Crowdsourcing offers on-demand access to large numbers of human workers to implement new forms of human–computer collaborative functionalities that can be seamlessly integrated into advanced software and algorithms. However, crowdsourcing tasks are primarily undertaken by urban rather than rural workers. To enable the development of skilled rural employment, this research aims to assess rural crowdsourcing workers’ spatial reasoning and creative abilities and their abilities to solve irregular strip packing problems associated with the manufacture of sheet materials. The study conducted experiments and data collection with 140 rural Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) workers located in six states of India. The statistical analyses of the data collected from seven rural BPO firms (140 rural workers) reveal that rural workers can achieve a 2D packing efficiency that is up to 8% higher than that of commercial algorithm outcomes. The results suggest that rural crowdsourcing can lead to effective job creation, skill development, and, for a modest cost, it can support industries that employ CAD/CAM systems to generate geometric data for common manufacturing processes.

The global surge in urbanization and population growth has led to a significant increase in municipal solid waste generation, posing a considerable challenge in identifying suitable landfill sites. This study proposes a novel framework that enhances landfill site monitoring and assessment by combining GIS-based hierarchical analytical processes with a fuzzy inference system (FIS). The study employs a systematic approach involving phases such as feature selection, spatial analysis, criteria weighting, FIS building, and a case study conducted in São Paulo State, Brazil. The proposed framework effectively assesses landfill suitability and offers practical recommendations for landfill management and future site selection. This framework provides actionable recommendations for landfill monitoring and assessment, supporting landfill management while minimizing environmental and social impacts. It offers a comprehensive approach to landfill assessment, enhancing the sustainability of waste management practices. Further research can improve the proposed framework by refining feature selection and incorporating real-time data for continuous monitoring. Additionally, exploring the integration of emerging technologies, such as remote sensing and artificial intelligence, can further enhance landfill site monitoring and assessment.

This paper describes the processes of embedding Sustainability Justice in secondary education curricula for economic courses in Greece applying the DeCoRe plus methodology and participatory action research. These processes resulted in a reconstructed curriculum that was implemented by nine teachers teaching courses in economics. Sustainability justice emphasizes the ethics and praxis of education for sustainability and requires an understanding of the curriculum as a process and praxis and teaching as an ethical and political praxis. The implementation of the diagnostic evaluation of DeCoRe plus showed that economics teachers in Greece select more behavioral than constructive-emancipatory teaching approaches. On the other hand, the implementation of the reconstructed curriculum units in their courses using the DeCoRe plus methodology revealed a shift from instructive to constructivist and emancipatory teaching and learning approaches. Teachers by the great majority declared the political and ethical perspective of teaching and seeing curriculum as a living text that can always be under the process of deconstruction, construction, and reconstruction.

Based on data from the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration, the number of villages in our country is 33,893 villages. This number of villages occupies more than 80% of the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. In an effort to realize the state's goal, namely to improve the welfare of the Indonesian people, the Government pays special attention to existing villages, especially in terms of implementing village development. With the spirit of "nawacita" and the spirit of "autonomy" the government is currently allocating a significant amount of budget to villages so that rural communities can develop their own villages based on needs on a priority scale. With a paradigm leap regarding regional development where community empowerment, especially rural communities, is expected to contribute more to development in their respective villages, it is necessary to review the role of rural communities in the development implementation process starting from the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, supervision and his coaching. This is considered important to do because with the leap, the development paradigm which was originally controlled by the central government has now shifted where the village government and its own community are expected to carry out all development processes so that the output is expected to be able to answer the problems that exist in their respective villages. The most important thing to observe and analyze is the extent of the role and contribution of the community in the rural development process when viewed from the regulations that have been established. This study is an initial study with a theoretical approach that examines existing regulations regarding the village development implementation process and its stages and the consequences that will arise. In the next stage, this study will be carried out in the form of implementation by conducting a study in one of the villages to see the extent of the effectiveness of village development by maximizing the empowerment of village communities and based on the Regulation of the Minister of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia Number 21 of 2020 concerning Guidelines General Village Development and Village Community Empowerment. This journal is a literature study that describes the views of adult congregations in choosing a life partner to create a harmonious family. Finding a partner with certain characteristics can occur by idealism about the marriage that will be built. To explain this, the author presents various information from literature sources related to research topics which are then explained in a descriptive manner. From the research conducted, there are several characters that are considered to affect the creation of a family. Some of the characters chosen by the adult congregation, talking about the physical and financial. Physically talking about how his stature, while financially more directed towards the work of a partner. In addition, God's word also provides criteria in finding a life partner one of which is a match. Equal partners are also one of the factors in creating a harmonious family. ABSTRAKJurnal ini merupakan sebuah penelitian yang memaparkan tentang padangan jemaat dewasa dalam memilih pasangan hidup untuk menciptakan keluarga yang harmonis. Menemukan pasangan dengan kreteria tertentu dapat terjadi oleh adanya idealisme tentang pernikahan yang akan dibangun. Untuk memaparkan hal tersebut, penulis menyajikan berbagai informasi dari sumber pustaka terkait topik penelitian yang kemudian diapaparkan secara deskriptif. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data used is based on the type, namely quantitative data and qualitative data, while based on the source, it is primary data and secondary data. The data collection instruments used were observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the research results, it is known that the Coordination of the Implementation of Corona Virus Disease 19 Vaccination Activities in Ario Kemuning Village, Palembang, can be seen from four aspects, namely: (1) The Communication Aspect, in this case consisting of providing information, is still running well, this can be seen from the stages must be carried out jointly by related parties, only in terms of the use and utilization of information technology in the communication aspect it has not been carried out optimally and effectively; (2) The awareness aspect of coordination carried out between the City Government, in this case the Palembang City Health Service and Ario Kemuning Village in the Implementation of Corona Virus Disease 19 Vaccination Activities in Ario Kemuning Village, Palembang, has been implemented well and is appropriate both in terms of level of knowledge and level of compliance; (3) The participant competency aspect has been running well and in the same direction as can be seen from the involvement of authorized officials and the involvement of experts in the Implementation of Corona Virus Disease 19 Vaccination Activities in Ario Kemuning Village, Palembang; (4) Aspects of the agreement and commitment established between the City Government / Palembang City Health Service and Ario Kemuning Village in Coordinating the Implementation of Corona Virus Disease 19 Vaccination Activities in Ario Kemuning Village, Palembang are in accordance with existing policies / Circulars.

