Consumer Awareness and Satisfaction of Using the Eco-Friendly Products in Chennai City 金奈市消费者使用环保产品的意识和满意度

The paper concentrates on assessing the awareness level and satisfaction of using ecofriendly products at Chennai city. The study is about environmentally friendly products, specifically on consumer's perception of the products. It has now been a global concern to protect the environment from damages causing factors triggered by humans. Thus the study can see that many industries have started manufacturing environment-friendly products and doing marketing of the same. This study was done on the basis of primary data. The primary data were accumulated from the sample survey that was conducted in Chennai city. The achievement of produce eco-friendly products based on whether consumers will agree to the products or not. Consequently the paper focused on examining the perception of the consumers. Customers discern about the user-friendliness of such items. Though, alertness should make appropriately benefits, accessibility and labels of such things to make bigger its demands. Marketers need to work on strategies promoting eco-friendly products so that more and more people end up buying these eco-friendly products. More and more advertising should be done by the industries as well as the government to change the attitude of consumers toward the eco-friendly product.

Profitability Analysis of Cement Companies in Telangana – A Study of Select Units 泰伦加纳邦水泥企业盈利能力分析——对选定单位的研究

For a company to survive in today’s scenario, it must attain profits. It is analogous to blood in a human being. Business is lifeless without profits. Profit is the extra of salary ended spending incurred during a define period of time. In accounting parlance it is determined by take away the expenses sustained from the revenue received in a specific period of time. Profits can be made by both operating and non-operating activities. The efficiency and effectiveness of the management can be judged by the profits it made during a period of time. In any business concern, Investments can be attracted by the effective performance of the business. The effective and efficient performance is very vital for the survival of the business. The performance is reliant on several factors such as cost, revenue (which in turn depends on price), sales, profits etc. The performance of Cement Industry is to be analysed to attract the investment and to develop the industry since it is the backbone of the infrastructure development. Performance analysis can be studied in terms of financial, marketing, sales, production aspects, etc. In this paper an effort has been made to analyse the presentation of two select cement companies in Telangana i.e. Kesoram Cements and Deccan Cements. It also highlights the Du Pont model evaluation.

Health Problems Faced by Brick Kiln Workers in Dharmapuri District in Tamilnadu 泰米尔纳德邦达尔马布里地区砖窑工人面临的健康问题

Square is as old as human progress itself, returning to old Mesopotamia around 500 BC. The thick soil and mud spared by the Tigris and Euphrates streams were supported with straw and shaped into block by then dried in the sun. The Objective of the appraisal is to consider the Health Problems looked by Brick broiler workers. Clear examination framework has been used for this evaluation. Solace testing strategy was used to gather the data. The size of the model is 70. The essential data was accumulated through survey from the respondents of Dharmapuri District. For segregating the basic data, genuine contraptions, for instance, T.test, One Way ANOVA and Factor Analysis were used with the help of SPSS Software, The colossal finding of the evaluation is there is no gigantic partition between Health Problems and the Demographic components, Age, Gender, Educational Qualification, Occupation and Income are similarly influencing the Brick broiler workers in Dharmapuri District.

Mergers and Acquisitions - A Major Prospect for Business Sustainability 并购——企业可持续发展的主要前景

Mergers and Acquisitions have emerged as a major force for developing financial and economic environment due to increased market competition both in national and international market, excessive interdependence of companies for different products and services etc. The entire business world is looking forward towards sustainable growth and development. Sustainability issues are gaining ground in terms of business transactions due to the combined efforts of the merged business undertakings. The primary objective for this research paper is to evaluate the impact of mergers and acquisition of the companies sector wise and to identify the factors affecting mergers and acquisition of companies in current scenario. For this purpose, researcher has analyzed the mergers and acquisitions in five different sectors by allowing for both pre and post business position of the amalgamated companies. Records are basically collected from secondary sources and compiled for an effective presentation.

Today the sector has emerged as the first degree, and we are shifting ahead with the common motive of shielding the surroundings and attaining sustainable improvement. The new marketing philosophy is getting stronger some of the hundreds, and this mindset of the clients has forced the enterprise fraternity to rethink and plan their techniques to do their businesses in a more revolutionary and environmentally pleasant way. This paper targeted some critiques of green marketing and advertising, idea, new green projects in India and unique advertising blend. This paper moreover highlighted the destiny prospects of Green marketing in India.

Political marketing is a phenomenon that has swept the world of politics in a big way. It is primarily associated with western democracies such as the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Germany, and France, as well as countries such as Australia and New Zealand. However, it has gained prominence in countries such as India as a result of increased public awareness and the impact of phenomena such as social networking, which has brought political parties and leaders closer to voters than ever before. This research paper looks at marketing through the lens of politics and elections. It also highlights the distinctions that exist between an election institution and a real market. At the same time, it emphasises the 'industry' aspect of marketing and how it relates to politics. Overall, this research paper will examine how the two distinct identities of politics and marketing are changing in today's political environment.

Healthy and sound operations of banking business imperatively depends upon one strategic input is banking technology. Efficient financial intermediation in the context of overall development of economy and financial stability of banking sector is essentially resorts to adoption of the digital technology to transform results to rise of revenue, enhance of customer‟s service, minimise of cost structure and manage of enterprise risk ably. The macro-financial linkages and the micro-level sources are underlying the assets quality. Non-cash payments are set to overtake cash payments as digital transactions are growing exponentially. Digital Banking, a new horizon in a cash-light India through digital payments as faster and more inclusive services to the both micro-and-macro businesses is extremely important to monitor economic progress. Demonetization has revolutionised digital payments in India to drive adaption of adoption. Reach of payment services and increase of value proposition to meet the expectations of customers is the aim of digital payments. It provides as accurate services as possible for brining uniformity growth in the country. Popularise the schema of digital banking is the need of the hour.
