Data locality optimization for a parallel object detection on embedded multi-core systems 嵌入式多核系统并行目标检测的数据局部性优化

Object detection is an important application for modern smart embedded devices. It enables the device to recognize the surrounding environment and perform intelligent applications. The intensive computation requirements make the object detection an expensive application running on the resource-constrained embedded device. Parallel processing on multi-core systems provides a platform to boost the performance. However, the memory bottleneck limits the performance scalability. Improving data locality of the on-chip cache has therefore become a critical design concern. This paper analyzed the memory behavior of a parallel Viola-Jones algorithm, and proposed a scheme to enhance the data locality of on-chip cache. By running a multi-threaded object detection algorithm on a cycle-accurate multi-core simulator, the proposed approach can achieve up to 58% better performance when compared with the original parallel program.

Research on geo-hazard appraisal and decision in highway based on GIS Technology 基于GIS技术的公路地质灾害评价与决策研究

On account of the special landform, geology and rainfall condition, Tianshan Mountain influences the traffic normally. It often comes under bedload, coast, dilapidation at one time. This threatens the stability of the road and the security of denizen along the line. It is especially importment of the Geological disaster decision-making sustain Geography Information System in Tianshan Mountain bring to bear the advanced technology, which sustains in the build and manage of Tianshan Mountain. After analyzing the on the theory of geological hazard about Tianshan road in detail, collected the datum of basic geography and geology along the lines of road in the past, and also contrasted the locale results and remote sensing images, building and consummating both the Geography database and the geological hazard database based the platform of ArcGIS after according synthesizing, coordinating, choosing, concluding and changing by the rules of database. Asked on the ArcEngine platform, developing a set of collections foundations data gathering, the memory, the management, the retrieval, the graphic editor, the space model analysis, the line region stability assessment, the highway alignment route selection as well as the three dimensional route flight achievement graph production and the output is a body “The Tianshan highway geohazard stability appraisal and the route selection optimization analysis system”.

Supplier development has become a key element in maintaining a company's success in the automotive industry due to technological and competitive pressures. This paper explores how Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile Co., Ltd. (DPCA) implements supplier development to achieve its strategic goals. Its development practices involves integrating the supplier development strategy with the overall strategy, setting strict criteria for supplier development, facilitating learning and knowledge transfer through supplier development, carrying out green suppler development program. It is concluded that DPCA's supplier development is closely integrated with its sustainable strategy. This paper contributes to supply chain management (SCM), especially in the field of buyer-supplier relationship from the perspective of China's automotive industry.

Psychological intervention mechanism in public crisis information communication 公共危机信息传播中的心理干预机制

In public crisis information communication, the information is uncertain, so the public will lack right judgment, and anxiety, scare, depression and dismay will appear. That is to say, crisis information will influence the public seriously in communication. In this stage, appropriate psychological intervention will help the public treat crisis information correctly and have enough psychological preparation for the disaster happened. The thesis gave concrete measure of psychological intervention after analyzing characteristics of crisis information and its communication process, and structure of psychological intervention mechanism. It has tried to seek way to remove negative influence on individual and supply scientific proposal for government.

Three-mobile-beacon assisted weighted centroid localization method in wireless sensor networks 无线传感器网络中三移动信标辅助加权质心定位方法

Localization is one of the key technologies in wireless sensor networks, and the mobile beacon assisted localization method is promising to reduce the cost. The methods with only one beacon introduce collinearity problem which degrades performance. This paper proposes a weighted centroid localization method using three mobile beacons. These beacons preserve a special formation while traversing the network deployment area, and broadcast their positions periodically. The sensor nodes to be localized estimate the distances to these beacons, and utilize weighted centroid localization scheme to calculate its position. Simulation shows that this method is superior to trilateration and weighted centroid algorithm with single mobile beacon.

Conformance checking of component-based systems for scenario-based specifications 为基于场景的规范检查基于组件的系统的一致性

Global interaction specifications define the rules that participating components should respect in their interaction with the aim of guaranteeing correct interoperability in the requirement phase. The design model of a particular component gives the communicative behavior from the point of view of that component in the design phase. In this paper, the global interaction specifications are specified by UML sequence diagrams from which we can derive all the specification models of participating components specified by FSM models. We propose a novel conformance relation between the specification model and the design model of a component. The conformance relation distinguishes two kinds of non-determinism in FSM models and guarantees stuck-freeness of systems in which interacting components are individually proved conformant to the same global interaction specifications.

The design of frequent sequence tree in incremental mining of sequential patterns 序列模式增量挖掘中频繁序列树的设计

In the process of incremental mining, when the support is changed, the storage structure in existed incremental mining algorithms of sequential patterns determines that the algorithms need to mine the database once again. In this paper, we propose a novel data storage structure, called frequent sequence tree, and give the construction algorithm of frequent sequence tree, called Con_FST. The root node of the frequent sequence tree stores the frequent sequence tree support threshold and the path from the root node to any leaf node represents a sequential pattern in the database. Frequent sequence tree stores all the sequential patterns with its support that meet the frequent sequence tree support threshold, so when the support is changed, the algorithm which uses frequent sequence tree as the storage structure can find all the sequential patterns without mining the database once again. A pruning strategy is proposed to optimize the construction algorithm. Experiments show that the incremental mining algorithm of sequential patterns which uses the frequent sequence tree as the storage structure outperforms PrefixSpan in space cost.

Differentiated from FTF teams, virtual teams have been drawn with increasing attention from academicians. This article focuses on the relationship between characters of virtual team members and team trust, contextual performance, task Performance and creativity though documentation researching method and empirical approach. By using the data of L'oreal estrat challenge, the results show that there is the forecast of creativity as well as having a positive correlation with task performance. It is expected to show the light on the virtual teamwork and thus to give suggestions to the conflict in the team operation and management.

Research on atomic component model development in BOM-based HLA simulation 基于bom的HLA仿真中原子组件模型开发研究

BOM-based extensible component M&S has greatly improved reusability and interoperability at the level of simulation models. As atom component model is the fundamental part of the BOM model, the development of atom component model is a key point in the development of BOM-based HLA simulation system. After the discussion of the features atomic components may have and the process of the development of atomic component, some modules are designed for the modeling environment of atomic component. And finally a tool is implemented according to the analysis and design, which has been proved by several projects to be efficient, less time cost and apparent for modelers.

A design pattern recommendation approach 一种设计模式推荐方法

Design patterns describe solutions for well-known design problems. They were proposed to improve software quality and accelerate software development. However, there are several limitations slowing their large-scale expansion such as the complexity of their comprehension and the difficulty of choosing and instantiating the right pattern adapted to a certain application. In this context, we propose a tool for design pattern assistance that retrieves the adequate pattern from a repository of patterns. It identifies the correct design pattern and helps the designer in its instantiation.
