=1 Immediately after a service is completed, the server has a choice of taking a vacation with probability δ, or, with probability 1-δ, the server may continue staying in the system. We further assume that if the server opts to take a vacation, then with probability α1, he may take a vacation of an exponential duration with mean vacation time 1/u (u>0) or with probability he may want to take a deterministic vacation with constant duration d>0, where α1+α2=1. After a vacation is complete, the server instantly starts providing service if there is at least one customer in the system or the server remains idle in the system till a new customer arrives for service. We find a steady state solution in terms of the generating function of the queue length as well as the steady state probabilities for all different states of the system.

This work concerns the implementation of a diagnostic technique for the digestive system using a device designed based on a spherical vibrating capsule of 1 cm in diameter and autonomous by its onboard electronics. For local scanning, this device is also equipped with a network of high-frequency optimized sensors. Depending on the desired diagnosis, this device can adapt its electromechanical characteristics to the nature of the application in transmission and/or simultaneous reception. It is also designed for network configuration to provide a 3D mapping of the acoustic properties of the environment under investigation (biological tissues).

Local Structure of Atactic Polystyrene Investigated by Molecular Dynamics Method 用分子动力学方法研究非活性聚苯乙烯的局部结构

Molecular dynamics computer simulation of three substances ethylbenzene (EB), pentastyrene (PS-5), and polystyrene-25 (PS-25) was performed to investigate the local order of the phenyl rings in monomers and side-chain polymers. Monomer molecules (EB) tend to be in T-configuration, which corresponds to isotropic local structure. Phenyl rings in chained molecules PS-5 and PS-25 partly cooperate in both parallel-displaced and “sandwich” configuration with π–π stacking. These configurations are locally anisotropic and lead to the increasing of Kerr constant K. Analysis of the local structure was performed by calculating the cylindrical distribution function.

Control of Autonomous Aerial Vehicles to Transport a Medical Supplies 控制自主飞行器运输医疗用品

Public health surveillance must guarantee the safety of people by limiting human mobility, in cases of isolation, through product deliveries, making it necessary to use drones to guarantee safety because they play a crucial role in several sectors. The literature review highlights the benefits of automation in-home delivery using drones, focusing on time efficiency and competitiveness in various sectors, and provides crucial design parameters to ensure its implementation in urban areas using different control techniques. A contribution was proposed to a solution that aims to realize the honeycomb design, which drones create during flight, controlled by a flight and delivery algorithm in a simulation environment applying an iterative methodology and continuous transport tests. medical burden. The results indicate a qualitative advance in the successful creation of simulated terrain, although the lack of numerical data on takeoffs and landings suggests the need for additional quantitative measurements. The current results support the efficiency of drones in route planning, precise management of medical cargo, and reduction of delivery time is numerical evidence that reinforces the robustness of the solution. In conclusion, this study developed a functional prototype to control drones with a flight planning algorithm and a swarm formation system for the transport of medical supplies in urban environments, although the need for future research to implement artificial intelligence technologies is noted. that improve transportation efficiency.

The work investigated a mathematical and computer model of a dynamic system for effectively combating disinformation. In the compartmental model of false information dissemination in society, there are groups of citizens: - At risk, prone to the perception of misinformation; Adepts - those who accepted false information and with Immunity - those who rejected false information from the very beginning or future adepts. A barrier level for the number of adherents will be introduced as a measure of the information security of society. As a result of a computer experiment, the possibility of an uncontrolled growth in the number of adherents was identified, threatening the safety of society as a whole.

Tourism villages, also known as "Desa Wisata" in Indonesia, are emerging as a form of tourism development that promotes local culture and heritage. These villages offer visitors a complete rural experience and contribute to the economic growth of rural areas. However, challenges such as low wages and unfavorable working conditions exist. This research assesses the readiness of local communities for tourism village development and evaluates its effectiveness. By applying bibliometric analysis, the study explores the trends and clusters in tourism village research. The findings provide insights for stakeholders to promote national development and address regional disparities in Indonesia.

These villages offer visitors a complete rural experience and contribute to the economic growth of rural areas. However, challenges such as low wages and unfavorable working conditions exist. This research assesses the readiness of local communities for tourism village development and evaluates its effectiveness. By applying bibliometric analysis, the study explores the trends and clusters in tourism village research.
