A new species of hypodematium (hypodematiaceae) From CHINA 中国油桐属一新种(油桐科)

Hypodematium chingii J. X. Li & X. J. Li, sp. nov., a new species of Hypodematium Kunze belonging to Hypodematiaceae from Yinan County, Linyi City, China is described and illustrated. It is closer to H. sinense K. Iwats and H. fordii (Baker) Ching but differs by its stipe sparsely rod-shaped glandular hairs, triangular laminae, sparsely covered indusia with short acicular and glandular hairs, tuberculate perispore with protrusions, and surface with scaly ornamentation. Results of comprehensive studies on morphological, anatomy and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) of these three species are presented, and SEM structures of laminae and spores are provided. Effects of adding loose materials on improvement of the physical properties of sediment and growth of green plants 添加松散物质对改善沉积物物理性质及绿色植物生长的影响

Effects of different loose materials on the growth of green plants in the sediment and the improvement of the physical properties of the sediment were studied in pot experiments. Two types of loose materials, vermiculite and shale, were chosen. The addition ratio of loose materials and sediment were set to 1:1, 1:2, 1:5. Results showed that, the sediment after adding vermiculite was more conducive to the growth of ryegrass, and when the addition ratio was 1:1 and 1:2, the growth conditions of ryegrass were the best. The fresh weight of ryegrass in the treatment with the ratio of vermiculite and sediment at 1:1 increased by 43.94% compared to that in pure sediment; In the treatment with the ratio of 1:2, the plant height increased the most, which was 6 cm higher than that in pure sediment; When large amount of loose materials were added, the moisture content of the sediment increased compared to the pure sediment treatment; after the addition of loose materials, the bulk density of the sediment decreased, and the addition of too large amount would easily lead to a low bulk density, which was not conducive to water and fertilizer retention; The addition of vermiculite can reduce the bottom sediment. Effects of reciprocal cross on major characters and yield of two sweet-waxy corn (Zea Mays L.) Varieties 正交对两种甜糯玉米主要性状及产量的影响品种

Two sweet-waxy corn inbred lines, Jikenuo 20 and Wannuo 2000, were used as experimental materials. A randomized block experiment was conducted to analyze the differences and similarities in plant traits, ear traits, yield, appearance quality and main cooking quality between the two sweet-waxy corn varieties. Results showed that there were no significant differences in most plant traits, ear traits and yield between the two sweet-waxy corn varieties, indicating that the inheritance of the nucleus was dominant. There were some differences in the resistance and some cooking quality of the two sweet-waxy corn varieties in the reciprocal cross combinations, which indicated that the above characters were affected by cytoplasmic inheritance to a certain extent. Effects of construction waste clay bricks on growth of pepper and improvement of clay properties 建筑垃圾粘土砖对辣椒生长及粘土性能改善的影响

Pot experiment, indoor detection and triaxial experiment were carried out to study the effects of construction waste clay bricks on the growth of pepper and improvement of clay nutrient and strength properties. The clay from southern Shaanxi was rolled and screened by 2mm, and the construction waste clay bricks were ground to 0-2, 2-5 and 5-7 mm. Construction waste with different particle sizes was mixed with clay in a mass ratio of 0:1 (CK), 1:1, 1:2, and 1:3. Construction waste accounted for 0, 50, 33 and 25% in the four mixed matrices, respectively. About 33~50% construction waste clay bricks with particle size of 5~7mm mixed with pure clay showed higher nutrient levels than that of pure clay. The plant height and yield of cultured pepper were the highest in construction waste clay bricks of 33~50%, with particle size of 5~7mm mixed with pure clay and the soil strength 33.2% higher than that of pure clay. This treatment provides sufficient nutrient conditions for plant growth. This not only provides sufficient nutrient conditions for pepper growth, but also meets the corresponding shear strength and suitability for clay area soil improvement, especially for clay slope stability improvement. The application value and prospect of using construction waste in land engineering construction and soil organic reconstruction and identified a new way of utilizing construction waste as a resource were explored. A New Approach to 3D Digital Evaluation and Analysis In Geological Engineering 地质工程三维数字化评价与分析的新方法

The initial geological analysis of hydropower projects is greatly complicated by the existence of complex geological conditions. To adapt advances in informatization and digitalization to the needs of the engineering survey industry and to conduct geological analysis more intuitively, in the present study the development of “GeoBIM”, a geological 3D design platform based on the DSI modeling engine and a “graphics + data” architecture is rerported. GeoBIM realized the integration of 3D information in the whole process of geological work, from field data collection, model design, and analysis to approval. Taking the siting and construction of a hydropower station as an example, the field data collection and cataloging APP (boreholes, caverns, slopes) and web-side exploration monitoring platform of GeoBIM were used to build a 3D geological fine visualization model. The principle of dissipated energy was used to analyze the quality of the rock mass, which showed the spatial distribution characteristics of local geological conditions and rock mass quality, improving the efficiency and intuitiveness of engineering rock mass quality classification. GeoBIM was compared with traditional 2D geological analysis methods and actual conditions to demonstrate the rationale and intuitive use of the 3D digital evaluation method in geological engineering.Bangladesh J. Physiological differences of green-leaf and variegated - leaf ivy (hedera helix L.) Cultivars 绿常青藤与杂交藤的生理差异品种

