随着医院的医疗器械设备的更新,高端医疗设备的投入,越来越多的医院更加重视医疗设备的管理工作,在进行管理过程中,设备的维修管理必不可少,而且非常重要,对医疗设备维修加强管理,能够提高医疗设备的使用效率,减少医疗设备损坏、故障的几率,促进医疗设备高质量的运转,从而提高对患者的诊治能力。在医疗设备管理中,注重维修中的问题,加以总结,并且进行有效的改正,确保医疗设备常态化的运行,提高设备的使用寿命。

随着我国加入WTO后,国民经济得到了飞快的发展,广大民众对身体健康这块提出了更高的要求。对药品的要求也越来越严格,那么这就对医药工业的生产提出了更为苛刻的要求。同时加入WTO后,我国医药工业的生产也要求符合国际规范,如美国FDA等。为了达到这些要求和标准,改进我们国家以前医药生产中存在的一些落后现象,就势必需要去在医药工业中推广应用现代化的控制系统,使得控制更为精确,更有追述性。那么作为现代工业自动化控制系统的代表产品,DCS控制系统就在医药工业生产中得到了更为广泛的应用。本文根据某医药公司合成车间的工艺要求,采用和利时公司的KM控制系统,以及和利时公司MACS6.53版本软件,设计了友好的监控画面。从而工艺参数得到了很好的控制
