The presented article deals with a study of the causes of external migration movements of RA conducted in accordance with the methodology of sociological research. This research is selective preserving the standards used in Sociology. 1 urban and 14 rural settlements in Shirak Marz of Armenia were included in the sample of the sociological research. The sample survey is compiled with regional, professional, migration as well as gender and age characteristics so that valuable and relevant information could be extracted for further study and usage in the development of migration policy. In this regard, there was a problem of assessing the role and importance of migrants in the development of households in Shirak Marz․ At the same time, it was necessary to understand what existential problems were created by the outflow of the workable population from Armenia in recent years, in particular, due to the demographic decline and depopulation. The scope of this topic also covers the question of where the Armenian youth currently wants to go and what are the reasons for the migration trend. The data, obtained in the framework of the article, will be valuable for scientific and public circles, for institutions dealing with migration issues.

The financial situation of any country is highlighted by the level of its deficit. It is difficult to imagine a state that is not involved in the problem of having a deficit budget. There are various sources of financing the deficit of the state budget, but the most applicable is the involvement of foreign loans, which ultimately increases the burden of the state debt. Effective management of public debt is important in the context of financial management. In the article, the authors used the external debt/export ratio tool to evaluate the RA state debt, one of the debt evaluation coefficients used by the World Bank for the classification of borrower countries. The results of the reanalysis based on the mentioned methodology allows us to note that, in general, the debt ratio of RA was in the "acceptable" range specified by the World Bank in the considered periods, except for the "horrific" range recorded in 2009, 2016 and 2021, the causal interpretation of which was presented in the article.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the international experience of the state policy of increasing the competitiveness of agriculture and the evaluation of its localization possibilities in the Republic of Armenia. The study of that experience shows that for this purpose, in all countries, almost the same direct and indirect instruments of state aid to agriculture are used, among which different mechanisms of subsidies, the use of a system of guaranteed prices, targeted lending, tax benefits, etc. are typical. In terms of increasing the competitiveness of agriculture, the difference lies in the directions of application of these instruments in specific countries, the size, the selection of manifestations, the mechanisms of tax and credit privileges. In the observed countries, the state support to agriculture and increasing its competitiveness is carried out in certain directions, in particular: stabilization of the income of agricultural producers, price support and establishment of balance, promotion of export of agricultural products, financing of agricultural research and innovations, increasing the level of technical saturation of agriculture. The difference between the approaches used in different countries in relation to these directions lies in the scales, mechanisms, implementation methods, complications, obstacles and opportunities of their manifestation in individual countries. In terms of the above, the Republic of Armenia is not an exception either, which for various objective and subjective reasons does not use the opportunities available in the above directions. In this case, it is necessary to localize the best practices from international experience as much as possible, to identify and evaluate its possibilities and the mechanisms of their use. The full use of the mentioned opportunities requires studying the applied mechanisms of the state policy, and based on that, the primary ones that regulate problematic relations in the republic's agriculture and are considered the most justified and possible have been nominated. Among the elements of that experience can be the application of cluster policy, the expansion of the insurance field, the improvement of their approaches and mechanisms, the mechanisms of technical re-equipment, the introduction of technologies and innovations, the approaches of encouraging businessmen, etc. At the same time, the article presented recommendations on the use of the possibilities of localizing the international experience of state support for agriculture and the state policy of increasing competitiveness in our republic.

The article's purpose is to argue the necessity of presenting reports and examples of published reports. For the stated purpose, we have studied the concept of intellectual capital and its component elements, we considered the localization of their sub-components on the example of universities, we present case studies of university reports, and recommendations are made based on the studied material. In the framework of the research work, an analysis of theoretical material was performed, and research methods such as content analysis of documents, and analysis of case studies were used. The conducted studies allow us to draw conclusions that the presentation of intellectual property reports of universities is an important necessity that will become a competitive advantage. The presentation of reports should be based on the choice of one of the types of classifications of intellectual capital, the competence of the implementing staff, and the awareness of researchers about intellectual capital should be increased, it is important to give this practice a continuous nature in order to achieve positive results.

In this article the measures necessary to improve the socio-psychological state of the elderly are considered. The article focuses on the main issues and problems of aging, such as the reduction of social ties, changes in interpersonal and family relationships, issues of providing life, that is, problems that have their own influence and impact on social activity. Particular attention is paid to improving the targeting of social services for lonely elderly people. Attention is paid to the issues of social and psychological adaptation of elderly people, which is currently relevant for society as a whole, and the strategic task of gerontopsychology lies in its solution. It is the development and practical application of the results of gerontopsychology research that should be introduced into state programs of social support, social services, and ensuring active longevity of the elderly. Based on the versatility of the problems and issues of older people, the article focuses on the importance and necessity of teamwork of gerontologists, psychologists, social and medical workers, psychiatrists and other specialists, the development of the Institute of Gerontology and Family Psychology. The data of studies both conducted by the author and conducted on her initiative are provided. Conclusions are made and recommendations are given on the measures necessary to improve the social and psychological state of the elderly.

