The article defines the main theoretical and methodological foundations of the examination of the educational process of the university, it belongs to the cluster of humanitarian examinations - this is a kind of pedagogical examination, which consists of a number of procedures necessary for the creation and subsequent implementation of the results covered in the collective conclusion, expert assessment (or judgment) about the object under study (pedagogical object, phenomenon or process). The characteristics of pedagogical expertise, which are inherent not only to it, but also to other scientific methods of research, for example, objectivity, criticality, compliance of the assessed object with legislative norms, that is, they do not determine the essence of the method of pedagogical expertise, in contrast to such as: requirements, collectivity, predictability to experts. These are properties, the totality of which describes the essence of expertise as a scientific method. The objects of pedagogical expertise are conditionally divided into two categories: objects of the first order: the activities of the university, didactic research, the quality of education - these are generalized categories that combine objects of the second order (for example, the quality of education is determined by assessing students’ knowledge, building their professiograms, using pedagogical technologies and methods etc., examinations of objects of the second order can be carried out at the same time. The functions of the examination of the educational process characterize it as an examination of the humanitarian direction and at the same time combine it with other methods of socially oriented and person-centered research. is based on various indicators of the content of the educational activities of the university, summarized in a single matrix: the content of education, educational, developmental and educational goals; analysis of educational situations, methods, means, forms of education and control; accounting for feedback and interdisciplinary links; intellectual development of students; competence of teachers; innovativeness, multicomponent and professional orientation of education at the university.

In recent years, a new direction of energy saving in small refrigeration machines has been widely studied in the world, namely the use of new classes of substances as a working fluid. Studies of the thermophysical properties of colloidal solutions of nanoparticles with oils and refrigerants show the high prospects for the use of this class of substances in refrigeration. Therefore, the task of studying heat exchangers operating as part of small refrigeration machines on nanofluids seems relevant. The article provides information on the prospects for the use of nanoparticles in heat exchangers of a re-frigeration machine running on isobutane. The influence of nano impurities is considered in the ex-ample of theoretical and experimental study of the capacitor. At the same time, modern studies of the influence of nanofluids on the heat exchange characteristics of heat exchangers of refrigeration ma-chines were taken into account. Experimental study of a small refrigeration machine running on iso-butane with nanoparticle impurities was performed on a calorimetric stand, which allows the machine to operate in a wide range of modes with support for specified cycle parameters and high-precision determination of the key performance of all elements of the refrigerator, including compressors and heat exchangers. The study showed the high prospects for the use in small refrigeration machines of condensers such as "pipe in a pipe" and the possibility of significantly improving their heat transfer characteristics through the use of nanofluids as a refrigerant. The results show an increase in the heat transfer coefficient in the condenser by 4.5-16 %.

The article investigates the methods and means of measuring the operating characteristics of elec-tric generators, namely the output voltage, resistance, frequency, current and torque. The analysis of literature sources that characterize the structural elements and the principle of operation of synchro-nous generators is carried out. Methods of measuring the operating characteristics of electric genera-tors are studied. Mathematical models that describe the relationships between physical quantities that characterize the parameters of electric generators are considered. The estimation of modern direc-tions of development of means of measurement of torques of electric generators is carried out. Meth-ods of data processing and visualization obtained by primary devices are studied. The dependence of the torque of electric generators and their output parameters is studied. A block diagram of a digital measuring sensor is constructed, which shows the main components of a device for measuring torque using an inductive sensor. Based on research, a method for measuring torque using an inductive sensor has been proposed, which allows increasing the sensitivity of the measurement by improving the metrological characteris-tics of the measuring channel. This improvement is that the coils that change their inductance under the action of torsional load on the motor shaft are not affected by electromagnetic interference created by the generator during operation. Simulation of the electrical circuit using the proposed method al-lowed to obtain the attenuation coefficient of the in-phase signal 80 dB at an input signal frequency of 10 kHz, thus providing high sensitivity. This model was tested, which made it possible to obtain errors in the simulation in the operating mode. The standard deviation and the absolute measurement error are determined. The Matlab / Simulink modeling complex was used to process the measurement results and study the errors, which allowed visualizing the transient characteristics of the measuring signal and obtain a possible error.

