An Approach for Information Security Risk Assessment in Cloud Environments 云环境下的信息安全风险评估方法

Cloud technology has revolutionized the way computational resources are accessed, offering benefits that have led to widespread adoption. The risk of losing important data is one of the reasons why some organizations do not adopt the migration to a public cloud or adopt the partial migration of information that is not critical. The process of risk assessment should be done since the initial stage of a project and become a continuous process. It is an essential process that help management structure to take strategic decision about security mechanisms needed to be implemented to avoid information leaks and about the costs and impact of unexpected events. This paper presents the process of information security risk assessment as well as the importance of knowledge of the associated risks. The paper also proposes a model for determining risk of data security according to their importance for the organization, which provides an overview of vulnerabilities and their real impact on assets. Furthermore, the proposed model helps organizations to choose the right methods to ensure the optimal level of security, in line with operational requirements and critical information.

In this paper the authors are analyzing the difficulties in managing an IoT project and present a general overview of managers on IoT projects. Based on a survey [10] one of the main causes of failing project are technical or managerial skills and lack of communication. Due to the increase difficulty of these kind of projects managers are choosing hybrid management techniques [10] in order accommodate to IoT projects. Project managers should be involved from the early stages of the project even in the technical issues that may appear, issues addressed in other types of projects by technical people. Even from the research phase of the project. In IoT projects the project management should have a backup plane due to the high risk of failure.

Security Risks of Cloud and Mobile Technologies During the Pandemic and Their Opportunities 大流行期间云和移动技术的安全风险及其机遇

In the current pandemic situation, social distancing is the new normal. Jobs that allow remote work are done from home and technologies for video conferencing, online shopping, online services from the state etc. are now in the foreground. Cloud and mobile technologies were already on an upward trend in popularity, but this period propelled them even more into people's preferences. However, like any technology, they can pose security risks in the context of a more intensive use by a larger audience, which must be considered. Of course, the risks must also be measured in comparison with the opportunities that have arisen in the new context. This paper aims to analyze the potential security risks posed by a more intensive use by a larger population of the cloud and mobile technologies. At the same time, the opportunities brought by these technologies in the new pandemic context will be analyzed.

Agile software development represents a major departure from traditional, plan-based approaches to software engineering. The selections of appropriate software development methodologies for a given project and tailoring the methodologies to a specific requirement have been a challenge since the establishment of software development as a discipline. The research speaks about what is currently known about the benefits and limitations of agile methods and methodologies. Agile software development is a particularly important topic in software engineering and information systems. We approach the idea of the four core of agile software development that are essential to ease the process of software development.

Internet of Things (IoT) is a term used to express the new evolution of the Internet which brings major changes both to economy and society as well as in the business environment and industry, in which any physical or virtual object can be connected to other objects or people through the Internet. The usage of IoT technology in Supply Chain Management increase the overall performance and relationship between the supply chain members well as the relationship with the customers, competitors, and suppliers, facilitating the capture, transmission, and analysis of data, having a variety of applications. Our study aim is to analyze the performance factors that are influencing the adoption of Internet of Things technology in Supply Chain Management. In order to identify and examine the factors a quantitative research it’s conducted because it allows understanding the factors that characterize an organization and the relations between it and its members, factors that are contributing to better prosperity of the organization and to an increase of performance achieved through the chain, facilitating the integration of business processes between members.

Just in Time Teaching and Learning System in the Standard e-Classroom 标准电子课堂中的实时教学系统

E-society is a just in time learning system, based on versioning technologies. E-science is a similar system, too, but it is based on recursive educational processes and iterative implementations of technologies. E-education is by definition, and by default, a just in time learning system. E-society is a native environment for all forms of the traditional education: formal, non-formal and informal education. At the same time, e-society is a native environment for structured educational resources: electronic, digital and virtual resources. In this context, the standard e-classroom become the native environment in order to develop a just in time teaching and learning system. This article presents the conceptual framework as a knowledge one, for such an approach, based on the meta language and the object language, as a twofold research paradigm, and details the theoretical framework as a comprehension one, and the analytical framework, as an application for a solution, including a case study.

Restarting the Information Society Based on Blockchain Technology 重启基于区块链技术的信息社会

Social sciences literature claims that humanity is traversing a development stage generically called knowledge based informational society. It also anticipates another development horizon characterized by the explosion of artificial intelligence, corroborated with ever more spectacular development of information and communication technology. If we associate it with one of the most recent technologies dedicated mainly to information security – blockchain technology, we can certainly talk about a rebooting of informational society. Being itself a revolution, we will argue in this paper the level of influence blockchain has on business architectures, financial services, anti-plagiarism solutions, real estate transactions, economy, society, electoral processes and democracy as a whole. The ecosystem that supports all these transformations, developed and embedded in the global internet is IOT – Internet of Things.

Applying PLU Rules on Different BIM/GIS Interoperability Approaches PLU规则在不同BIM/GIS互操作方法中的应用

Compliance checking for building models, cities and territories involves formalizing a set of model schemas and constraints. In this context, we aim to achieve two goals: (1) achieve semantic interoperability between BIM (IFC) and GIS (CityGML), which help us represent building information in its details and its surrounding environment; (2) adapting of PLU rule into semantic queries. In this article, we will introduce (A) BIM and GIS interoperability approaches, and (B) connecting the interoperable models, with PLU levels. Our approach addresses (Prob1) interoperability between IFC and CityGML on building scale model, and (Prob2) the correlation between PLU rules and the multiscale model.

In this context, we aim to achieve two goals: (1) achieve semantic interoperability between BIM (IFC) and GIS (CityGML), which help us represent building information in its details and its surrounding environment; (2) adapting of PLU rule into semantic queries. In this article, we will introduce (A) BIM and GIS interoperability approaches, and (B) connecting the interoperable models, with PLU levels.