At all times, the effectiveness of the leader's management has played a major role in ensuring the progress of the management system. To increase the efficiency of the state system, the role of the chief is important, he must have the appropriate knowledge, experience, skills, as well as the desire to motivate his subordinates. A brief reference was made to the skills of the chief in the article. During the study, attention was paid to the main types of chief, in particular, the main aspects of strong and weak chief were highlighted, as well as the main features of the leader-chief. The relevance of the problem under study also is that in a rapidly changing world, the head must make decision(s) that correspond to the effectiveness of the structure, but at the same time these decisions shouldn't be time-consuming. In this article, the main attention was paid to the structure of the formation of the chief's behavior, as well as the factors of the development and implementation of effective management decisions. As a result of the conducted research, the relevant conclusions were made.

Politics identifies and strengthens the ways of social development, and the law determines, giving them a universal and legal appearance. Such a coincidence of the regulatory possibilities of politics and law makes it possible to free the culture of exercising power from internal antipsychotics, focusing on social coexistence [Margaryan, 2019, 203,204]. All this keeps public policy not only from the cruel extremes of the political game but also forms the strategic thinking of the political elite in relation to radical changes. It is precisely the absence of such thinking that, marginalizing the socio-political order of countries in a democratic transition (including Armenia), and being tempted by the radical transformation of linear liberalization, the political elite ignores its function of social responsibility like Pierre Menard, the hero of Jorge Luis Borges, manages to rewrite Cervantes' novel “Don Quixote”. Being the greatest expert on the development of game logic in the culture of exercising power through a literary text, Borges shows that Pierre Menard, however, makes a lot of effort, but after finishing his essay, discovers that the new novel he created copies the original one. However, 300 years have passed since the publication of Don Quixote, and the same words, images, language thinking and strategy of exercising power are perceived differently, therefore, the new novel could not be equivalent: people have changed over time, and with them the perception of the game politics of the culture of power has changed either.

The object of the research is the definitions of the terms "e-business" and "e-commerce", and the subject is the research of the essence and main characteristics of the terms "ebusiness" and "e-commerce". The terms "electronic business" and "electronic commerce" have different definitions, which have been addressed by different international organizations, theorists and authors. A common characteristic of these concepts is their connection with the use of information technology. At the same time, each of the concepts has its own distinguishing features, which enable us to clearly distinguish the considered terms. Electronic trade or e-Commerce is a way of doing business, the main feature of which is buying and selling over the Internet. E-business is a way of doing business that uses all the possibilities of the global Internet network. This is a rather broad concept that includes many subtypes, including e-commerce. E-business is practically impossible without marketing elements, because Internet marketing is the application of marketing policies on the Internet. The obtained results will be useful in both practical and theoretical aspects.

In all the financial organizations of the world, the homogenous distribution of profitable assets receives a lot of attention. The most homogeneous distribution or diversification of assets according to economic sectors, regions or ratings enables organizations to control possible credit risks, thus ensuring their financial stability and business continuity. In our article, we will use two coefficients: Linda and Entropy coefficients, with the help of which we will get a more accurate estimate of the level of concentration. For these indicators, the easy calculation can be considered as an advantage, which stimulates managerial operative decision-making. Moreover, the Linda and Entropy coefficients provide a quantitative measure of the concentration of assets in a portfolio, which helps organizations determine the extent to which their portfolio is diversified. This is crucial for making informed investment decisions and managing risk effectively. Thus, financial organizations can ensure a well-diversified portfolio.

Digitization and digital technologies have become the driving force of the modern economy. As in the economic and political world, here, too, states and societies are at different stages of development. All of them, including RA, started digitization processes from the infrastructure stage. Few have moved on to the other stages of development: automation and the smart economy. During the research, we analyzed the digitization strategy of RA and RA government policy from 2000-2022. Our research aims to visualize the digitalization stages and its characteristics in RA. The country's digitalization strategy is a key document that is called to lead and regulate the digital environment and its development path. Having adopted the digital strategy, RA is trying to develop digital technologies and infrastructures without considering the next development steps. RA should pursue a state policy to interpret and apply technologies that have made or promise a great revolution in the IT sector. Also, RA should implement decentralization by expanding the directions and areas of application of digital technologies.
