Rural Tourism Development in Gujarat:views of the Stakeholders 古吉拉特邦乡村旅游发展:利益相关者的观点

Purpose: Sustainable Tourism development in the rural region has become a must which includes the interests of all stakeholders, along with tourism promotion and tourism growth. This study aims to identify the opinion of stakeholders to achieve sustainable rural tourism development. Design: Exploratory Research and descriptive research. Methodology & Approach: Qualitative and Quantitative. Primary data was collected through in-depth interviews and surveys. A structured questionnaire was used as an instrument. The non-probability sampling procedure is used. The sample size of the Community is 262 and of Tour operators is 167. Findings: It has been found that there should be the development of a regional tourism workforce and infrastructure, the introduction of home stay policy, the promotion of a tourism-friendly atmosphere, showcasing Gujarat beyond God and spirituality and the creation of multiple activities in rural areas.

Breaking the Silence: Exploring the Prevalence and Effects of SH in Sri Lanka's Workplaces 《打破沉默:探索斯里兰卡工作场所性暴力的流行和影响》

Purpose: The study aimed to explore the impact of sexual harassment (SH) in the workplace on the personal lives of Sri Lankan women. Design/Methodology/Approach: The study followed a quantitative method using convenience sampling to select 351 female employees from different workplaces. Standardized instruments were used to collect data, and correlation and regression analysis were performed to examine the association between variables.Findings: The study found that SH in the workplace had adverse effects on the personal lives of female employees, leading to psychological, physical, work-related, and interpersonal problems, including depression, anxiety, and fear, physical symptoms such as sleep disturbance, low energy, and chronic pain. Additionally, job satisfaction, productivity, motivation, and relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and clients were negatively impacted. Originality of Research: The study highlights the significant impact of SH on the personal lives of Sri Lankan women and emphasizes the need for greater community awareness and preventative measures in the workplace.

Fear psychosis : Marketing strategy for next gen buyers 恐惧精神病:面向下一代买家的营销策略

Marketing has reached the holistic concept era where a business is acting as single entity not to ignore any potential segment. Hence, companies look for profitable segments and strategies holistically for a sustainable business performance . The Millennial are considered as the largest buyers & influencers of new and proven commodities worldwide. This is the generation that have taken over the workforces and are the strongest economic force segment to recognize. This generation is vulnerable on choices , rational/ less emotional on buying approach, evaluative on advantages, benefits and disadvantages , with great buying power and sources of information. So making them to remain associated with the brand, making them to do repeat buys, control their rationality and evaluative approach is not the easy task. Marketers need to do something strategically to “hold” them to buy their products and remain engaged . Companies believe that the only thing this rational, non emotional, evaluative, money minded customer could be handled is to make him “fearful about his health, safety & security. Create threats to these sensitive aspects and then offer solution for those , he will believe that you care for him the most. In recent years this strategy has come up as Fear Psychosis which is an extension of emotional Psychosis in marketing context . It is the only thing seems to be working on this generation. Fear-based marketing influences the audiences’ psychology and urges them to take action to minimize that fear. This strategy has helped businesses to keep the customers engaged with the brand and believe that company cares for him better than others.

Smart Tourism Triggers Tourist Minds-Do you have the mind to mind it? 智慧旅游触发游客心智你有心思去在意它吗?

The essential aspect of Smart tourism is that it is transforming as a result of the digital revolution. The advancement of new technology has resulted in remarkable digital transformations in the tourist industry. Tourism was one of the most affected sectors during the ongoing pandemic situation. The sector is in need of drastic strategic decisions focusing on Tourist locations, complexes, goods, business experiences, and ecosystems as these are continuously evolving. This involves establishing and growing new business partnerships, business models, and capabilities in the tourist industry. The research aim is to analyse the role of smart tourism in emerging countries with a special focus on Uzbekistan and its challenges and to use a conceptual approach and focus on the travel and tourism business. Our study aims to identify the relationship between trust and Smart tourism dissemination in digital marketing through the lens of the theory of mind (ToM). ToM plays a mediating role in enhancing the image of a smart destination and consequently improves tourists’ behavioral intentions. The study findings have revealed that there exists a significant role in tourism innovations and their advantages and barriers in developing countries.

