The vehicles are currently experiencing a surge in number and variation. This is evident from the kinds of vehicles that are passing through the highway area. The rise in the number of motorized vehicles will surely give a squeeze to the traffic density. The increase in the number of motor vehicles is one of the biggest factors in the impact of the congestion. The congestion can also cause damage to the highway. It's supposed to be the focus of the local government in dealing with the problem. Each road point has its own potential, so it is necessary to have a calculation in identifying the number of vehicles and the type of vehicles that are slipped on the road. Motor vehicle identification can be solved using the Faster Region based Convolutional Neural Network approach. Faster R-CNN is a deep learning architecture used to detect inside computers. Research will run at several highway points to take samples of video at a certain time, for identified the type of vehicle. Vehicle labelling will facilitate the calculation of the number of vehicles crossing the road in a given unit of time. The vehicle identification needs are used to see the density of the highway so that it can help the local government in making the right decision or solution to reduce the traffic density. The results of research such as quantitative data can be easily used to give the right picture and decision.

Pemanfaatan Mikrotik RB942-2ND Menggunakan Metode Firewall Filtering Untuk Keamanan Jaringan Dengan Model Forensikk 利用 Mikrotik RB942-2ND 的防火墙过滤方法和法证模型确保网络安全

Nowadays as demand for fast and effective services increases, global technological and telecommunications developments also increase. Every village office, one of which is Belo Laut, must have an internet network to serve the community in accessing community data, therefore the development of technology and telecommunications is also very important for the government. To create a safe and effective internet network, this network security system uses Mikrotik with the Firewall Filtering method. The research problem is how to design and build network security in the Belo Laut village office area using Mikrotik to prevent the negative impacts of the internet, such as sites with adult content. Layer 7 protocol configuration and Filter Rules are included in blocking. Based on the keywords that have been determined, the test results show that Mikrotik has succeeded in blocking sites or websites that contain adult content.

Battle Royale Console Game Performance Analysis (Case Study: East Jakarta, Indonesia) 大逃杀》游戏机性能分析(案例研究:印度尼西亚东雅加达)

Battle Royale (BR) genre games are still played and have massive players around the globe. They are characterized by survival and exploration elements, featuring last-man-standing gameplay that motivates players to be the final contestant in the game. This BR can now be played on single platforms and cross-platform. Apex Legends is a free-to-play hero shooter where competitors from across the frontier join forces to battle for glory, fame, and fortune. Apex Legends can be played on PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, and Switch. This research aims to understand the data captured by the game Apex Legends, played on the PlayStation 5 console and displayed on a 4K television. This data was then analyzed to measure the correlation with game performance during gameplay. This research used a quantitative method, primary data, and descriptive measurements. From the findings, it can be concluded that the FPS for this game performed well since it was still near 60 FPS (59.81) with a standard deviation of 1.07. IO could not be analyzed for network performance since no official parameters for this IO were found on the official web during the research. However, Packet Loss and Choke performed well, with an average of 0 and a standard deviation of around 0. The ping value is enormous, with a significant standard deviation gap; this can happen because the server distance is longer to Tokyo from Jakarta than Singapore. Even though the latency was high, gamers still found the matches enjoyable.

Pengaruh Suhu Evaporasi-Kristalisasi dan Persentase Gula Batu terhadap Warna Produk Serbuk Jahe Merah (Zingiber officinale) 蒸发-结晶温度和冰糖比例对红姜粉产品颜色的影响

Red ginger (Zingiber officinale) is recognized as a medicinal plant with multiple benefits. The medicinal benefits of red ginger necessitate cautious handling and treatment to avoid damaging the compounds present in ginger. Producing red ginger powder to make an instant red ginger drink is one of the most frequent methods of ginger processing. The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of raising the temperature during the evaporation-crystallization process (at 80 and 90 oC). Then, the proportion of crystallization agent is rock sugar (at 60 and 100%), which alters the color of red ginger extract, both in terms of research outcomes and commercial products. Each specimen is provided in the form of a solid stage (red ginger powder) and a liquid phase, whereby the red ginger powder is dissolved in hot water (approximately 50 oC). The color of both products was analyzed using a chromameter. The results indicate that the product samples' color changed with the color components L (dark-light), a (red-green), and b (yellow-blue). These changes were caused by an increase or decrease in the amount of dye in the red ginger extract. This caused carotenoids (red) and oleoresin (yellow). Additionally, they indicated a Maillard reaction due to the increase in temperature during the evaporation-crystallization process. The optimum outcomes of this research were observed when fresh raw materials were exposed to 90 °C and 100% cube sugar content. Notably, the color values exhibited no significant discrepancies from those of commercially available red ginger products.

