The importance of sustainability in Hospital Supply Chain Management (HSCM) has been increasingly recognized, particularly in the post-pandemic era. With growing demands for healthcare services, environmental concerns, and the pressing need for cost-effective solutions, hospitals must reconsider their supply chain strategies to ensure sustainability [1]. One critical aspect of achieving sustainable HSCM is fostering collaboration and information flow among stakeholders. Previously the author discussed about the Hospital Infrastructure Development (HID) which is one of the key elements that can contribute to sustainable HSCM [9]. This article will discuss another key element, the significance of "Collaboration & Information Flow" in ensuring Hospital Supply Chain Management Sustainability.

It analyzes the critical factors, benefits, challenges, and opportunities associated with supply chain finance implementation and its impact on various performance indicators, including operational efficiency, cost reduction, and risk management. Additionally, it emphasizes the strategic implications of implementing supply chain finance practices for businesses seeking a competitive advantage in today's swiftly changing business environment. By consolidating the present body of research, this study improves the link between supply chain finance and supply chain management and its effect on company performance.

The Internet of Things (IoT) has revolutionized the way we manage supply chains, providing increased visibility, real-time tracking, and seamless connectivity between all stakeholders involved. Despite the myriad of benefits, the growing dependence on IoT technologies has also amplified the need for secure financial solutions and monitoring the transaction amount SCM parties. Unfortunately, there is a dearth of research in this specific area. This article illustrates the importance of secure financial solutions and transaction monitoring in supply chain management (SCM) and deserves further investigation.

This paper provides a literature review on the use of technology in supply chain management in the ready-made garment industry. The paper lists many technologies that might change the apparel industry's supply chain, including CAD, CAM, RFID, NFC, IoT, blockchain, and AI. The assessment focuses on the advantages of utilizing technology in the supply chain, including enhanced efficiency, lower costs, and more transparency. The difficulties in implementing new technology and the necessity of adequately integrating people, processes, and technology are also emphasized. The review highlights how crucial supplier collaboration is to the success of technology-driven supply chain management. The study suggests adopting technology-driven supply chain management may significantly boost supply chain performance. It has become a crucial part of the ready-made garments sector.

Seven fundamental theories are analyzed in detail: Resource-Based View, Agency Theory, Transaction Cost Theory, Stakeholder Theory, Balanced Scorecard Theory, Knowledge-Based View Theory, and Strategic Choice Theory. The study traces the origins and evolution of these theories, highlighting their unique foundations and the contexts in which they emerged. The review also discusses the fundamental principles and underlying assumptions of each theory, emphasizing their relevance to SCM and the implications for its practice. This article explores the potential of blockchain database and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies to improve the trustworthiness of the agri-food supply chain. It provides an overview of the challenges facing the supply chain, including food safety, traceability, and sustainability, and how blockchain and IoT can address these challenges based on secondary data. This paper presents a case study of a blockchain-based platform that utilizes IoT sensors to provide end- to-end visibility and traceability of food products. The findings demonstrate the potential for this technology to improve food safety, reduce waste, and increase transparency in the agri-food supply chain. Overall, the study demonstrates the potentiality of blockchain and IoT in revolutionizing the agri-food industry and creating a more trustworthy, responsible and sustainable food system.