MARKETING SIGNIFICANCE OF LOCAL TRADITIONAL FOOD IN THE TOURIST HOSPITALITY OFFER 地方传统食品在旅游接待中的营销意义

The global population is projected to reach nearly 10 billion by 2050, increasing the need for food from a variety of sources, and the preservation and sustainability of food crops and feed is more important than ever before. However, today suffi cient food supply is limited to existing resources. Additionally, the food expected to be needed by 2050 is only discussed in the context of quantity needed, not the quality and types that such increased demand will require. This will put enormous pressure on global economic systems, especially given the economic shift in consumption patterns that are slowly but surely moving towards the mass market. It is a fact that global requirements for food quality and hygiene, as well as technological advances, have helped in the distribution of a larger amount of food - from basic food components to quality meat, fi sh and poultry, to the convenience of snacks and drinks. The growing shift towards healthy, functional and/or organic foods consumed by consumers in many countries, and the increasing demand for traditional and ethnic foods outside their region, may be the driving force for innovating new approaches to feeding the growing world population in the future. In this context, governments, research institutions and the global food industry, especially those focused on ethnic and traditional food gathering and food production, are likely to develop strategies that will target more people

IMPACT OF ENTREPRENEURIAL SUPPORT INSTITUTIONS ON THE ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND THE BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT IN ZAGREB – A CASE STUDY OF ZICER 创业支持机构对萨格勒布创业和商业环境的影响——以zicer为例

Entrepreneurial support institutions off er a wide range of services to their tenants, which in the long run aff ects their development, the development of the local environment in which they operate and the development of the overall Croatian economy. The aim of this paper is to examine the impact of entrepreneurial support institutions on the entrepreneurship and the business environment in Zagreb, thecapital of Croatia. Throughout the paper, the method of description, comparison, deduction and synthetic were used. The problem investigated in the paper refers to the question of the success of ESI in meeting theneeds of creating an entrepreneurial environment in the area in which they operate. Through the example of the Zagreb Innovation Center (ZICER), empirical data were collected by a survey questionnaire to examine the satisfaction and the acceptance of the services by their users. Conducting primary research sources, the authors proved that users are satisfi ed with the received services, showed the importance and benefi t that users, local and national economy have from entrepreneurial support institutions. The results of the research can be the basis for further research and strengthening the role of entrepreneurial support institutions.

This paper presents a study focusing on parental support in pre-school use of digital technology. The context of the study was home-based English language learning. The aim is to contribute to the understanding of the eff ect of digital technology on English education and family life. The study specifi cally investigated the scope of the indirect parental support during digital technology use to determine whether pre-school children used digital technology such as tablets and smartphones to learn English independently. The study also aimed to determine parents’ attitudes towards the increasing digital technology use by their children. Six parents from Pozega, Pozesko-Slavonska County fi lled in questionnaires and were interviewed regarding the indirect role in supporting their children’s use of smartphones and tablets to learn English. According to previous studies, parents generally considered their support non-existent, however, the fi ndings of these studies indicated that parents provided indirect instructions to their children on how to use digital devices. Present study findings point to significantly less parental support and reinforce the contrary argument - that pre-school children use digital devices and learn English independently.

Almost all countries with liberal democracies have established specialized courts whose primary function and paramount role fulfi l an extremely important role in the protection of human rights, interpretation and protection of the constitution as well as defi ning and promoting important principles such as the separationof powers, rule of law and the protection of minorities and other constitutional values. Constitutional courts utilizing case law and precedent have played pivotal roles in determining the constitutional identities of theirrespective states. Since its establishment, The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo(“CCK”or “TheCourt”) has been very active in its decision-making and has greatly infl uenced the defi nition and cultivationof the constitutional identity of Kosovo. Its decisions have defi ned important constitutional frameworks suchas the protection of human rights, protection of the rights of national minorities, separation of powers andunity of the state and many other important principles. It can be said that, in general, the Court has been theguardian of the Constitution and constitutional democracy, fulfi lling the main purpose of its establishment.This paper will address the jurisdiction and organization of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo, and some ofthe important decisions which have undoubtedly played an important role in determining the constitutionalidentity of the country.

This paper analyses high-quality and recognizable tourism product, the coher-ence of all involved holders of the tourism as well as a good organization in the tourism destination, a strong brand, image and how to fulfil or even exceed the tourist expectations by ensuring a recognizable tourism product that creates positive experience. The aim of this research is to define the major precondi-tions for a quality tourism destination strategy as recognizable tourism product by including experts and their experience in a focus group interview.

This paper presents scientific research at the national level in the Republic of Croatia, i.e. the analysis of the motives for the arrival of the younger age group, the generation Y so-called millennials and generation Z's in city and national theatres. The institutions of culture in the Republic of Croatia are always trying to find the best way to contain existing and attract new audiences. The aim of this paper is to investigate the development of young theatre audiences, i.e. their motives, but also the obstacles of attendance in to city and national theatres.