Penyisihan Kandungan Perak dalam Limbah Cair Pencucian Film Melalui Proses Biofiltrasi dengan Tanaman Eceng Gondok 通过水葫芦植物生物过滤工艺去除薄膜清洗废液中的含银量

Wastewater produced from the film washing process in photo studios generally has very high contents of heavy metals, such as silver (Ag). This situation can cause various health and environmental problems if it is not treated before disposal. Therefore, this research was aimed to reduce the silver content in the wastewater through biological processes. This study was conducted using a biofiltration process using water hyacinth plants. Film washing waste was first acclimatized into concentration of 2.5% and the initial silver content was measured. Afterwards, water hyacinth of 600, 900, 1200, and 1500 g, respectively, was planted into the wastewater. Waste samples were subsequently taken and analyzed every 2 days. The highest removal efficiency of 99.94% was yielded for 1500 g of plant. In this condition, the silver content in wastewater met the environmental quality standards.

CORRELATION BETWEEN COMPRESSIVE AND TENSILE SPLITTING STRENGTH OF GEOPOLYMER FIBER CONCRETE 土工聚合物纤维混凝土抗压和拉伸劈裂强度之间的相关性

Geopolymer concrete mixture contain fine and coarse aggregate, fly ash and activator, composed from sodium silicate and sodium hydroxide. Like normal concrete, geopolymer concrete is weak in terms of tensile strength, so fiber needs to be added to improve the mechanical properties of geopolymer concrete. In this research nylon and steel fiber are added to the geopolymer concrete mixture, with percentage from 0.5%, 0.75%, 1%, 1.5% and 2% of volume. The correlation between compressive and tensile splitting strength of geopolymer steel and nylon fiber concrete were evaluated in this research program. The relationship between tensile splitting strength and compressive strength of geopolymer concrete will be built in a mathematical model using multivariable non-linear regression from SPSS software. The specimens are cylindrical concrete, which have diameter of 100 mm and height of 200 mm. The specimen undergo a curing process in an oven at 60oC for duration of 24 hour. Geopolymer concrete mixture with a fiber percentage of 0.75% have a good workability, since they still meet the slump value requirements (10 + 2 cm). The compressive strength reaches the highest value at 0.75%, for both steel and nylon fibers. The addition of up to 2% steel fiber produces a splitting tensile strength 12.06% higher than geopolymer concrete with nylon fiber. The equation model proposed for geopolymer fiber concrete is fspt = 0.049f'c.exp(0.7p), with the R-square values from 0.722 - 0.715.

