ANALISIS PERSENTASE PEMBEBANAN DAN DROP TEGANGAN JARINGAN TEGANGAN RENDAH PADA GARDU DISTRIBUSI GA 0032 PENYULANG WIBRATA 分析ga0032分发变电站的低电压网络载荷和滴电压分析

Listrik merupakan kebutuhan dasar yang sangat penting  untuk masyarakat dan memberikan kontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Agar listrik dapat diandalkan, penting untuk menghindari pemadaman listrik. Dalam studi ini, penulis menganalisis persentase pembebanan dan drop tegangan pada Jaringan Tegangan Rendah di gardu distribusi GA 0032, penyulang Wibrata. Kami menghitung persentase pembebanan pada luar waktu beban puncak (LWBP) dan waktu beban puncak (WBP) dan menentukan drop tegangan pada tiang listrik terakhir GA 0032. Penulis menyimpulkan bahwa perhitungan persentase pembebanan pada LWBP sebesar 59,89% dan pada WBP sebesar 81,51%. Total drop tegangan pada rentang arah B fase R sebesar 24,03 V atau 10,4%; fase S sebesar 10,36 V atau 4,36%; fase T sebesar 3,48V atau 1,51%. Sementara total drop tegangan pada rentang arah D fase R sebesar 3,48 V atau 1,51 %; fase S sebesar 2,14 V atau 0,93%; fase T sebesar 0,90 V atau 0,39%.

ABSTRAK: Pada saat ini masih banyak pekerjaan pertanian yang masih menggunakan tenaga pekerja (tradisional) dalam melakukan kegiatan produksi dan setelah produksi tanaman jeruk, salah satu contoh adalah penyortiran buah. Penyortiran buah merupakan tahap pemisahan buah hasil panen berdasarkan tingkat kematangan buah, ditandai dengan perbedaan warna buah jeruk. Tingkat kematangan pada buah jeruk dibagi menjadi 3 tingkatan, yaitu : hijau, hijau kekuning-kuningan dan kuning. Warna hijau biasanya memiliki kandungan rasa yang asam, Warna hijau kekuning-kuningan memiliki karakteristik rasa yang manis disertai dengan sedikit rasa asam dan memiliki kandungan banyak air. Sedangkan warna kuning memiliki rasa yang manis. Pengelompokan buah jeruk pada beberapa industri pertanian saat ini masih dilakukan dengan cara konvensional, tentunya memiliki kekurangan, seperti manusia memiliki keterbatasan dalam waktu pengerjaan dan berpikir, seringkali merasa jenuh atau lalai untuk melakukan penyortiran dalam waktu yang lama. Perancangan sistem yang berbasis mikrokontroler atmega 328P dapat membantu meringankan pekerjaan manusia  dengan membuat alat pemisah buah berdasarkan warna yang dilengkapi dengan sensor photodioda sebagai pemilih warna yang dilengkapi dengan motor servo sebagai pemisah.
ABSTRAK:目前仍有许多农业工作仍在使用(传统)劳动力进行生产活动,在生产橙子后,水果分拣就是一个例子。果实蒸馏是基于果实肥力的作物分离程度,用不同的橙色标记。橙子的贪婪程度分为三个程度,分别是绿色、绿色、黄色和黄色。绿色通常有酸味,黄绿色有甜味,伴有一点酸度,并含有大量水分。黄色有甜味。在一些农业中,对橙子的分组仍然是以传统的方式进行的,当然是缺乏的,因为人类的工作时间和思维都有局限性,在很长一段时间内经常感到疲惫或被忽视进行分类。基于大气328P微控制器的系统的设计可以通过制造配备光电二极管传感器作为颜色选择器的基于颜色的水果分离器来帮助简化人类工作,该颜色选择器配备伺服电机作为分离器。

This study aims to design a course enrollment simulation for students so that it can be accessed online. In addition, transaction data is made to be computerized. The design of this system using the SDLC method (System Development Life Cycle) in five stages of Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing and Maintenance. The results achieved from this research is a simulation of web-based course registration system that capable of performing well integrated and computerized data processing.

Salah satu kelemahan penggunaan kontroler konvensional PID pada pengaturan kecepatan motor induksi adalah kesulitan di dalam menentukan nilai parameter ( gain ) yang sesuai.  Untuk menutupi kelemahan  itu, pada riset ini peneliti mengembangkan suatu sistem kontrol yang berbasis teknologi logika fuzzy.  Kontroler logika fuzzy ditengarai dapat bekerja dengan respon yang cepat dan performansi yang cukup bagus. Dari simulasi yang dibuat menggunakan Simulink, diperoleh hasil bahwa sistem kontroler logika fuzzy mampu memperbaiki kinerja pengaturan kecepatan motor induksi dengan memperkecil lonjakan dan waktu pemulihan untuk mencapai setpoint .

