Initially, Cemara Cipanglay Beach was not productive. If it was developed in a tourist area, it would certainly affect the municipality's economic growth. This study aims to determine the strategy, process and impact of tourism development on Cemara Cipanglay Beach on community empowerment. The method used in this research is descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that this tourism development strategy maximizes the strength aspect of the potential of natural resources owned, namely there are three elements of natural charm, namely the agricultural, forestry and marine sectors contained in one beach tourist object. In carrying out the tourism development process at Cemara Cipanglay Beach, it involves the role as well as the Village Government, Community Empowerment Institutions (LPM), Youth Organizations, District Leadership Conferences (Muspika), Community Mobilization Groups (Kompepar), Forest Farmers Groups (KTH), Tourism Awareness Groups and the Cidamar Village community starting from the process of planning, implementing, managing up to evaluation, the result of tourism development at Cemara Cipanglay Beach is an increase in community participation in the implementation of tourism development based on public awareness to make changes

Poverty of the farming community due to minimum salaries and lack of use of technology. then the lack of resources for young farmers who are involved in the agricultural sector. therefore the leadership opened a training center to facilitate the community to be free from the problem of poverty as well as create new farmers. The aim of the research is to find out how the effort, supervision and results of the role of the leadership of the quail farm training center are in empowering the community's economy. The method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of the study explained that the efforts made by the leadership of the training center were to open an agricultural training center with training/apprenticeship programs and quail entrepreneurship, working with various related agencies and business actors, conducting egg lab tests and promotions, and becoming consultants. management supervision with two accesses, namely in farm and out farm. the result of the leadership role is to produce new breeders, the people who have done the training have their own income and the surrounding community also has permanent jobs.

This study aims to analyze the role of the Mahfidiyatul Islmaiyah Islamic boarding school on the religious quality of society. The Islamic religious rituals of the community after the existence of the Islamic Boarding School, as well as the social and Islamic aspects of the community after the Islamic Boarding School. The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach to describe the conditions and situations or various social reality phenomena that exist in the community which are the object of research. Data collection was done by means of observation, interviews, documentation.The results showed that the Mahfidiyatul Islmaiyah Islamic boarding school provided various religious roles for the community. There is an increase in religious rituals such as prayer, fasting, zakat, the number of recitations, an increase in the reading and writing of the al-quran and to social aspects which all lead to positive changes.

This study aims to find out about the empowerment program carried out by the Malati Asih Farmer Women's Group, the empowerment process, and the results obtained from the Malati Asih Women's Farmer's Group in Cinanjung Tanjungsari Village, Sumedang Regency. The method used in this study used qualitative and descriptive research methods with data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results of research conducted at KWT Malati Asih include: There are two empowerment programs implemented, namely the KRPL program which focuses on managing agriculture in the yard of the house, and the Savings and Loans Cooperative which aims to provide capital for member businesses. The empowerment process is carried out in four stages, namely identifying and assessing regional potential, problems, and opportunities; preparing group activity plans; implementing the activity/implementation plan; and monitoring/supervision. the presence of housewives' products; add insight into the world of agriculture; have skills and can help the family economy and family welfare.

This study aims to analyze the role of LMDH in improving public welfare through natural tourism to determine the norms established by LMDH, find out the forms of public participation, and the results of LMDH empowerment in improving welfare through natural tourism. This research is qualitative research using the descriptive method. The techniques used in this research are observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out by reducing data and interpreting logic connected to the context of public empowerment. The results showed that public empowerment, which has been done by LMDH through natural tourism, was strengthening human resources and developing natural resources. The strengthening of human resources with the provision of administrative materials, technical materials, and motivation to have skills and natural resource development. The empowerment results include the emergence of awareness to develop existing potential, increase public income, open business opportunities, and carry out social activities well.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan mengenai upaya, proses dan hasil pemberdayaan kelompok tani yang dilakukan oleh forum komunikasi di lahan hutan Gunung Geulis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisa suatu keadaan atau kondisi pada objek penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi.Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil dari upaya yang dilakukan forum komunikasi dalam memberdayakan kelompok tani dan lahan gunung geulis melalui upaya mencontohkan terlebih dahulu dan melakukan terjun langsung untuk menarik keikutsertaan petani dalam memberdayakan lahan hutan gunung geulis, dengan proses penyadaran, pelatihan, pembinaan, dan pendampingan. Serta hasil dari adanya pemberdayaan kelompok tani yang dilakukan oleh forum komunikasi ini berdampak bagi potensi lingkungan gunung geulis menjadi produktif dan subur maupun potensi ekonomi para petani tercukupi bagi kehidupan keluarga mereka.

Pakuhaji Village there is a lot of sawdust waste that can be used for oyster mushroom cultivation. The community sees this oyster mushroom cultivation as a potential to increase their family's economic independence. The purpose of this study was to determine how community development in utilizing sawdust in Pakuhaji Village, Subang Regency, Potential utilization of sawdust, and oyster mushroom cultivation, and how the family's independence in Pakuhaji Village after using sawdust waste. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection methods using observation and interviews. The analysis used uses data triangulation by confirming the data in the field and the theory used after that. a conclusion is maded that the results of this study found that increasing the family's economic independence in utilizing sawdust waste was successful.

In improving the quality of human resources. Human Resources quality must be enhanced through non-formal education by Ambu Seba with Taman Baca Masyarakat (TBM). The existence of Taman Baca Masyarakat as one of the informal educations is expected to help the locals becoming good-quality human resources. The purpose of this study is to identify the role of TBM in improving the quality of human resources, the implementation of the program activities, and the result is improving the quality of Human Resources. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Type of case study data was collected through interviews, observation, and documents. The result of this study are showing that Taman Baca Masyarakat of Ambu Seba has four roles in improving the quality of Human Resources, which is the facilitator, motivator, local study source, and self-improvement source.

The Association of Farmers Groups (Gapoktan) is an organization consisting of farmer groups that have the same goal. The purpose of this research is to know the Gapoktan program in advancing the community's economy, to find out the Gapoktan steps in advancing the community's economy, to find out the results of Gapoktan activities in advancing the community's economy. This study uses qualitative methods and descriptive. There are five research results from the programs implemented by Gapoktan Anugerah in advancing the community's economy, namely socialization and delivery of agricultural information, holding partnership programs, providing agricultural needs, collective marketing of products, and conducting training programs. There are three steps taken by Anugerah Gapoktan, namely awareness, development and empowerment. The results obtained from these activities, Gapoktan Anugerah aims to achieve changes for the better for farmers around Pangalengan both for members and the surrounding community.

The purpose of this research is to know the Gapoktan program in advancing the community's economy, to find out the Gapoktan steps in advancing the community's economy, to find out the results of Gapoktan activities in advancing the community's economy. This study uses qualitative methods and descriptive. There are five research results from the programs implemented by Gapoktan Anugerah in advancing the community's economy, namely socialization and delivery of agricultural information, holding partnership programs, providing agricultural needs, collective marketing of products, and conducting training programs. There are three steps taken by Anugerah Gapoktan, namely awareness, development and empowerment. This paper aims to determine the socio-economic conditions of the home industry before and after the Covid-19 pandemic and to find out what creativity is done by the home industry in maintaining the economy during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data collection process was carried out through interviews, documentation and direct observations of the authors in the field. From this research, it was found that there are several ways that the home industry players can use to maintain the economy during the pandemic. Among them is the creativity that is owned will make the resulting product to be different and have its own characteristics. And use social media as a forum to promote the products produced by each of these home industries.
