Random block-coordinate methods for inconsistent convex optimisation problems 非一致凸优化问题的随机块坐标方法

Abstract We develop a novel randomised block-coordinate primal-dual algorithm for a class of non-smooth ill-posed convex programs. Lying midway between the celebrated Chambolle–Pock primal-dual algorithm and Tseng’s accelerated proximal gradient method, we establish global convergence of the last iterate as well as optimal $O(1/k)$ O ( 1 / k ) and $O(1/k^{2})$ O ( 1 / k 2 ) complexity rates in the convex and strongly convex case, respectively, k being the iteration count. Motivated by the increased complexity in the control of distribution-level electric-power systems, we test the performance of our method on a second-order cone relaxation of an AC-OPF problem. Distributed control is achieved via the distributed locational marginal prices (DLMPs), which are obtained as dual variables in our optimisation framework.

Fixed point theorems for enriched Kannan mappings in CAT(0) spaces CAT(0)空间中富Kannan映射的不动点定理

Abstract We present enriched Kannan and enriched Bianchini mappings in the framework of unique geodesic spaces. For such mappings, we establish the existence and uniqueness of a fixed point in the setting of CAT(0) spaces and show that an appropriate Krasnoselskij scheme converges with certain rate to the fixed point. We proved some inclusion relations between enriched Kannan mapping and some applicable mappings such as strongly demicontractive mapping. Finally, we give an example in a nonlinear CAT(0) space and perform numerical experiments to support the theoretical results.

Abstract The aim of this paper is to broaden the applicability of convex orbital $(alpha, beta )$ ( α , β ) -contraction mappings to geodesic spaces. This class of mappings is a natural extension of iterated contraction mappings. The paper derives fixed-point theorems both with and without assuming continuity. Furthermore, the paper investigates monotone convex orbital $(alpha, beta )$ ( α , β ) -contraction mappings and establishes a fixed-point theorem for this class of mappings.
