A novel fault diagnosis method based on information fusion of multi-resources for power grids 一种基于多资源信息融合的电网故障诊断方法

In order to guarantee the accuracy of the fault diagnosis results when actual protections and breakers wrongly act,or the relevant alarms lost and so on,a new fault diagnosis method is proposed.In this method,a typical optimization model based on telemetering data is developed with the guidance of set cover theory.And a wavelet technique is used to analyze the fault recorder information.Finally,results of the above two methods are fused with the improved evidence theory,and therefore the accurate diagnosis results are obtained.The effectiveness of the proposed method has been proved on RTDS.
为了保证在实际保护和断路器误动作或相关报警丢失等情况下故障诊断结果的准确性,提出了一种新的故障诊断方法。该方法以集覆盖理论为指导,建立了一个典型的基于遥测数据的优化模型。并利用小波分析技术对故障记录仪信息进行分析。最后,将上述两种方法的诊断结果与改进的证据理论进行融合,从而获得准确的诊断结果。在RTDS上验证了该方法的有效性。

Power System Small Signal Stability Region with Time Delay Considered 考虑时滞的电力系统小信号稳定域

Power system small signal stability region considering time delay is tentatively investigated in this paper. Stability analysis of the differential-algebraic equation is first briefly reviewed. Then a two-layer optimal-based algorithm is given to trace the power system small signal stability region with time delay considered. Two simple power systems are analyzed by the method proposed and it is found that time delay has significant influence to the boundary of the small signal stability region. So it should be carefully considered in small signal stability studies.
本文对考虑时滞的电力系统小信号稳定域进行了初步研究。首先简要回顾了微分代数方程的稳定性分析。在此基础上,提出了一种考虑时滞的两层优化算法来跟踪电力系统小信号稳定区域。用该方法对两个简单的电力系统进行了分析,发现时滞对小信号稳定区边界有显著影响。因此在小信号稳定性研究中应慎重考虑。