To screen sun-resistant cultivars of ivy for the three-dimensional greening of urban roofs and balconies, the chlorophyll content, photosynthetic response index, and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of 5 green-leaf and 5 variegated leaf cultivars of ivy were measured, and compared the photosynthetic characteristics of different cultivars. Results showed that ivy seedlings were very shade tolerant. The photosynthetic adaptation range, maximum net photosynthetic rate, and electron transfer efficiency of the PSII reaction center of the green-leaf ivy cultivars were significantly higher than those of the variegated ivy cultivars. The photochemical conversion efficiency and photosynthetic capacity of Hedera helix ‘Shamrock’ were higher than those of the other tested green-leaf cultivars, suggesting that Hedera helix ‘Shamrock’ had a strong light tolerance. The differences in photosynthetic characteristics among the variegated cultivars were greater than those within the green-leaf cultivars. Relief effects of salicylic acid against the stress of heavy metal in fritillaria hupehensis hsiao et K.C.Hsia 水杨酸对湖北贝母重金属胁迫的缓解作用

It is well known that salicylic acid (SA) can help plants tolerate abiotic stresses. Nevertheless, the regulatory functions of SA in plants, such as the response of Fritillaria hupehensis Hsiao et K.C.Hsia to exogenous SA rational application under heavy metal stress, remain unknown. This study aimed to assess the relief effects of SA on the damage of F. hupehensis caused by heavy metal cadmium (Cd), as measured by physiological and biochemical characteristics. The results showed that bulb germination and seedling growth of F. hupehensis Hsiao et k. c. Hsia decreased under different Cd toxicity treatments. The radicle length and mitotic index also significantly decreased under Cd stress (P < 0.05), especially under high concentrations of Cd stress. The bulb germination and seedling growth increased slightly under medium concentration treatment compared to low concentration treatment. Cd toxicity treatment significantly reduced the contents of pigment, protein, and sugar in seedlings compared with the control. The contents of total antioxidants and malondialdehyde in Cd-poisoned seedlings increased significantly. The comprehensive treatment promoted the growth of bulbs and seedlings. As a result of Cd stress, SA application significantly increased the bulb germination rate, radicle length, mitotic index, pigment, protein, and sugar content. Lipid peroxidation and total antioxidants were decreased by comprehensive treatments compared with Cd toxicity treatment. Hypodematium shandongense is closely related to Hypodematium jianxiuii X. J. Li. Results of LM and SEM studies showed that there were significant differences between the two species. Plant height of Hypodematium shandongense is 22-30 cm, laminae ovate-triangular, pinnae are closely arranged, fronds, rachis, costae and the indusia are characterized by sparsely long acicular and rod-shaped glandular hairs, perispore semi-annular folds; but the plant height of H. jianxiuii is 60-70 cm, laminae ovate-pentagonal, pinnae are sparsely arranged, fronds sparsely covered with short acicular hair adaxially, abaxial fronds, rachis, costae and the indusia are densely covered with pubescence and glandular hairs, and perispore tuberculate protrusion.Bangladesh J. Lateral bud induction and establishment of regeneration system of cassia mimosoides L. 决明子侧芽诱导及再生体系的建立。

To establish an efficient plant regeneration system of Cassia mimosoides, the 10-day-old seedlings were used as explants for inducing lateral buds. Results showed that the addition of BA and NAA for different ratios on the basis of 1/2 MS could effectively induce the production of lateral buds. By adding different additional elements, it was found that the growth of lateral buds was longer and stronger on the medium of 1/2 MS + 3.0 mg/l BA + 0.1 mg/l NAA + 4.0 mg/l Gln or 1/2 MS + 3.0 mg/l BA + 0.1 mg/l NAA + 1.0 mg/l AgNO3. Meanwhile, cutting with the lateral buds of tissue culture seedling, the rooting rate could reach 77.8% when 1/2 MS medium contained 0.2 mg/l NAA, although the root length was shorter. When the regenerated strong seedlings were transplanted into the soil, the survival rate was over 75%. Therefore, the best medium for lateral bud induction using 10-day-old seedlings as explants in C. mimosoides was 1/2 MS + 3.0 mg/l BA + 0.1 mg/l NAA. The growth of lateral buds can be promoted by the appropriate concentration of Gln and AgNO3, and the best rooting medium was 1/2 MS contained 0.2 mg/l NAA. Bangladesh J. Spatio-temporal changes in ecological vulnerability and its driving factors in western jilin, china in the last 30 years 近30年来吉林西部生态脆弱性时空变化及其驱动因素

In order to explore the quality of the ecological environment in the interlaced zone of agriculture and animal husbandry in western Jilin, this study used the vulnerability domain map evaluation model to select evaluation indicators based on GIS and RS technology. The principal component analysis method was used to carry out research on the ecological sensitivity of western Jilin from 1990 to 2020. Results showed that in terms of space-time distribution, severe and moderate vulnerability is mainly distributed in the northern part of the research area, and the moderate vulnerability area accounts for more than 73.13% of the area of the research area. From 2000 to 2020, the ecological vulnerability gradually decreased, and the overall ecological environment tended to improve, severe vulnerability is mainly distributed in unused land, and changes in different land types affect changes in ecological vulnerability, the ecological vulnerability in western Jilin has a strong correlation and is mainly located in the northern part of the research area. The area of high-high aggregation, hot spots and cold spots areas accounts for 1.84, 15.54 and 6.68% of the area of the research area, respectively. Bangladesh J.
