FINANCIAL INCLUSION IN INDIA WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO JAN DHAN YOJANA 印度的金融包容性,特别参考简·丹·尤加纳

Financial inclusion is a priority of any government to achieve inclusive growth of the country for sustainable economic development. Financial inclusion is nothing but inclusion of financially excluded segment of the society into formal financial system of the economy. The efforts for financial inclusion is not new in India the RBI and GOI had taken many initiatives like Nationalization of banks, expansion of banks and its branches, establishment of cooperative banks regional rural bank etc. various initiatives were taken up. Despite various measures for financial inclusion poverty and exclusion continues to dominate Indian economy even after six decades of its independence. But the GOI and RBI has not given up its efforts towards complete financial inclusion. One of the important initiatives taken by Modi Government towards comprehensive financial inclusion is Pradhan mantri Jan Dhan Yojana (PMJDY). The scheme was launched with a target to provide universal access to banking facilities starting with basic banking account, with overdraft facility and Rupay debit card within built accident insurance. The study mainly concentrated towards global insights for financial inclusion, India’s present status of financial inclusion and PMJDY contribution towards reviving financial inclusion in India.

A STUDY OF WORK LIFE BALANCE (WLB) AMONG THE WOMEN EMPLOYEES IN THE GARMENT SECTOR 服装行业女员工工作与生活平衡的研究

Work-life balance is a situation in which employees can give right amount of time and efforts to their professional life as well as their personal life. The present study have focused on work life balance of women employee's in Bangalore, how women are trying to balance their work and family life in garment Industry. Descriptive Research design was used for this research. Sources were collected through questionnaire; total 200 employees were identified for this study. Convenient sampling method is adopted for sampling technique. This study concludes that most of the women employees are not able to balance their Work-life due to issues arising in the organization. The management should identify the problems related to Work-life balance. The company should frame better recreation facilities, work environment, counselling to motivate the employees. These steps can improve the productivity of the employee as well as the Organization.
工作与生活的平衡是指员工可以在他们的职业生活和个人生活中投入适量的时间和精力。本研究的重点是班加罗尔女员工的工作生活平衡,女性如何在服装行业努力平衡工作和家庭生活。本研究采用描述性研究设计。通过问卷调查收集资料;本研究共确定了200名员工。抽样技术采用方便的抽样方法。本研究得出的结论是,由于组织中出现的问题,大多数女性员工无法平衡工作与生活。管理层应该发现与工作与生活平衡有关的问题。公司应该建立更好的娱乐设施、工作环境、心理咨询来激励员工。这些步骤可以提高员工和组织的生产力。
