Reservation for Restructuring the Society : A Non Violent Substitute to Bloody Revolution 重建社会的保留:血腥革命的非暴力替代品

This paper presents the saga of soft, slow and study struggle of the suppressed society of Dravidians for Social Justice in the Southern most State of Tamil Nadu through Reservation for restructuring the society to the changed time of modern age, which is a non violent substitute to bloody revolution, from the period of British till the latest upsurge against the 10% Reservation for the poor in the upper castes.

Over View of Brand Management in Indian Marketing Environment 印度市场环境下的品牌管理

Brand management begins by full a systematic information of the term “brand.” It comprises emerging a promise, construction that promise and maintenance the situation. It means defining the brand, standing the brand, and delivering the brand. Brand management is nothing but an act of creating and sustaining the brand. Branding makes customers committed to your business. A strong brand differentiates your products from competitors. It gives a quality image to your business. Brand management includes managing the tangible and intangible characteristics of the brand. In the case of product brands, the tangibles include the product itself, price, packaging, etc. Although in case of service brands, the tangibles include the customers’ experience.

Vagamon Tourism in Kerala- Its Impact on Economy and Environment 喀拉拉邦的Vagamon旅游——对经济和环境的影响

Development of tourism has been given a high priority in the economic development programmes of the country since 1980s. The state of Kerala, which is now stylized as „God‟s own Country‟ in the global tourist map, has also accorded it a major position in order to reorient its economic development utilizing its natural green environment. Accordingly, development of tourism in all its variety including "beach tourism", "back water tourism", "village tourism", "ecotourism", "adventure tourism", "monsoon tourism", "heritage tourism", etc., is being promoted in the state. The Vagamon region is largely rural comprising tea plantations, forests and grasslands. The present scenario is pathetically poignant. The naturally formed streams are being blocked and the sudden huge inflow of people in large and medium vehicles that ply on 2 the silken hills have disturbed the natural quiet, have shaken the soil, loosened the rocky structures and disturbed the entire ecology of the area .The objective of this paper is to analyze the economic and environmental impacts of Vagamon tourism and to suggest measures to protect the tourist spot. It also evolves a „sustainable developmental strategy‟ of tourism, focusing on the Kerala scenario. The methodology used is both primary and secondary. The local inhabitants of the place were interviewed as the preliminary step. Data, information and facts projected in the mass media – books, journal, national newspaper, and national seminars as well as in the apex forums of India have been used to analyze the economic and environmental impact of Vagamon tourism.

Strategies to revive MSME post Covid-19: Wrt Jamnagar Brass Parts Industry 新冠疫情后重振中小微企业的战略:贾姆纳格尔铜配件行业

The concept of Industrial Cluster Development has been more of a theoretical discussion rather than a business strategy in India. However, this has proved to be a very successful approach in countries like China & Italy where it helped accelerate the manufacturing sector and promoted more MSMEs. The COVID-19 pandemic has provided an opportunity to rejuvenate and restructure the Businesses in the MSME sector which has been affected severely by a series of events. This paper focuses on the Jamnagar Industrial Cluster for Brass Parts and studies how regional economics is driven by collective innovation, agglomeration, and competitive participation which in turn develops the industrial district economy. The study is also on the merits of the SME-CDP scheme and its optimistic implementation on the national level. If adopted, the model has the potential to drive exports of region-specific products and also participate in a broader Supply Chain on a global platform.

Microfinance deals a non-technical overview to the wide arrangement of whole financial and non-financial services of the world's poor. Micro finance programs for alleviating poverty in Karnataka. As a developing county, poverty is serious problems of Karnataka. Government and Non-Government Organization of the country are lunching poverty alleviation progammes in the country. . The result of the study showing that there is bordering influence of microfinance organizations just before the growth in the welfare of the households.

