The relevance of the study is due to the transformation of views on the processes of human creative activity in visual practices in postmodern culture. Changing views on the key elements of the individual characteristics of representatives of a particular type of culture allows us to talk about a new character of a person, passing through numerous stages of formation in the process of socialization. The purpose of the article is to identify the key characteristics of how human creation is interpreted in postmodern culture through visual artistic practices. During the study, scientific methods of analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, analogy, abstraction, system analysis, comparative method, methods of systematization and classification were used. The article gives a generalized description of the main processes of human creativity as the formation of the personality of postmodern culture, identifies the main problems of the transformation of the consciousness of a postmodern personality, positive trends in changes in human characteristics, and confirms the main approaches to the interpretation of personality in culture and art.

Landscape holds an important position in the entire history of Chinese painting. Since the Wei and Jin Dynasties, there have been many unique Shan shui. Although the characteristics of landscape styles vary in different periods and genres are diverse, the freehand brushwork spirit and artistic conception of traditional Chinese landscapes have always permeated through them. Chinese traditional landscape is a kind of art form with national characteristics and Zeitgeist connotation gradually formed through historical evolution in the process of social development and progress. This paper will start with the development process of mustard landscape and the inheritance of traditional culture, study the impact of mustard landscape on traditional culture, Zeitgeist, industry and self personality, and explore the innovative development path and significance of Chinese contemporary landscape. Relevant studies not only analyzed the reasons why landscape was widely spread in China, but also profoundly revealed the relationship between mustard garden landscape and Chinese traditional culture, and concluded that mustard garden Shan shui not only inherits Chinese culture, but also has a profound impact on Chinese culture and Chinese people's spirit, with solid theoretical research value and historical research value.

Among them, "Six Precepts of Learning Qu" is the main content of "Gu Mislu", which expounds the six precepts in learning music to restrain the learning behavior of opera art learners and help learners better learn the knowledge of qu art. This paper takes "Gu Mislu" as the research object, deeply analyzes the characteristics of the "Six Precepts of Learning Songs", and studies its influence and value on history, art, culture and education.

This qualitative research study investigates the cultural symbolism and identity exhibited by ethnic minorities in Yunnan, China, through vocal music, as well as the ethnic minority music consequences. The study adopts a three-step coding analysis based on interviews with 18 respondents representing diverse ethnic minority groups to discover themes and patterns in the cultural symbolism buried within vocal music. For data analysis, the MAXQDA-2020 software is used. The findings show that ethnic minority groups in Yunnan rely heavily on vocal music to preserve cultural history, generate community pride, and promote intercultural understanding. The rich connection between vocal music and ethnic identity, the influence of nature and environment on musical expressions, the preservation of cultural heritage through rituals and celebrations, and the evolving collaborations and contemporary adaptations in vocal music are among the themes extracted from the data. This study has three implications: general, theoretical, and practical. In overall, this study adds to our understanding of vocal music as a potent medium for cultural expression and identity building. The identification of recurring themes and patterns has theoretical significance, offering a platform for further investigation and comparative investigations. In practice, the findings influence ethnic minority music practices by emphasizing the importance of introducing vocal music traditions into curricula, encouraging cultural awareness, and developing international discussion.

The Yan'an area was an important base for China's revolution. It was also in Yan'an that the Chinese Communist Party brought a lot of political and theoretical knowledge to the local people and created a lot of artistic forms, one of which was vocal music. Driven by the "Red Gene," the work of the Red Army in the Yan'an area became smoother, and they communicated with the local people on a spiritual level through vocal works. De acordo com a Constituição da República Portuguesa, cabe ao Estado garantir o acesso de todos os cidadãos à fruição e criação cultural. Contudo, com a aplicação das medidas de contenção da pandemia da Covid-19, o sector cultural tornou-se vulnerável. O objetivo deste estudo é analisar de que forma o impacto da pandemia afetou a efetivação dos direitos culturais dos cidadãos nacionais. Esta investigação realiza uma análise comparada entre a realidade cultural nacional e a Região Autónoma da Madeira, considerando dados de visitantes nos museus e espectadores nos cinemas no período 2010-2020, refletindo já o impacto da pandemia em 2020. Numa primeira fase, procedeu-se à revisão bibliográfica da literatura científica. Para obter uma compreensão mais abrangente do sector cultural, este estudo debruçou-se sobre os dados estatísticos do Instituto Nacional de Estatística (2021) e da Direção Regional de Estatística - RAM (2021). Os resultados permitem verificar a diminuição da oferta cultural e do número de visitantes/espectadores dos espaços culturais. Este estudo propõe às organizações culturais a adoção de estratégias de comunicação e atuação na comunidade, de forma a promoverem a inclusão de diferentes públicos e manterem, assim, a sua atratividade e competitividade num contexto pós-pandémico.