In the framework of the Agreement of International Committee on Weights and Measures on Mutual Recognition of national standards, calibration and measurement certificates issued by national metrology institutes (NMIs), key comparisons serve as the basis for establishing calibration and measurement capabilities of NMI with implemented quality management system. On this basis, the competence of a specific NMI to perform calibration of working standards and measuring instruments for the customer laboratories is determined. In order to attract as many NMIs as possible to participate in key comparisons of standards, Regional Metrology Organizations are widely involved in conducting such comparisons. The practical application of traditional evaluation the results of key standards comparisons and displaying them in the special database of key comparisons (KCDB) of International Bureau on Weights and Measures (BIPM) may be difficult for some NMIs and for national laboratories accredited by national accreditation bodies that wish to use NMI calibration services. This is due to the fact that the KCDB BIPM only displays the degree of equivalence of a NMI standard with corresponding expanded uncertainty without any other characteristics for evaluating calibration or measurement capabilities. The paper presents a proposed alternative evaluation of results of key comparisons of standards, which simplifies the analysis of calibration services by NMIs. It envisages the use as a criterion of consistency of the results obtained from the comparisons of the En index to analyze the degree of equivalence of the NMI standard and the corresponding extended uncertainty. The practical application of the evaluation for results of key comparisons of standards of electric power is considered. This contributes to a more streamlined calibration of work standards for specific established purposes for both NMIs and accredited laboratories.

An extensive network of all types of transport operates in Odesa and the Odesa region. All of them are closely related and mutually complement each other. The geographical position in the center of Europe and access to the Black Sea gives the Odesa region the opportunity to create a transport system with a high indicator of the intensity of cargo transportation from ports, in particular by road and other highways of Ukraine. Therefore, the issue of improving the efficiency of logistics processes of freight transportation in the Odesa region is urgent. Since these processes should be considered against the background of logistics relations between Ukraine and the EU countries, in order to achieve the indicated goal, the identification of a quantitative and qualitative assessment of the modern state of the logistics system and the determination of the main directions for optimizing the logistics service of goods flows between Ukraine and the EU countries, using the example of the Odesa region, are important tasks. The object of the study was chosen specifically for road transport, we will give the factors that reveal the advantages of its use. The given indicators of cargo transportation in the Odesa region over the past 18 years indicate a stable trend towards an increase in both cargo transportation in general and by road transport. The analysis given in the work showed that the enterprises of the transport system of the Odesa region during the research period have a positive dynamic of development. Along with this, there are problems related to the chain: "supply - production - distribution - consumption" in the development of the transport industry. Having important transport highways and all types of transport on its territory, the Odesa region can be considered as a main multifunctional transport complex, which combines transport, trade, financial and information flows. All this is accompanied by cargo processing, interaction of various types of transport. This approach will allow improving and increasing the efficiency of the transport system of the Odesa region, and therefore the entire transport complex of Ukraine.

The paper analyzes existing methods for studying the lower jaw of a person, reveals their shortcomings. A review of the results of many years of research shows that the use of the finite element method and the boundary element method is the most promising for determining stress and strain in biosystems. For the first time, a numerical-analytical version of the boundary element method was used to calculate the lower jaw in the form of a flat non-rectangular frame. An algorithm is developed for a numerical-analytical version of the boundary element method and its calculated relationships for flat frame structures. The finite element method is implemented in a modern universal software package. All research results are in good agreement.

Manufacturing of new modifications of do-mestic measuring devices on the basis of new management principles and equipment of leading foreign man-ufacturers in the field of control of evolvent. The complex of works on creation of a system for ensuring the unity of the geometry of the geometric parameters of gear gears is considered. This requires revision, sys-tematization and development of methods and means of metrological support. The mathematical description of the involute curve of the toothed wheel by the method of triangulation of multi-directional regions and description of the geometric model of the evolvent is proposed. The results were analyzed and recommenda-tions on the application of the description method to the cylindrical wheel with an engraving profile were given.
