Municipal wastewater treatment is committed reducing greenhouse gases emissions in line with United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) norms in order to preserve Earth's blanket and lower climate acute changes. Greenhouse gases emissions reduction is the avant-garde of municipal wastewater treatment technologies; however, the process requires particular segmentation of all phases to contain the excessive energy required for treatment. Consequently, Energy analysis is endorsed as essential to sustain a thermodynamic equilibrium of the treatment plant with its environment. Decarbonization, denitrification & phosphorus removal urge the exploitation of sustainable energy whether recovered or renewable to engine the treatment facility. This literature values compile the eco-design of wastewater treatment plant with the avant-garde technologies of greenhouse gases emissions reduction, considering environmental aspects at all stages of treatment process, targeting the lowest possible environmental impact throughout the plant life cycle to create a CO₂-free facility prototype. UNFCCC introduced the greenhouse gases emissions definition in wastewater plants as a project design document for the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) project AM00801 activity. The literature adopted this project and submitted it as a friendly user interface or a Software to model an Eco-efficient management strategy for wastewater treatment plant aerobic activated sludge type with the offset of environmental footprint measures based on decision making analysis, Input-output analysis, benchmarking and energy balance, net negative emissions including environmental declaration assessing the life cycle from costing, management, and sustainability perspectives.

Increase in the number of disasters requires the development of hydrometeorological support, the use of a new paradigm - forecast the possible impacts of disasters on the population and enterprises, and the transition from the concept of informing users to a recommendatory concept. The problem of raising the awareness of enterprise heads and the public by creating a decision support system is considered. The purpose of the research is to justify the need to create the decision support system in case of disasters, determine the place of the system in hydrometeorological support of enterprises and population. In the field of hydrometeorology collected and formalized materials on the impacts of disasters on enterprises and the population, recommendations for making decisions. Database of local threshold values of disaster indicators for enterprises and their activities depending on season, geographical area, and climate zone has been prepared.

Harmful emissions from tire wear and roadway wear are released into the air during the operation of vehicles. Particulate road dust contains carcinogenic substances. The amount and dispersion of particulate matter in road dust was determined with a portable laser particle counter. On asphalt roads, 75% of the harmful emissions were 0.3 µm particulate matter. On dirt roads, 95% of emissions were from particles less than 1 µm. The amount of large fractions of harmful emissions did not exceed 1.5%, regardless of traffic intensity. 30 m from the roadway, the concentration of harmful substances reduced by five- to sevenfold. By 2030, the number of vehicles in Chelyabinsk will increase by 25%. This will increase the amount of harmful emissions from tire and roadway wear by 20 tons per year.

This paper presents the research results on manufacturing turbine blades in turbocharger machined on Haas VF2 module TRT 160 5-axis CNC milling machine and by 3D printing method on Metal 3D printer HBD-280 series with the same material AlSi10Mg. The research sample is the compressed turbine blades in the HX40W turbocharger mechanism. CAD data files for machining programming and 3D printing of turbine blades are scanned from an ATOS Core 80 scanner with GOM and Geomagic Design X softwares. Some specifications of the two manufacturing methods are also presented. Research results show that the error of average diameter and surface roughness of 3D printing method is larger than that of machining on a CNC milling machine.

With the critical change of Rooftop Solar Photovoltaic Energy System (RSPES) between the two different Renewable Energy Systems, the real problems, impacts and a few working qualities of the housetop sunlight based PVs with Low Power Utility Network Distribution System (DS) are currently to be examined and explored throught out the worldwide. The most vital target of review looks into about the load flow in LV Networks and searches a way for implementing high penetration PV network. The study papers discuss the implementation of the Smart Inverter-coordinated secondary distribution system with the proximity of distribution generation (DG) units. This paper reviews based on the methods which are utilized to tackle the issues and improvement of performance in the rooftop solar photovoltaic energy system in the period between 2014 to 2017.

Regarding ship stability and stability elements various problems should be addressed, however this paper talks about some of the important, however often given less importance. It is a must onboard a ship to recognize the stability problems which are not always present but they can be an issue which should be addressed. Regarding ship stability issues there are various software which analyse and give an assessment which is checked by the end user. A study on ship hull, stability and stability elements is presented in the paper.
