Due to a sudden development of information technology, a paradigm shift to the services of the financial information system is required. It needs to guarantee the stability of the information service and the reliability of the data transmission to a new financial information system. FinTech has appeared as a combination of finance and technology and to combine various technology and finance, Open Application Programming Interface technology needs to be supported. Functionally speaking, 3P (Patency, Perceive, and Protect) needs to be met. To do that, Message Queue Safe Proper Time (MQSPT) guaranteeing the quality of transmitted data has been introduced and Open API FinTech architecture, which is the purpose of this study, has been designed, implemented, and experimented to meet the functional characteristics

Many hardware-in-the-loop simulation (HILS) tools and techniques have focused on testing of standalone embedded systems, or designed for some specific applications, so that engineers should totally modify them when multiple systems for new applications need to be developed. This paper presents an extended HILS framework for testing multiple heterogeneous embedded systems simultaneously. By employing publish-subscribe middleware, the proposed framework can provide scalability and flexibility in terms of system composition. Also, a lightweight software layer loaded on each system enhances usability and reusability of the framework.

This paper shows results of narrowband path loss measurements in a typical urban mobile-to-mobile radio environment at 900 MHz band. The path loss exponent and the variance of the random variable modeling the effects of shadowing and fading are derived from real world measurements performed in an urban and rural area. These parameters can be used with a simple power law path loss model to predict reliable communication link for communication systems operating in a mobile-to-mobile environment, such as a cross-layer routing protocol design of mobile ad-hoc networks. The proposed method can be also used for path evaluation of multipath routing.

Due to its characteristics such as long communication delay, high dynamic topology, sparse distribution of nodes and frequent link break, routing are the key research issues of delay tolerant networks. Performance analysis of different routing protocols is the major step before selecting and designing the routing protocol. Routing protocols perform different under different network environments (e.g., memory space, traffic, message size etc.). In this paper, the factors that affect the performance of single-copy and multi-copy algorithm in DTN are studied. The performance analysis is compared in terms of delay, packet delivery ratio and overhead.

Banks recorded minus returns due to the subprime mortgage crisis in 2008 and regulations on financial instruments. To overcome this, the financial industry has replaced its system, which originally has been done by human, to computer system while joining hands with the IT industry. As time goes by, consumers tend to go online instead of visiting banks as the costs of financial services have been reduced and their speed gets fast. The purpose of this study is to find out what forms psychological resistance regarding internet banks and empirically verify what actually influences the intent to use internet banks. Thus, this study tries to reveal factors that form psychological resistance inhibiting the proliferation of internet banks through study models comprised of the variables suggested in the Innovation Resistance Model by Ram.

The important indicators of multichannel ultrasonic ranging system are correlation characteristics and energy efficiency. The excitation sequences with good correlation characteristics can help avoid crosstalk among multi- channel ultrasonic sensors. High energy efficiency can enhance measurement range. This paper proposes a crosstalk elimination method by using the optimal binary excitation sequences modulated with chaotic codes, which include chaot- ic binary amplitude shift keying (c-BASK), chaotic binary phase shift keying (c- BPSK) and chaotic binary frequency shift keying (c-BFSK). To obtain the both best correlation characteristics and energy efficiency, the Non-dominated Sort- ing Genetic Algorithm-II (NSGA-II) is applied to optimize the chaotic binary excitation sequences. Real experiments have been conducted using an ultrason- ic ranging system that consists of eight-channel SensComp 600 series instru- ment-grade electrostatic sensors excited with chaotic binary modulation se- quences. The experimental results show that the c-BFSK outperforms the c- BASK and c-BPSK in terms of the correlation characteristics and energy effi- ciency. With 2 ms c-BFSK excitation sequences, the longest measurable dis- tance was 720 cm (i.e., increased 11% and 27% with c-BPSK and c-BASK, re- spectively) with maximal relative error 2.4%.

Dead Reckoning is an autonomous navigation method less susceptible to external environment, but due to the initial alignment declination and odometer coefficient error, navigation errors increase with time. In this paper, the map matching algorithm is used to precisely match the dead reckoning to compensate the vehicles heading deviation angle and odometer coefficient error by positioning error. Studies have shown that the odometer coefficient error and dynamic alignment accuracy are mainly affected by the vehicles displacement between two points and positioning accuracy. Error feedback iterative method is used to compensate for correction, which can better inhibit the gyro drift on navigation deviations impact. The simulation results show that considering the map matching algorithm accuracy under the premise of this program, the odometer coefficient error is significantly lower and the accuracy of alignment can reach minute level after five iterative calculations.