O estudo que se ostenta, e que se agrega na linha de investigação desenvolvida pelo autor deste trabalho “Um olhar sobre a emancipação do Poder Local no distrito de Portalegre (12/12/1976)”, assumiu como objetivo a valorização/divulgação do património local no concelho de Portalegre, após a mudança de regime político. Neste caminho, a metodologia utilizada assentou, sobretudo, na fina análise das fontes disponíveis: correspondência entre o Secretariado Técnico dos Assuntos para o Processo Eleitoral (STAPE) e o Governador Civil do Distrito de Portalegre, os dois periódicos regionalistas com maior tiragem na região, O Districto de Portalegre e o Semanário Socialista Independente a Rabeca (vulgo, A Rabeca) e as Atas do município de Portalegre. Em paralelo, efetuou-se um estudo minucioso do enquadramento legislativo que sustentou a preparação do sufrágio eleitoral (ofícios, leis, decretos-leis e portarias), cuja emancipação do Poder Local foi uma realidade consubstanciada na Constituição da República Portuguesa de 1976.

O termo «colonial» desenterra fantasmas relacionados com leituras conexas a memórias, sentimentos de culpa e mágoas ainda incómodas. As narrativas coloniais são sobretudo um louvor à «missão» e à ação colonizadoras, assim como às gentes da metrópole e do território colonial, numa perspetiva de uma «natural» superioridade branca. Este artigo pretende cartografar preconceitos culturais do passado colonial através da análise de narrativas ficcionais sobre Angola e Moçambique, datadas entre os anos 20-60, que permitem um entendimento mais circunstanciado do pensamento e da representação do mundo colonial português do século XX.

This research was conducted for eight months on the island of South Kalimantan, Indonesia. This study examines Mamanda. Mamanda is a traditional South Kalimantan theater that still survives in the global era. Mamanda is liked because it is rich in humor that can entertain the entire audience and relieve fatigue because it can invite laughter. However, if it is interpreted more deeply, humor has a pragmatic function that it wants to convey to its listeners. Therefore, this study examines more deeply the function of humor in Mamanda. This study aims to describe the form and function of humor in Mamanda. This research uses the descriptive qualitative method. The data in this study, in the form of a recording of Mamanda's performance, played at the Mamanda Parade, a series of events to commemorate the anniversary of Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan. The informants in this study consisted of twenty people with different backgrounds, all of whom were players who played an active role in the show. The research method used is descriptive qualitative to describe the results in detail using a series of clear sentences. The results showed that there were four types of humor in mamanda, namely, language humor, behavioral humor, gossiping humor, and pornographic humor. The functions of humor are as a function of advising, a function of criticism, a function of satire, and a function of tolerance.

However, if it is interpreted more deeply, humor has a pragmatic function that it wants to convey to its listeners. Therefore, this study examines more deeply the function of humor in Mamanda. This study aims to describe the form and function of humor in Mamanda. This research uses the descriptive qualitative method. The data in this study, in the form of a recording of Mamanda's performance, played at the Mamanda Parade, a series of events to commemorate the anniversary of Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan. The informants in this study consisted of twenty people with different backgrounds, all of whom were players who played an active role in the show. No Palácio Nacional da Pena há parte de um serviço de mesa e de sobremesa Vista Alegre com o monograma coroado do Rei D. Fernando II, que se sabe ter sido inventariado em 1887, após a sua morte, e como adquirido depois do seu segundo casamento, em 1869, com a Condessa d’Edla, mas recentemente tem sido divulgado que os serviços foram oferecidos ou encomendados em 1852 ao monarca pela Vista Alegre. Efectivamente, temos vindo a encontrar documentação que cabalmente comprova que foram adquiridos em 1867 conjuntamente com outros, cotejada com bibliografia e peças existentes em instituições museológicas. Este estudo foi complementado com outras peças da mesma porcelana que pertenceram a ambos e é aqui dado a conhecer.
