Abstrak “The Analysis of Paperless Office Implementation for In Room Check In Process by Guest Relation Officer at Shangri La Hotel Surabaya” is a research that focused to answer the questions about the paperless office implementation for in room check in, the operational in front office department, and duties and responsibilities of guest relation officer which are applied in Shangri La Hotel Surabaya. In order to understand the implementation of paperless office for in room check in, duties and responsibilities of guest relation officer and the operational in front office department. This is a qualitative descriptive research which is using descriptive analysis and SWOT matrix. The methods of collecting data that used in this research are literatures, questionnaires, observation and documentation which then analyzed by descriptive analysis, IFE and EFE matrix, IE matrix, and SWOT matrix. The result of this research was found that implementation of paperless office was working well and the implementation for in room check in was also working well even there are several problems. But the problems were already fixed by management, staff, and the trainees. One of problems is when the registration card cannot be uploaded and it is suddenly disappear. The solution is the staffs or trainees should capture it with screen capture feature on surface pro, so the registration card can be uploaded manually. Besides that, there are also found strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) of paperless office implementation and in room check in that arranged in SWOT matrix.

Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out the various potential attractions of the Uma Lengge tourist attraction Maria Wawo Village in Maria Village, Wawo Bima sub-district as a tourist village. This type of research used in this research is descriptive research. This research was conducted in Maria Village, Wawo Sub-district, Bima District. The stages of data collection are observation, structured interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. While the data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative, SWOT, and value scale analysis. The results showed that the potential of Wawo Tourism Village as one of the attractions in Bima Regency was physical potential that included "Uma Lengge" (Bima traditional house), typical rural natural scenery, Wawo village museums and Wawo Tourism Village recreation parks. Whereas its non-physical potential is Wawo culture, art, community activities in Wawo tourism village. Facilities that are available in Wawo Tourism Village are a resting place or shelter, parking area, toilets / toilets and worship facilities in the form of a small mosque. The final results of the perception of the public and tourists showed a positive support for the development of the Tourism Village Wawo as one of the cultural tourism objects in the Regency of Bima.

Background of this research departs from the lack of workers who have the qualifications needed by hotels. The alumni who were graduated by the institution still could not meet the needs of the hotel, finally each institution competed to create a curriculum that accommodated the needs of users in the hospitality industry which was full of practical abilities. One of them is using on the job training program in hotels, especially 5-star hotels with the best standards to be a bridge for students to be able to help apply the knowledge gained at the institution to the world of work and can help in thinking and acting in solving problems encountered. in the work environment. The purpose of this study is to measure the performance of students during an internship, where the assessment is a measure of the success of curriculum design and delivery of students in the world of work that cannot develop, it is very necessary to add material related to the quality of work in teaching activities for students.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan tentang Sinergisitas Pemerintah dan Masyarakat dalam Upaya Pengembangan Desa Wisata (Studi Di Desa Wisata Adat Suku Osing Kemiren Kecamatan Glagah Kabupaten Banyuwangi) yang meliputi Pemerintah Pusat, Daerah, dan Desa serta mendeskripsikan bentuk kerjasama atau sinergisitas Pemerintah dengan masyarakat dalam mengembangkan Desa Wisata Adat Kemiren. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data di peroleh data primer dan sekunder. Penggumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi menggunakan purposive sampling . Analisis menggunakan analisis data model interaktif yang meliputi , Pengumpulan Data, Reduksi Data, Penyajian Data, dan Verifikasi Data. Dalam sinergisitas pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam upaya pengembangan Desa Wisata Adat Kemiren terdapat 3 bentuk sinergisitas:(1). Sinergisitas Kebijakan tentang Desa Wisata dari Pemerintah Pusat sampai kepada Pemerintah Desa (2). Sinergisitas Pemeberdayaan Masyarakat Lokal tentang SDM dan juga merupakan bentuk implementasi dari kebijakan yang telah dibuat (3). Sinergisitas kegiatan swadaya masyarakat yang merupakan kegiatan tradisi Masyarakat Osing di Kemiren dan digagas oleh Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten untuk menjadi agenda Festival tahunan agar dapat dipromosikan kepada wisatawan. Dengan adanya tiga bentuk sinergistas, bahwa Pemerintah dan Masyarakat telah berupaya untuk mengembang Desa Wisata untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat serta diharapkan dapat memberdayakan masyarakat dan melibatkan secara langsung agar dapat merasakan pembangunan Kepariwisataan, didalam pelaksanaanya melibatkan banyak organisasi seperti Karang Taruna dan Pokdarwis di Kemiren sebagai pemuda dan terlibat secara lansung.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dampak rotasi kerja pada motivasi dan kinerja karyawan hotel panorama dan hotel lestasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah para wisatawan yang berkunjung dengan sampel sebanyak 50 orang, penetapan sampel dengan metode nonprobability sampling dengan bentuk sampel jenuh. Data dianalisis dengan regrasi linear berganda bertingkat dengan uji path analisis . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel rotasi kerja memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja sedangkan rotasi kerja pada kinerja karyawan memiliki dampak positif meskipun tidak signifikan, rotasi kerja memiliki dampak yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja.

