The presence of new media changes major changes in people's lives. Mothers as family educators must have the knowledge and understanding of new media. In order to educate children and families in using new media well. This service activity is intended to provide knowledge about new media, specifically in the pattern of mother to child assistance and the media. The methods used are reflection, lectures, simulations, and discussions about new media. Participants who took part in this activity were PKK Mothers of Demen village aged 25-60 years. The results of this activity include 6 patterns used by mothers in assisting children and the media. The pattern is (1) Mothers must be able to argue and ask for information or content that can be paid by the child. (2) Set the time for children to use new media. (3) Using safe mode when the child is operating a smartphone, specifically for elementary school age children down. (4) Supervise and check the smartphone used by the child. (5) Inviting children to chat and discuss their daily activities after children, while also making family groups on Whatsapp as a family room to chat online. (6) Combine or report deceptive content and content that contains negative SARA issues. PKK Mothers who participated in this activity gave many positive responses and became more understanding in using new media when accompanying the child when using new media.

With human development and developing era with the passing of time and the development of science human life and energy needs of developing any rise in world oil prices is very influential on the lives of the people of indonesia.The government immediately took steps to take fuel subsidies with the direct impact on the people of the village every day in need of energy for household needs. With this, there must be (renewable) alternative fuels for the solution with appropriate technology that is effective, efficient and environmentally friendly, namely by making a DR BRT tool to process cow manure into gas for daily needs for the community to cook, electricity in accordance with the situation and condition of the community that has the basic ingredients of cow dung waste, with community service using the DR BRT tool around the abang temple, sentonorejo jogotirto berbeman Yogyakarta can utilize cow manure to be processed into gas with appropriate tools. Cyberbullying is bullying happens in cyberspace mainly on social media. A form of cyberbullying is ridicule, threats, insults, or hacking. The phenomenon of cyberbullying and fatal consequences emerging from this action was suicidal. But cyberbullying that occur in Indonesia is still a trivial thing. Social medial cause few cases of cyberbullying increasing because of its characteristic that possible to spread information easily and fast. Socialization proper use of social media needs to be done to improve public awareness about the dangers of misuse of social media. The purpose of this service activity is to understand and apply the ethics in the use of social media as the current mainstream media among millennial teenagers, especially in the use of social media. As well as understanding the content and objectives in the ITE Law 11 of Article 27 of 2008 (Information and Electronic Transaction Law) for examples of cybercrime cases in the virtual world, especially cyberbully cases.

The Sophistication of digital media provides how easy to access about information in almost all aspects of society. The leap of technological sophistication is too rapid makes the negative impact of digital media increasingly disguised. This community service aims to improve the understanding of housewives regarding the negative impact of digital media on children. Using the adult approach method, this service activity actually looks for cases from within the community itself, and guides the community to find solutions to problems from themselves. At the end of the activity, it was known that housewives in the Demen, Pakem, Sleman area had knowledge of the negative impact of digital media on children, but awareness of its long-term impact still became homeworks not only for the mothers themselves, but also the other stakeholders.
