Social inclusion, in evidence in the business environment, brings as an immediate consequence, as many certainties as there are doubts around the theme. This article aims to shed light on part of the core of this issue, highlighting the context of people with disabilities (PCDs), and their particularities regarding the Laws, struggles and social debates that have been fought for the effectiveness of their inclusion in the world capitalist. This research is justified by the need to clarify possible questions that have not yet been answered on the subject, especially those involving possible problems regarding the relationships between people with disabilities and their employers. The methodology used in this study is that of a bibliographical review, mainly of scientific articles, arranged both in physical and digital collections. The results achieved are that the writings gathered here can help in forming a conviction that the inclusion of PCDs in the labor market is gradually being conquered, especially with a view to multilaterally celebrated employer agreements, as well as, with the debates, Decrees and Laws, substrates which, together, provide the best understandings to subsidize those whose dominant social role is to employ PCDs. The present study falls within the scope of Urban Public Security, to the extent that ostensive and preventive policing actions - motorized, on foot or in prison - tend to better meet the social needs provided for by the demand for the crime prevention and protection service provided. by the State. A study like ours justifies the fact that, in times of the COVID-19 Pandemic, with the almost compulsory impediment of the citizen to come and go by legal instrument, there was a robust increase in the rates of family disagreements, minor bodily injuries, subversions to order and discipline, and other major unlawful conduct. As main research results, it was possible to understand to what extent society tends or not to actively participate in the processes that involve its own mental, physical or social well-being. We also note that there is a certain resistance from this same society regarding the presence of State apparatus, especially in less privileged layers of the community, since citizenship, on the one hand, manifests itself against police actions, in the face of less positive past experiences. The present study reviews ethical and moral postulates of society, such as the idea of justice and piety, both discussed by Socrates in the brief “Dialogue”, entitled Euthyphro. The purpose of our proposal is to compare the Law of Men with the Law of God, making the historical subject the mediator to understand both treaties. Justifies the realization of this work, the fact that, despite justice having a secular character, it also concerns God, for people who fear God, must also obey the Law of Men. Methodologically, this research carried out a bibliographical sweep, in works arranged in physical and digital collections. The main bibliographical contribution used lies in the Literary Guide to the Bible (ALTER, 1997). As a result of the investigation presented, we see that, both by God's Law, which includes duties towards him and society, and by civil law, we are taught to be good citizens.

A work like ours, intends, through such issues in evidence at the University, to draw attention to a latent cultural behavior of historical reversal of the segregation imposed on individuals who were formerly called “inadequate” (and who still cause astonishment today). The scientific intervention is justified by the fact that this theme calls us to see the field of consumption and social coexistence, whether through digital television inclusion, or through the consumerist path of pink money. As partial results, our research detects that in our society, there is a huge range of social representations on the subject, which forced us to make a second option for the same objects of analysis, that is, to put literary representation as a comparison route. and the media, proposing a dialogue between a conservative and archaic past and a supposedly liberal and avant-garde present. One of the theoretical pillars that support us is Freud's study, entitled "Three Essays on the Theory of Sexuality", together with Lacan's, in the seminar "Desire and its interpretation".

In this text, we investigate how the film Fight Club (The Fight Club, by David Fincher, 1999), appropriated some points of Freudian psychoanalytic theory, drawing parallels that explain the feeling of discomfort that modern man feels in the face of frustration caused by the consumerist appeal. Originally this study was published in printed format, in the UNORP Journal (vol. 7, p. 117-129, year 2004), under the title The Fight Club Movie: a Triadic Paradox in the Light of Freud's Thought. Since then, the film work analyzed has become extremely studied by other researchers and revisited by the various traditional media and streaming media. In 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there was a need to strengthen the digital repositories of the State University of Minas Gerais, Frutal Unit, with impact studies on imagery content, thus allowing better conditions for access to students to the teaching materials of remote classes during social isolation. In this way, we adapted the writing to the postulates of the new spelling that became effective in 2011, as well as, as far as possible, revised and updated some items of the discussion in the paper. Finally, it is worth remembering that in our text there were and still are points of contact with the works Totem and Tabu (1913/14), The Ego and the Id (1969), and The Malaise in Civilization (2002). As results to the first publication expected and still possible in this reissue, we suggest a comparison of these contents with those involving the verbal language, the moving image and the theoretical language of psychoanalysis, emphasizing the cognitive and theoretical character of approximation between such premises and the dictates of cultural semiotics.

The Capacitation Project understands strategic communication (in the concept of KUNSCH, 2003), as a motivating factor for regional development. It focuses, in this extensionist activity, the role of the transversal, extensive and directed content with potential for the generation of employment, income, professional training and access to tenders, covering urban-rural relations. Chronologically, the project developed in two stages, between 2019 and 2020-2021. Methodologically, at the beginning, the Project was carried out on an itinerant basis, outlining methodological strategies for the development of activities planned during the period of the COVID-19 Pandemic. The actions took place at UEMG – Frutal, and in municipal schools, using technological platforms such as Google meet in a combined way. Through Facebook and Instagram, courses, competitions, job selections and videos on human rights were disseminated. Among the results achieved, it is worth mentioning the fact that the actions encouraged self-esteem and the development of individual confidence.