Pada kantor atau instansi pelayanan publik, banyak masyarakat yang berkunjung dan menunggu giliran melakukan pembayaran atau transaksi lainnya. Petugas pada instansi tersebut memerlukan sistem pemanggil antrian elektronik untuk menjaga agar antrian berlangsung tertib dan aman. Untuk keperluan ini, peneliti melakukan perancangan dan pembuatan sistem pemanggil antrian  elektronik dimana petugas dapat memanggil nomor urut antrian dengan hanya menekan tombol. Sistem pemanggil antrian ini dilengkapi dengan display LED dan speaker . Pada display LED akan muncul angka sesuai dengan hitungan nomor saat itu dan pada speaker akan terdengar nomor antrian. Sistem antrian elektronik ini dirancang menggunakan mikrokontroler ATmega328 yang dilengkapi mp3 decoder dengan fungsi untuk membaca format file mp3 serta speaker guna memanggil para pengantri sesuai dengan nomor urut pada display LED. Dari hasil pengujian, sistem pemanggil antrian ini dapat bekerja dengan baik hingga nomor antrian 999.

Analysis of customer satisfaction on service quality is a necessity for every company. It is intended to determine the level of performance and expectation that has been given by management and as an evaluation for future performance improvement. This study aimed to analyze five dimensions that can affect customer satisfaction of PT PLN AP Bali Utara, i.e: Reliability, Responsivity, Assurance, Empathy, and Tangibility using Servqual method. Based on the results of a performance study of PT PLN AP Bali Utara on household customers, there is still considerable gaps between performance and expectation of customers of PT PLN AP Utara, i.e: Reliability of 1.48, Responsivity of 1.32, Assurance of 1.23, Empathy of 1.15, and Tangibility of 0.98. Management must improves the quality of services including power outage, notification of blackout, easy given and understandable information, employees existence, queues to pay electricity bills, and attention to customers.

Hyaluronic Acid Modulates Proliferation, Collagen and Protein Synthesis of Cultured Fetal Fibroblasts 透明质酸调节培养的胎儿成纤维细胞的增殖、胶原蛋白和蛋白质合成

Fetal wound healing is characterized by minimal inflammation, mild fibroplasia and rapid, but organized collagen deposition such that scarring is not apparent. The matrices of fetal wounds differ greatly from adult wounds in that fetal wounds are persistently enriched with hyaluronic acid (HA). It has been shown that a reduction in fetal rabbit wound HA results in an adult-like healing response with increased fibroplasia and neovascularization. These observations suggest that HA can modulate cellular activity in fetal repair. Therefore, this study was designed to define the effect of HA on fetal fibroblast function. Fibroblasts from the skin of fetal rabbits were isolated and maintained in culture medium containing either no HA (controls), 1 flg/ml, 10 flg/ml or 100 flg/ml of HA (n = 6 for each group). Fibroblast proliferation was quantitated by DNA content in each culture, and collagen and noncollagen protein synthesis were analyzed by incorporation of [3H] proline into collagenase-digestible and collagenase-nondigestible protein, respectively. At all concentrations tested, HA significantly inhibited fetal fibroblast proliferation (p < 0.02), but stimulated collagen (p < 0.002) and noncollagen protein (p < 0.005) synthesis. These findings provide further evidence that HA affects the function of fetal fibroblasts. Moreover, this study in conjunction with previous in utero findings suggests that HA may have a regulatory influence in scarless fetal healing by affecting cellular function during the repair process.

Dissociation of Actin Microfilament Organization from Acquisition and Maintenance of Elongated Shape of Human Dermal Fibroblasts in Three-Dimensional Collagen Gel 三维胶原凝胶中肌动蛋白微丝组织与人皮肤成纤维细胞获得和维持细长形状的分离

Actin micro filaments of the fibroblasts cultured in a collagen gel were distributed along the inner surface of the entire cell membrane, in either spherical shape at an initial stage of culture or elongated shape at a later stage. The distribution was quite different from that of the fibroblast cultured on a two-dimensional surface, where actin microfilaments were found to be aligned essentially along the inner membrane which is in contact with a flat surface. Timing of morphological change from spherical shape to spread shape or elongated shape was also greatly affected by contact with substrates whether in two-dimension or in three-dimension: distinct morphological change was observed within 6 h on glass or on the collagen gel, and at 30 h or later within the collagen gel. The retardation of cell elongation in the gel was antagonized by a low dose (0.2 µM) of cytochalasin D, although the drug kept the cells in round shape at a concentration of 2 µM. Since a low concentration of cytochalasin was reported to induce actin polymerization in vitro, the organization of actin micro filaments was examined by rhodamine-phalloidin staining. It was found that actin filaments in elongated cells by low cytochalasin D were disrupted. These results suggest that accelerated acquisition of elongated shape by the treatment of a low dose of cytochalasin D might be initiated by destabilization of the actin microfilaments that may scaffold the spherical shape of the cell in the collagen gel. The elongated shape thus formed returned to spherical upon washing of the added free cytochalasin D. This is not the case with the elongated cells which had been established by a prolonged culture such as 40 h after starting the culture in the gel. That is, addition of cytochalasin D at a highest dose of 2.0 µM did not change the elongated shape in spite of the complete disruption of actin micro filaments of the fibroblasts. These findings suggest that actin microfilament organization is not actively involved in, or dissociated from, acquisition and maintenance of elongated shape of fibroblasts in the collagen gel.