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Efektifitas Dan Produktifitas Kerja PramusajiTerhadap Pelayanan Hotel Di Jember”. Penelitian ini mengkaji dan mengetahui pengaruh efektifitas dan produktifitas Pramusaji dalam meningkatkan pelayanan hotel di Jember yang diharapkan dapat menghasilkan informasi tentang Efektifitas dan Produktifitas pelayanan makanan dan minuman di hotel sesuai dengan keinginan tamu. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini mengunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini respondennya adalah Pramusaji yang berada di hotel di Jember sebanyak 95 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara berstruktur, studi kepustakaan dan kuesioner. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif, dengan dukungan analisis statistik Linier Berganda dan Pengujian terhadap hipotesis penelitian yang diajukan melalui Uji F-Statistik dan Uji t-Statistik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data serta uraian pembahasan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Efektifitas memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas layanan pramusaji atau waiter/ss hotel di Jember dan Produktifitas kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas layanan pada Pramusaji atau waiter/ss hotel di Jember.

Penelitian dengan judul Prospek Pengembangan Ecotourism di Taman Nasional Gunung Tambora ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan informasi potensi pengembangan pariwisata berbasis ecotourism, upaya pengembangan serta daya dukung dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengembangan pariwisata berbasis ecotourism di Taman Nasional Gunung Tambora. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini mengunakan metode deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah masyarakat Desa Tambora Kabupaten Dompu dan Desa Oi Bura Kecamatan Tambora Kabupaten Bima yang berada dekat dengan Taman Nasional Gunung Tambora serta wisatawan berkunjung ke Taman Nasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah proporsional randomsampling sebanyak 10% dari jumlah populasi berdasarkan mata pencaharian sebanyak 986 orang, yaitu 98 responden. Total sampel sebanyak 100 orang responden. Sedangkan jumlah sampel wisatawan diambil dengan quota sampling sebanyak 60 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini selain menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara berstruktur, studi kepustakaan dan kuesioner. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan statistik serta analisis SWOT. Adapun bagaimana persepsi masyarakat terhadap pengembangan Taman Nasional sebagai objek wisata alam mendapat tanggapan positif dari masyarakat. Hampir sebgaian besar masyarakat mengatakan setuju dan sangat setuju terhadap upaya pengembangan taman nasional Tambora berbasis ecotourism. Demikian juga hasil survey yang diperoleh dalam penelitian tentang persepsi – persepsi wisatawan yang berkunjung ke objek Taman Nasional Tambora, diperoleh hasil positif, di mana mayoritas wisatawan mengatakan setuju dan sangat setuju terhadap isu pengembangan Taman Nasional sebagai objek wisata alam unggulan yang berbasis ecotourism. Dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah masyarakat Desa Tambora Kabupaten Dompu dan Desa Oi Bura Kecamatan Tambora Kabupaten Bima yang berada dekat dengan Taman Nasional Gunung Tambora serta wisatawan berkunjung ke Taman Nasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah proporsional randomsampling sebanyak 10% dari jumlah populasi berdasarkan mata pencaharian sebanyak 986 orang, yaitu 98 responden. Total sampel sebanyak 100 orang responden. Sedangkan jumlah sampel wisatawan diambil dengan quota sampling sebanyak 60 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini selain menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara berstruktur, studi kepustakaan dan kuesioner. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan statistik serta analisis SWOT. Adapun bagaimana persepsi masyarakat terhadap pengembangan Taman Nasional sebagai objek wisata alam mendapat tanggapan positif dari masyarakat. Hampir sebgaian besar masyarakat mengatakan setuju dan sangat setuju terhadap upaya pengembangan taman nasional Tambora berbasis ecotourism.
