The study analyses the determinants of Malaysia?s export to RCEP (Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership) using panel data of 15 countries for the period 1997-2018. The analysis shows that the Malaysia?s GDP and trade openness will increases as export increases. On the other hand, exchange rates have inverse relationship with export. Remoteness, however found to be insignificant to affect the export. Thus by joining RCEP, Malaysia can look forward to see the growth in its economies as well as attracting more foreign investors into the countries as the economies expanded and become more open. The economic benefit gain from the inverse relationship between export and exchange rate will further placed Malaysia to become more competitive in international markets. In the long run, the lower exchange rate will reduce imports and raise exports to compensate for the increase cost of exports.

The involvement of stakeholders in requirement engineering (RE) varies widely and it is majorly a function of the requirement activities involved. The role of Stakeholdersʼ is considered very important in RE but literatures hardly discuss in details how the two entities relate to each other. Hence, the requirement engineers are finding it difficult to balance the interests of various stakeholders towards creating a sustainable and ethical value. Aiming at improving on how to work with stakeholders in RE, this study carried out a systematic literature review of 104 RE articles as related to stakeholdersʼ theory and employed open coding to categorize various requirement traditions resulting into identification of four major activities - elicitation, communication, validation and modeling. Outlining various approaches in relation to stakeholders, this study guides professionals in taking explicit decisions regarding stakeholderʼs role in software requirement. Three essential topics in stakeholder theory that can improve studies in software requirements when stakeholders are involved are discussed and recommendations on the choice of stakeholders in software requirements from the stakeholder theory perspective are offered.

Background and Objective: Potatoes (Solanum tuberosum L.) are an essential crop and are often eaten after boiling. The objective of this study was to compare the concentration of chlorogenic, neo-chlorogenic and caffeic acid in the raw and cooked peel, raw and cooked pulp and the potato cooking water of native Andean potatoes. Materials and Methods: The variety of potato used was the native Huagalina potato cultivated in the La Libertad Region (Peru). The phenolic compounds were extracted with a 50% aqueous solution of methanol and 0.5% acetic acid in the pulp and peel separately. The Analysis was performed by UPLC-MS/MS. Nested 3-factor design, ANOVA and Tukey tests were employed. Results: Cooking induced a change in phytochemical content with pulp values tending to zero, meanwhile, concentrations in potato cooking water were higher than those reported for cooked pulp, but the raw and cooked peel had the highest concentration. Conclusion: The phytonutrients leached into the cooking water. Concentration in mg gG1 dw of these metabolites were reported from highest to lowest: Raw peel, cooked peel, potato cooking water and peeled pulp. Therefore, the consumption of cooked pulp with cooked peel should be encouraged.

Background and Objectives: Tilapia lake virus (TiLV) has been marked as an emerging infectious agent that causes mass die-offs in farmed mono-sex Nile tilapia (Tilapia niloticus) in Bangladesh, indicates rapid diagnostic assay. This study was aimed to develop molecular detection method to confirm the TiLV in Tilapia niloticus and construct a genetic baseline to control this disease. Materials and Methods: The research aims to the detection of TiLV followed by complementary techniques of PCR based approaches such as reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and RT-quantitative (q) PCR using SYBR Green I dye. The RNA quantification, followed by a PCR protocol entailing, complementary deoxyribonucleic acid (cDNA) synthesis and detection of TiLV by either conventional PCR or quantitative identification via qPCR using SYBR Green I dye. Results: This research reported a novel RNA virus allowing its clinical signs lethargy, skin erosion, exophthalmia, detached scales and 15-82% morbidity rate. The RT-PCR amplified a 491 bp fragment from segment 3 in both cases. The PCR amplification efficiency of 98.5% over a wide linear range of 2.98×101 to 2.98×1010 TiLV copies, while the NTC (no template control) produced no fluorescence and therefore no amplification. The sequence of amplified PCR products received 100, 98 and 97% identity. The phylogenetic relationship of 17 TiLV sequences was chosen to compare with GeneBank resulting a common ancestor while closely related with Columbia, India, Malaysia and Thailand. The highest pair-wise alignment score was received 90.20 for MH338228.1 (Columbia), 85.57 for MF582636.1 (India), 85.30 for MH213048.1 (Malaysia) and 86.93 for MH213039.1 (Thailand) using the sequence of TiLV segments of one TiLV-positive strain. Conclusion: The mono-sex Nile tilapia was infected with common fish pathogens, such as Aeromonas and Streptococcus. This newly developed SYBR Green-based RT-qPCR assay can be as an essential tool for TiLV diagnostics and should help to control the dissemination of this virus worldwide.
