A work like ours, intends, through such issues in evidence at the University, to draw attention to a latent cultural behavior of historical reversal of the segregation imposed on individuals who were formerly called “inadequate” (and who still cause astonishment today). The scientific intervention is justified by the fact that this theme calls us to see the field of consumption and social coexistence, whether through digital television inclusion, or through the consumerist path of pink money. As partial results, our research detects that in our society, there is a huge range of social representations on the subject, which forced us to make a second option for the same objects of analysis, that is, to put literary representation as a comparison route. and the media, proposing a dialogue between a conservative and archaic past and a supposedly liberal and avant-garde present. One of the theoretical pillars that support us is Freud's study, entitled "Three Essays on the Theory of Sexuality", together with Lacan's, in the seminar "Desire and its interpretation".

The work examines the possibility of applying the concept of chronicle-song to a novelistic substrate, called One Hundred Years of Solitude (MÁRQUEZ, 1967). The purpose of the text focuses on two aspects: one, to give the reader more fluid access to a concept that was longer and more densely developed during the master's (2003) and doctoral (2010) course. Another, to present a different possibility of applying the concept 'chronicle-song' to the genre 'novel', an approach not initially foreseen in the main bibliographic contributions that support our research (PESSOA, 2013/2014/2020 a&b). The partially obtained result is that the application is feasible, however, not exactly in a textual type such as paper, due to the fact that the brevity of this model requires omissions and ruptures that contribute little to clarifying the applicability of the concept itself. However, despite this, the proposal remains valid, since, based on what we propose here, it will be possible to leverage new works of application of the 'song-chronicle', such as we have already found in Borges (2015), and Rocha (2018).

The article examines the importance of communication, emotional intelligence and teamwork in the corporate world. Justifies the study, the occurrence of several problems in the corporate world, which derive, in short, from misconceptions in communication, both on the part of those who enunciate and those who interpret the statements and orders received. The objective of the work is to examine the importance of dialogue and consensus on what is true and appropriate for corporations, according to the social, economic and political context. As a predicted result, it is expected to delimit part of the scope of a relative and changing truth, especially in the business world. In this context, finally, we will also examine the importance of Emotional Intelligence and Teamwork, seen as fundamental factors for efficiency in the corporate world environment, in the work of Weisinger (1997).

This study aims to highlight the importance of human resources in organizations, as well as their areas of activity. The methodology used for this research was of an applied and qualitative nature, bibliographic and exploratory research, so that the topic addressed is understood, through the analysis of materials already published for the contribution of the objectives of the study. The work shows us that the success that large organizations have is the result of an effective effort made by human resources, intermediating the company's interests and the interests of employees. As a result, we see that in this context it appears that to be successful, an organization needs to have a great relationship with its employees and also a great organizational climate.

Postpartum depression (or baby blues, in English) affects women who have just given birth to a fetus. From this event, an emotional discomfort is generated that, out of fear or guilt, establishes between the parturient and the child a relationship of conflict that can culminate in the elimination of the newborn. As a methodology for this study, we searched for publications on the subject, in physical and digital collections, in order to obtain information in the face of an evil that is so present in the daily lives of thousands of women. The objective of our work is to clarify information about this disease that affects women all over the world and, in this way, to bring information about treatments and diagnoses to the debate. This work is justified by the need to build a collection of information capable of helping women in this delicate moment of their existence. As a partial result of the research, we observed that, for some women who have already gone through this depressive phase, the physical and mental health condition tends to evolve into other diseases, with an expected duration of life.

Financial education guides young people towards good consumption habits, so that they can achieve better living conditions, and can be introduced from childhood. Through it, behavioral improvements, attitudes and postures that avoid indebtedness are sought. As a partial result of the study, we see a growth in the number of indebted young people, with their name included in credit protection institutions, such as SPC/SERASA, which harms consumption and even their professional career. For the methodological development of this research, a bibliographical review was carried out, with the objective of providing the reader with an initiation to the science of money, showing how financial education helps in establishing a healthy relationship with finance, and should be started from childhood. It provides the mainstay of support for the arguments presented here, the production of Navarro (2010).