Rescaled Range Analysis – A Comparative Study on Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange 重新标度极差分析——孟买证券交易所与国家证券交易所的比较研究

The present study is an attempt to find out the long range persistence of selected sample listed in BSE and NSE Sectoral Indices. To analyze the comparative study on Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange (Special Reference with BSE Auto, Bankex & NSE Auto, Bankex ), Augmented Dickey Fuller Test, Phillips Perron Test for Stationarity, Autocorrelation, Normality test using KolmogorovSmirnov and Shapiro –Wilk Test, ARCH and GARCH model and Rescaled Range Analysis during the study period 01st April 2005 to 31st March 2017 of selected Sectoral Indices listed in Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchanges.. The findings of the study indicated that there is a persistence of long range memory in selected sample return of BSE and NSE during the study period.

The employee welfare is one of the prime functions of HR Department. Employee welfare shall take care of the health, safety, and retirement benefits of the employees as per the various statutory labor legislations in India. The delighted employees will be the asset of the company. Statutory Compliances of HR policy is a must to maintain a decent branding among the competing companies to attract and retain the talented employees. There are various statutory acts defined for the benefit of employees like factories act, 1948 (Safety, Health and Sanitary facilities), the employees’ provident funds and miscellaneous provisions act, 1952 (Provident fund take care of family retirement benefits), OHSAS 18000 – Occupational Health and Safety Management (to take care of Health, Pollution, Hospital facilities).A company compiling with such acts will get benefited by high morale of the workers with high productivity. The company should have good employers and HR mangers to make the firm compliance with all statutory requirements. The case study is presented to indicate how the company Flipkart built its brand value in maintaining delighted employees by adopting all the statutory requirements.

A Study on Customer Satisfaction Towards E-Services with reference to Selected Private Sector Banks in Chennai District 客户对电子服务的满意度研究——以钦奈地区部分私营银行为例

In the Banking Industry, it has been in the form of E-Services, which is now replacing the traditional banking practice. E-Service has a lot of benefits which add value to customers‟ satisfaction in terms of better quality of service offerings. EServices can be done both online and offline. Examples of E-Services are viewing of account summary, overdraft details, transactions details, etc through online and deposit account opening, deposit amend/renewal through offline. E-Services are considered important for the reasons of accessing a greater customer base, alternative communication channel to customers and to increase services to customers. It is very convenient and has become a great comfort for busy customers. However the banks are digitalizing their services and providing better E-Services to their customers, there is lack of complete digitalization because of some illiterate customers. It is not possible to educate them all, but it is possible to train them by conducting training sessions. Also the technological facts related to banks and their customers are hacked by some unauthorized persons, but this can be overcome by developing highly protected networks and applications used for E-Services in banking.

Digitalization and job satisfaction among bank employees : A comparative study of Public and Private sector banks 数字化与银行员工工作满意度:公共和私营银行的比较研究

The study entitled “Digitalisation and Job Satisfaction among Bank Employees: A Comparative Study of Public and Private Sector Banks in Kerala” focused on public and private sector bank workers job satisfaction after the digitalization in the banking sector. Digitalization and job satisfaction is quite a different when it is considered as an entity. But have there is high correlation between digitalization and job satisfaction after the implementation of digitalization in the banking sector. The primary aim of digitalisation in the banking sector was made a core banking platform and after that the boundary of digitalization has been expanded. The present study has been designed to evaluate the workers’ occupation fulfilment after the digitalization in the banking sector. After the digitalization, the manual transactions related to the banking sector was reduced and made an intangible cable was linked between banks and customers. This research study has covered public sector and private sector bank staffs in Kerala. SBI were carefully chosen from public sector and Federal bank was selected from private sector. A total of 544 employees were carefully chosen as the samples of the study. The learning is centered on primary information through using a questionnaire. The composed primary data was examined with the help of MS Excel, SPSS 25th version and JASP software. The result of the study was private sector bank employees’ satisfaction is higher than the public sector bank employees’ satisfaction with regards to the digitalization in the banking sector.