Like normal concrete, geopolymer concrete is weak in terms of tensile strength, so fiber needs to be added to improve the mechanical properties of geopolymer concrete. In this research nylon and steel fiber are added to the geopolymer concrete mixture, with percentage from 0.5%, 0.75%, 1%, 1.5% and 2% of volume. The correlation between compressive and tensile splitting strength of geopolymer steel and nylon fiber concrete were evaluated in this research program. The relationship between tensile splitting strength and compressive strength of geopolymer concrete will be built in a mathematical model using multivariable non-linear regression from SPSS software. The specimens are cylindrical concrete, which have diameter of 100 mm and height of 200 mm. The specimen undergo a curing process in an oven at 60oC for duration of 24 hour. Geopolymer concrete mixture with a fiber percentage of 0.75% have a good workability, since they still meet the slump value requirements (10 + 2 cm). The compressive strength reaches the highest value at 0.75%, for both steel and nylon fibers. The addition of up to 2% steel fiber produces a splitting tensile strength 12.06% higher than geopolymer concrete with nylon fiber. There have been many applied studies on Nd in medicine, cooling techniques due to large amplitude changes in specific heat capacity, making glass pigments, making laser materials, and many other fields. However, there have been no specific studies on the structural and electronic properties related to the band gap. In this study, we investigated the optimization of Nd adsorption on Armchair nanoribbon silicene substrate. The research was carried out in three steps. The first step is to change the Nd atom through the four positions (top, valley, hollow, and bridge) to determine the optimal position. As a result, the bridge site has a magnetic moment of 4.68 µB and a locking degree of 0.69 Ǻ, has the lowest absorbed energy value of -2.6 eV, and has the most stable structure. Second step, we varied the Si-Si bond length of silicene for the same target, resulting in choosing the optimal bond length of 2.27 Ǻ. Finally, we consider the distance between the Nd atom and the silicene surface and determine that with the same bond length 2.27 Ǻ, the result obtained at a height of 2.11 Ǻ occurs most optimally. This result proves that silicene-doped Nd is very promising as a material for making visible sensors and spin motors in the future.

Dengue virus (DENV) is a mosquito-borne pathogen that causes dengue fever, a potentially severe illness. During infection, DENV interacts with various host factors to facilitate viral production. However, certain host restriction factors, such as the voltage-gated potassium channel Kv1.3, can impede viral replication by limiting DENV entry into host cells. While the interplay of DENV proteins and the specific mechanism facilitating this event remain unclear, our previous yeast two-hybrid interactomes study identified an interaction between DENV non-structural protein 2A (NS2A) and Kv1.3. This study aimed to identify potential binding sites between DENV NS2A and Kv1.3 using in silico approach. Crystal structures of DENV NS2A and Kv1.3 was obtained from RCSB PDB. Protein-protein interaction analysis was conducted using molecular docking with HADDOCK v2.4, and the interaction was assessed based on HADDOCK scores. Our results revealed that the HADDOCK score was -64.7±3.2, indicating an excellent binding affinity between DENV NS2A and Kv1.3. The robust interaction between NS2A and Kv1.3 underscores the need for further investigation into the role of potassium channels in DENV replication.

The prevalence of microplastics in the environment and their potential adverse impacts on wildlife and human well-being make them a pressing global ecological issue. The objective of this review is to provide better understanding prevalence and distribution of microplastics, factors influencing their concentration and transport, the sampling technique and polymer identification analysis used in various studies and future research needs. The identification of microplastic polymer types is also explored, including techniques such as Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and Raman spectroscopy. It also points out the many types of sampling equipment and materials, as well as sample preparation and analysis. Sampling method and polymer identification analysis of microplastics may vary on the circumstances of the location and question of the research. Suitable and standardize for both methods should be prioritized to ensure reliable and precise collection of data regarding the microplastic in river and estuarine.

SUPPRESSION OF SOMMERFELD EFFECT IN POWER TRANSMISSION SYSTEM EMPLOYING CARDAN SHAFT THROUGH PHASE ANGLE ARRANGEMENT 通过相位角布置抑制采用万向轴的输电系统中的索默费尔德效应

In a power transmission system with a cardan shaft, the Sommerfeld effect occurs, which is characterized by speed capture and release at the resonance range. Suppression of the Sommerfeld effect is critical for smooth and reliable operation. This study aims to suppress the Sommerfeld effect in a transmission system by compensating the phase angle between the two universal joints installed in the cardan shaft. The differential equations of motion representing the dynamics of the system are derived using the Lagrange equation. The responses are simulated numerically using the Runge–Kutta algorithm for scenarios with constant and gradually varying input torque. To suppress the Sommerfeld effect, the phase angle is set to 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% of the maximum twist angle observed in the subcritical speed range of the in-phase configuration. With the phase angle of 25%, the Sommerfeld effect is damped, where the output speed only deviates by 5% from the estimated value for both input torque scenarios. It is shown how the change of the phase angle attenuates the Sommerfeld effect and the system vibrations, which should be considered in the development and practical implementation.
