Improving the Quality of Life of Dependent and Disabled People Through Home Automation and Tele-assistance 通过家庭自动化和远程协助改善受抚养人和残疾人的生活质量

Lack of mobility in certain groups of dependents forces them to spend a lot of time at home. In many cases, this limitation makes these people to stay most of the time in a specific room in their houses such as the bedroom or living room, where the only means of entertainment and information gathering is the TV set. Most of present-day households have a personal computer, but the digital divide and lack of adaptation produces certain rejection in this population group. This paper discusses a proposal that leverages the familiar TV set to be used as the user interface for a complete tele-assistance system and control centre of home automation devices. For this, the system makes use of a Home Theatre Personal Computer (HTPC) connected to the TV and offers the features like the monitoring and remote monitoring of a wide range of vital signs, intelligent adaptation of services and interfaces according to the level and type of disability, and centralized control of home automation devices installed at home.

Full life cycle health records of data base center architecture research 全生命周期健康记录数据库中心体系结构研究

Full life cycle health records service is the core of the regional health information platform. The file information which is various and massive includes basic personal information, major diseases and health problems, women and children health information, disease prevention and control, disease management information. Because of different targets, we need different ways to show and have an efficient way to carry out of the business system, these data also can be assembled for the people-centered health information. Based on these requirements, we propose an data center architecture which separating business from data storage in exchanging. It links the workflow with all kinds of service on one hand and. On the another hand, it is able to accommodate the expansion of personal health information database. Compare the architecture with the traditional three-level, the paper highlights the performance of its advantages and points out the trend on future.

Providing relevant health information to patient-centered healthcare 为以患者为中心的医疗保健提供相关的健康信息

Patient-centric healthcare is an emerging healthcare model that optimizes the healthcare system to focus on patient experience and outcomes for better health and well-being. It requires that patients as well as physicians should have the ability to obtain and understand health information, and make appropriate health decisions. A problem is how such health information should be gathered from a variety of heterogeneous data sources, and how patient and physicians should access such information. Our argument is that the gathered information should not be presented as a collection of XML-documents but rather the information should be stored in an ontology based data store (knowledge base), which provides sophisticated features for accessing health information. How this kind of solution can be implemented by exploiting ontology languages RDF and OWL is the topic of this paper.

• The flight tests and TOO analysis indicate that the virtual radar system reported separation with comparable relative accuracy and equivalent absolute accuracy with respect to the radar system. The results support the conclusion that MSSR and virtual radar data may be used interchangeably to provide 5 NM en route separation using the Host Computer System. • Initial Operating Capability (IOC) for 5 NM en route separation using ADS-B/virtual radars was declared at the Houston Air Route Traffic Control Center on December 17, 2009 • Virtual radar surveillance is currently used in the provision of en route separation services in the Gulf of Mexico
