Phospholipid composition of plasma and erythrocytes in the neonate. 新生儿血浆和红细胞的磷脂组成。

The total phospholipids and their various classes in erythrocytes and blood plasma were determined quantitatively by means of two-dimensional thin-layer chromatography. The total amount of phospholipids in neonate plasma was approximately half of that found in adult plasma, however, the amount of phospholipids in erythrocytes of the neonate was significantly higher. The differences were observed in some classes of phospholipids in the plasma and erythrocytes of neonates as well as adult human beings.

The inhibitory effect of UV-light on thrombin-induced pig platelet aggregation. 紫外光对凝血素诱导的猪血小板聚集的抑制作用。

The effect of ultraviolet radiation on the thrombin-stimulated aggregation of washed pig platelets was studied. It was observed that UV radiation (UV-A, 0.5 W/cm2) inhibited aggregation of pig platelets induced by thrombin. Plasma may have a protective role against the damaging effect of UV light on platelet aggregation.

The influence was studied of different diets on the activity of cathepsin D (PSCatD), pepstatin (PIA) and leupeptin (LIA) insensitive acid autolytic activity (AAA), RNA, DNA and protein in skeletal leg muscle (LM) and liver of 37 mice. The diets affected the weight of the liver and content of protein in the liver and LM. The protein:DNA ratio was lowest on high carbohydrate (HC) and commercial (C) diets in both tissues and about 3 times higher in LM than in the liver. The RNA:protein ratio was highest in the high protein-fat (HPF) and recommended (R) diet fed groups. The RNA:DNA ratio was lowest on HC and C diets. In the liver, PSCatD, AAA, LIA were lowest on HPF, and highest on HC diets, but for PIA on high fat-protein (HFP) and C diets, respectively. The highest activities were correlated with the lowest percentage of protein and fat in the diets (low energy diets). For LM, the highest activities were found on a C diet and lowest for PSCatD on HEP but for AAA, PIA, LIA on HC diets. Cathepsin D accounted for about 70% of hemoglobin degradation in the liver and 66% in LM. In AAA, cathepsin D participates in 58.5% and 50.5% in the liver and LM inhibition, respectively, but leupeptin accounted for about 15% and 27% (in the presence of Mg++) of inhibition.

Pharmaco-EEG analysis by means of FFT and FAD. FFT和FAD的药物-脑电分析。

The EEG effects of a single oral dose of diazepam, amitriptyline and pernazine were studied in 26 healthy volunteers. The EEG analysis was performed by means of FFT and a new parametric method FAD. The results indicate that the FAD method reveals drug changes significantly more often than does the FFT analysis and that the medication effects are more clearly defined by the FAD. The method can be useful in the assessment of the subtle effects of the psychotropic drugs.

Inhibition of ethanol-induced changes in rats by Padma 28. Padma 28对乙醇诱导大鼠变化的抑制作用。

In male Wistar rats the protective effect of Padma 28 against changes induced by prolonged treatment with ethyl alcohol was investigated. Exposure of the animals to prolonged ethyl alcohol consumption caused a significant increase in AspAT (by 32%), A1AT (by 50%) and alkaline phosphatase (by 372%) activities as well as an increase in the levels of bilirubin (by 98%) and lipids in the blood serum and lipids in the liver homogenate. Padma 28 administration was found to exert a protective action against these changes: a significant reduction of blood total lipid, triacylglycerol, total cholesterol and bilirubin concentrations as well as in the activity of the liver enzymes was observed.

FAD-parametric description of EEG time series. EEG时间序列的fad参数描述。

A new method of the EEG time series parametric description was elaborated. The procedure consists of the following steps: calculation of AR model coefficients, the estimation of the transfer function in the form of parallel filters, finding of the impulse response function parameters. The parameters: frequencies, amplitudes and damaging coefficients (FAD) characterise the basic EEG waves. The average properties of the EEG signals are presented in the form of rhythm diagrams. The method overcomes the difficulties in arbitrary partitioning of the EEG power spectrum into the frequency bands and makes possible the reduction of electroencephalographic data to the few parameters characterising basic rhythms.

Atropine (Atr) or mecamylamine (MeC) were administered locally into the periaqueductal gray (PAG) of rabbits with chronically implanted electrodes into the motor-sensory cortex (MSC) ventro-posterolateral thalamic nuclei (NVPL), PAG and midbrain reticular formation (MRF). Bioelectrical responses in the cortex and subcortical structures were analyzed automatically by means of Fast Fourier Transform and Autoregressive Method. Both Atr and Mec modified the activity in PAG, Atr had also the influence in MRF and MSC.