The aim of this research is to determine the role of the technical implementation unit for the protection of women and children (UPT PPA) and to determine the inhibiting and supporting factors for the role of the technical implementation unit for the protection of women and children (UPT PPA) in dealing with violence against children in Gowa Regency. The research method used for this research is descriptive qualitative, namely research that describes phenomena or research objects in detail and comprehensively through observation, interviews and document analysis. The results of this research show that the Technical Implementation Unit for the Protection of Women and Children (UPT PPA) has carried out its role in handling cases of violence against children in Gowa Regency by means of socialization, receiving reports, collecting case data, psychological assistance, legal assistance, health assistance and safe houses. Furthermore, the inhibiting factor for the Gowa Regency PPA UPT is the lack of human resources. The factors that support the role of UPT PPA are communication, disposition and appropriate bureaucratic structure.
ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran unit pelaksana teknis perlindungan perempuan dan anak (UPT PPA) dan untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat dan pendukung peran unit pelaksana teknis perlindungan perempuan dan anak (UPT PPA) dalam menangani kekerasan terhadap anak di Kabupaten Gowa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif yaitu penelitian yang menggambarkan fenomena atau objek penelitian secara detail dan komprehensif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Unit Pelaksana Teknis Perlindungan Perempuan Dan Anak (UPT PPA) telah menjalankan perannya dalam menangani kasus kekerasan terhadap anak di Kabupaten Gowa dengan cara Sosialisasi, penerimaan laporan, pendataan kasus, Pendampingan psikologis, pendampingan hukum, pendampingan kesehatan dan rumah aman. Selanjutnya, faktor penghambat UPT PPA Kabupaten Gowa adalah kekurangan sumber daya manusia. Adapun faktor yang mendukung peran UPT PPA adalah komunikasi, disposisi dan struktur birokrasi yang sesuai.

