In an effort to shape the culture of a digital society in Palembang, this study examines digital literacy. The purpose of this study is: Analyze the supporting and impeding factors for this program. Identify the implementation of digital literacy programs as an endeavor to develop the character of the digital society in the city of Palembang. In this study, a qualitative descriptive methodology was utilized to describe and assess how the Digital Literacy program was implemented in an effort to shape the characteristics of a digital society in Palembang. The analytical methods employed involve qualitative data analysis methods using FGD, interviews, and documentation. Additionally, the NVivo 12 Plus and SmartPLS analysis complement this research data. The theory applied is Merilee S. Grindle's theory of policy implementation. Digital Skills, Digital Culture, Digital Ethics, and Digital Safety are some of the supporting indicators in the Kominfo RI framework for digital literacy. The study's findings show that promoting digital literacy is a movement that cannot be carried out by one institution alone; instead, the government, society, and stakeholders all need to get involved if we want to avoid falling behind. People who are learning to use digital operating systems in daily life are concerned with developing their digital skills. The government is known to be interested in creating news in the media or online, therefore it requires journalists who are impartial and can speak the truth without instilling fear. Still other discoveries.

The formation of political party coalitions can be applied productively to patronage democracy, but this requires a broader comprehensive study and the addition of new conceptualizations. Therefore, this study aims to determine the development of research on the theme of political party coalition behavior from 2015 to 2021 indexed by Scopus. This study uses a scoping review method. The source of this research data comes from the Scopus database. The findings in this study that the coalition behavior of political parties will not be separated from the topic of voting behavior and the electoral system, this is evident in this study. The political parties in building coalitions must consider the level of electability by looking at behavior in the voters. Moreover, the electoral system will determine whether political parties need to form coalitions or not if they want to participate in electoral contestation. Furthermore, parliamentary elections and proportional representation are topics that have opportunities as novelties for future research related to this themes. Furthermore, Indonesia (southeast asia), Spain, Norway (Europa), Uruguay and Colombia (South America) have recently paid great attention to research on the political parties coalition behavior. The implications of the findings of this study are as a form of a reference for knowledge regarding the study of political parties. More than that, it is important to describe these findings because they can classify world research which so far has only been limited to individual findings.

This study aims to determine collaborative governance in increasing the index of people's happiness in the city of Bandung. The happiness index for the city of Bandung has increased from 2014 to 2018. However, in 2019-2020 there was no measurement of the happiness index in the city of Bandung. The community happiness index in 2019-2020 can experience a decline, this is due to the impact of 10 community happiness index benchmarks in the city of Bandung. This research uses the theory from Ansel and Gash which looks at governance collaboration in 4 stages namely initial conditions, institutional design, facilitative leadership, and collaboration processes. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the initial conditions, collaboration can be carried out by both parties according to needs, 2) there is no specific institutional design that houses the happiness index, 3) the Bandung City Cooperation Field acts as an intermediary between the government and the collaborating parties, 4) there has been a collaboration of municipal, group and individual internal governance.

Political actualization of citizenship is related to membership, legal status, rights, and participation which are the four key dimensions of citizenship. These four aspects need to be immediately actualized in the life of the nation and state, because they are very important in realizing a civilized nation. The problem of not achieving the political dimension of citizenship is due to a decrease in the sense of nationalism in each younger generation. On that basis, the National Unity and Political Body (Bakesbangpol) of Bandung City organizes state defense education. The purpose of this study was to analyze the state defense education conducted by Bakesbangpol of Bandung City to strengthen the character of love for the homeland of the younger generation. The theory used is the theory of nationalism, political theory of citizenship and the conception of state defense. This analysis uses a qualitative methodology with a case study approach, with data collection strategies through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings have shown that state defense education held by Bakesbangpol of Bandung City has shown changes in cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects of the participants who take part in state defense education. This can be seen from the increase in capacity regarding membership, legal status, rights, and participation towards a better direction as a citizen. This is very important in realizing ideal citizens to support the achievement of state goals. This finding shows that it is important for Bakesbangpol to always carry out state defense education in a sustainable and programmed manner, by prioritizing aspects of innovation so that it always adapts to the times. For further research it is important to study with different methods, especially quantitative methods because it can determine the effect of political education on political education participants .

This research is an attempt to find out the role of Jambi Malay Indigenous Community Leaders in the 2020 Jambi Governor Election. Therefore, the method that is considered appropriate to use in this research is qualitative, by collecting data through interviews, journals and from internet . The collected data analyzed a descriptive approach was used, using the Local Strongman theory. The results of this study are that, in the 2020 Jambi gubernatorial election, the role of traditional leaders is still very much needed for both candidate pairs and the government. For candidates, traditional leaders are needed because they can influence indigenous peoples to vote for them, because the people of Jambi are very obedient to traditional value and traditional law so that what is conveyed by traditional leaders will become a kind of unwritten order that they must follow. For the government, traditional leaders are needed to invite the public to participate in elections, both as voters and organizers.