The development of cities in Indonesia is growing rapidly, increasing population growth and uncontrolled regional development are causing various problems in a city environment, the need for land is increasing so this must be a concern for all elements of society. The expansion of the city outside the central city area is something that the government often does to overcome the current problems of city growth and development. However, this does not solve the city's problems optimally. Therefore, other strategies are needed to face the challenges of future city development that prioritize the lives of future generations and are sustainable. Maximum utilization of urban spatial patterns in the process of sustainable city development is very necessary now, this certainly cannot be separated from the concept of a Compact City city. This concept has become one of the strategies in various countries to guarantee the lives of future generations. The aim of this research is to formulate a strategy for implementing the Compact City concept by conducting a study of the spatial pattern structure of a sustainable city area which is related to the socio-cultural and economic life of the community. In order to answer this objective, the study begins with a descriptive analysis of the characteristics of urban space through elements of spatial patterns which include land use, accessibility, design characteristics of the city and socio-cultural and economic characteristics of the community. ABSTRAKPerkembangan kota di Indonesia berkembang dengan pesat, meningkatnya pertumbuhan penduduk dan pembangunan kawasan yang tidak terkontrol menyebabkan berbagai masalah dalam suatu lingkungan kota, kebutuhan akan lahan semakin tinggi sehingga hal ini harus menjadi perhatian bagi seluruh elemen masyarakat. Pemekaran kota ke luar kawasan pusat kota menjadi hal yang sering dilakukan pemerintah dalam melakukan mengatasi permasalahan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan kota saat ini. Namun hal ini tidak mengatasi permasalahan kota dengan maksimal. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan strategi lain untuk menghadapi tantangan perkembangan kota di masa depan yang lebih mengutamakan kehidupan generasi mendatang dan berkelanjutan. Pemanfaaatan pola ruang kota dengan maksimal dalam proses pengembangan kota berkelanjutan sangat diperlukan sekarang ini, terkait hal ini tentu tidak dapat dipisahkan dari konsep kota beraliran Compact City. Konsep ini telah menjadi salah satu strategi di berbagai negara dalam menjamin kehidupan generasi masa depan. This concept has become one of the strategies in various countries to guarantee the lives of future generations. The aim of this research is to formulate a strategy for implementing the Compact City concept by conducting a study of the spatial pattern structure of a sustainable city area which is related to the socio-cultural and economic life of the community. In order to answer this objective, the study begins with a descriptive analysis of the characteristics of urban space through elements of spatial patterns which include land use, accessibility, design characteristics of the city and socio-cultural and economic characteristics of the community. ABSTRAKPerkembangan kota di Indonesia berkembang dengan pesat, meningkatnya pertumbuhan penduduk dan pembangunan kawasan yang tidak terkontrol menyebabkan berbagai masalah dalam suatu lingkungan kota, kebutuhan akan lahan semakin tinggi sehingga hal ini harus menjadi perhatian bagi seluruh elemen masyarakat. Pemekaran kota ke luar kawasan pusat kota menjadi hal yang sering dilakukan pemerintah dalam melakukan mengatasi permasalahan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan kota saat ini. Namun hal ini tidak mengatasi permasalahan kota dengan maksimal. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan strategi lain untuk menghadapi tantangan perkembangan kota di masa depan yang lebih mengutamakan kehidupan generasi mendatang dan berkelanjutan. Pemanfaaatan pola ruang kota dengan maksimal dalam proses pengembangan kota berkelanjutan sangat diperlukan sekarang ini, terkait hal ini tentu tidak dapat dipisahkan dari konsep kota beraliran Compact City. Over the years, various software quality measurement models have been proposed and used in academia and the software industry to assess the quality of produced code and to obtain guidelines for its improvement. In this article, we describe the design and functionality of SQMetrics, a tool for calculating object-oriented quality metrics for projects written in Java. SQMetrics provides the convenience of measuring small code, mainly covering academic or research needs. In this context, the application can be used by students of software engineering courses to make measurements and comparisons in their projects and gradually increase their quality by improving the calculated metrics. Teachers, on the other hand, can use SQMetrics to evaluate students’ Java projects and grade them in proportion to their quality. The contribution of the proposed tool is three-fold, as it has been: (a) tested for its completeness and functionality by comparing it with widely known similar tools, (b) evaluated for its usability and value as a learning aid by students, and (c) statistically tested for its value as a teachers’ aid assisting in the evaluation of student projects. Our findings verify SQMetrics’ effectiveness in helping software engineering students learn critical concepts and improve the quality of their code, as well as in helping teachers assess the quality of students’ Java projects and make more informed grading decisions.

Companies that make acquisitions are feared to have the potential to cause abuse of dominant position which can lead to monopolistic practices and unfair business competition. PT Mitra Keluarga Karya Sehat has met the criteria in Article 5 PP Number 57 of 2010 so that it has a legal obligation to report the acquisition to KPPU within a period of no later than 30 days. Where is PT. Mitra Keluarga Karya Sehat experienced a delay of 461 days. This study aims to determine the role of the business competition supervisory authority in handling and imposing sanctions on delays in reporting acquisitions in case decision number 12/KPPU-M/2022. This research method is normative juridical and the researcher tries to analyze a case from a copy of the decision on Case Number 12/KPPU-M/2022 which was examined qualitatively. The research results of PT Mitra Keluarga Karya Sehat are not proven to have committed an abuse of dominant position which could result in monopolistic practices and unfair business competition, where the PT only acquired 1 hospital in the Cibinong area, the acquisition carried out by the PT had the good intention of increasing health services for BPJS and JKN-KIS connoisseurs, and delays in reporting acquisitions to KPPU experienced by PT. Mitra Keluarga Karya Sehat due to ignorance of legal regulations. However, ignorance of the existence of legal regulations and good intentions that have been carried out by PT Mitra Keluarga Karya Sehat do not eliminate the administrative sanctions given by the Commission Council. The Commission Council imposed administrative sanctions on PT. Mitra Keluarga Karya Sehat of 1 Billion Rupiah.
